  • July 28, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use tool for any job-related projects like product planning, team collaboration, brainstorming, and even a personal board to plan a year. I never take a course or something, it was super intuitive to implement it in my daily work. And I use it quite often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes some time to load boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I implemented Miro in our OKR planning. The team uses Miro to put all ideas for the next q and we discuss what should be prioritized.

A lifesaver and a great additive for Teaching

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the fact that it is multi-faceted and works with other programs. I can not incorporate screen shots if needed but it literally makes my whiteboard interactive; as an online teacher that is much needed and something that is integral to my success!
What do you dislike about the product?
That they don't allow more than 3 screens. I dislike the daily limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is make it extremely easy to conduct a meeting online and incorporate others ideas in real time. I can teach my materials and have anyone collaborate with me along with be innovative as I have said before it makes me a step above the rest with competition.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates do not match the real one
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The mapping of processes. With the templates, I gain speed in the mapping.

Review de Miro

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is how fluid, intuitive, and creatively liberating it is. It feels like an endless canvas where ideas can take any form from sticky notes and mood boards to flowcharts and mind maps.
As a creative, I appreciate the freedom of expression it offers, combined with its real-time collaboration capabilities. It’s also packed with well-designed templates and powerful integrations (like Notion, Slack, and Figma), making it a true central hub for ideation and teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, very little. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that performance can occasionally lag with very large boards or many collaborators but even then, it's manageable and constantly improving.
Overall, I consider Miro an essential creative tool that I would recommend to any individual or team working visually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves one of the biggest challenges in creative work: bringing structure to free-form thinking while enabling real-time collaboration. As a creative, I often need a space where I can brainstorm, organize complex ideas visually, and quickly iterate with others — all in one place.

Miro gives me a shared visual workspace where I can map out ideas, connect concepts, and collaborate live with clients or teammates, no matter where they are. It removes the friction of traditional whiteboards or scattered tools, allowing me to stay in flow and focus on the creative process.

The result? Faster ideation, clearer communication, and more impactful outcomes. It's made remote collaboration feel natural and has become a central part of my creative toolkit.

Integration of Team contributions, general visualization in one place.

Miro for developing ideas

  • July 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and easy to share with colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer less "fancy" and more "functional" templates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Miro was difficult to share ideas and to collaborate with colleagues - especially in different Countries, but also in the same plant.
Moreover, Miro almost replace classic "analogic" whiteboards during our Team Meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I love about Miro, especially the ability to draw flows with various styles and save them in various formats. Also, I use very frequently as my job requires it use these things and for that Miro is the better option for me around every other products
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling sometimes gets stuck and only works again if I use the ‘Zoom and navigation’ tools. This issue has been happening for a while and hasn’t been addressed yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we implement solutions for customers, Miro helps us construct flow maps for the complex processes we’ve implemented and share them with the customer, which helps avoid misunderstandings about how the process works.

Designing Better Together: How Miro Transformed My Team’s Workflow

  • July 24, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of my favorite tools to have in my pocket as a design lead on a cross-functional team. We use it regularly for brainstorming, organizing information, roadmapping, gathering stakeholder feedback, documenting decisions, iterating on designs, and serving as a shared resource for the entire team.

One of the things I genuinely love about Miro is how often it anticipates my needs. I’ll think, “Wouldn’t it be amazing if it could do X?”—and then somehow, within a month or two, it does exactly that. For example, I was jotting down notes on a board and thought, “I wish I could turn these into a Word doc.” Not long after, we were collaborating on something and Miro auto-converted our notes into a downloadable document. The whole team literally gasped and said, “That’s SO cool!”

Another time, I was dreading the manual effort of exporting years’ worth of documentation. Just as I started looking for alternatives, Miro rolled out the ability to export entire boards and individual frames. Absolute game-changer.

Miro has saved me countless hours and continues to evolve with the needs of real users in mind—it’s one of the few tools I truly look forward to using every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real challenge I’ve seen with Miro is getting buy-in from some of the more senior team members—particularly folks over 50. Despite Miro being incredibly intuitive and supported by hundreds of tutorial videos, there’s still some hesitation (and in a few cases, outright resistance!).

Honestly, I think this could be a great opportunity for a case study or user research initiative—something that explores what’s driving that resistance and how we might better onboard or support those users. The value Miro brings is clear to the rest of the team, so figuring out how to bridge that gap would be a win for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is distributed across the country, working from multiple time zones and locations. The ability to collaborate in real-time through a shared “whiteboard” from the comfort of our own homes has been truly game-changing. We've successfully completed multiple PI planning sessions entirely remotely using Miro, and it’s been incredible to witness how smoothly things run.

Our stakeholders genuinely enjoy engaging with the boards, and the ease of use makes it simple for everyone to participate—whether they’re deeply technical or not. Recently, we began mapping out user flows in Miro, and the speed and clarity we’re able to achieve during those sessions has been amazing. It’s transformed the way we collaborate, plan, and execute as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use and perfect for brainstorming with remote teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Big boards can get a little slow, specially with a lot of people on them
