What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates Miro provides to setup facilitations and group meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a lot to learn with Miro, not very simple with all the different features it has to offer. I'm sure I can do a lot of great things with Miro, however it takes a while to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product story mapping is easy to jump into using Miro.

Great Platform To Engage with Co Workers

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro because it helps connect me with my coworkers. It makes it easy to catch up on all the events and updates that are happening around me. I use it a couple of times a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Miro is the amount of emails I get. I get an email saying that someone has updated something on the board, however there have been no updates since the last time I checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I'm not aware of all the events and things that are happening at my work, so when someone updates our board, it helps keep me up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to drop ideas in and collaborate with others, whether on my phone or on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult to edit some of the widgets, like tables. Instead of clicking edit then entering my information, I wish I could just click and edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collabortion. We're a landscape architecture company and it makes collaborating on projects easier within the team and with other clients and partners.

A perfectly tailored solution for every need.
Your creativity truly knows no bounds.

Start with a blank slate or get off to a quick start with a beautiful template – anything is possible.

New features that really matter are added all the time...

Sharing your work with collegues is so easy.

I'm a fan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it goes a little too fast to be fully aware of which functionalities have been added...
Sometimes you have to figure out a little too much how something works exactly...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on 4 different sites (in different countries) where it's not always possible to fysicaly come together,
now everybody can connect to the board, no sharing needed...

Flexible tool for visualizing complex relationships.

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Good clarity of the controls. Large zoom range that gives you a lot of freedom to add more details to existing systems. Infinite space.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were features for better navigation. Dragging the field of view with the right mouse button is really annoying. It could be solved like in Illustrator, by allowing scrolling up and down, as well as sideways with CTRL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps in the representation of complex processes. Because it can be collaboratively edited, it is possible for everyone on the team to contribute.

A powerful, although costly, tool for Product Discovery

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the collaborative features—it works very well. Its flexibility allows us to use it for any discovery project we take on, so we end up relying on it frequently.
Non-tech people can grasp basic Miro concepts pretty well.
Never encountered a blocker, so never had to reach out to Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can also be a bit high, especially for companies that don't operate in dollars.
The templates are quite useful, but I find myself wishing for more automation, as I end up spending a lot of time making everything look neat and symmetrical. Additionally, it can sometimes be challenging to gauge the size of elements—font sizing, for instance, is so granular that it's easy to lose track and end up without a consistent look.
Sometimes there are small bugs that, tbh, annoy me - for example, elements with the same size don't align for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product discovery is a complex process that we have to start from scratch each time, as the business areas we work with are always different. Miro helps us connect with our customers and visually map out business opportunities, user flows, and more. This visual approach gives us greater confidence in what we're building, helping ensure that we don't end up with a product that fails to address real problems.
