Effortless Project Whiteboards for Fast Team Collaboration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s incredibly easy to create project whiteboards for teams, allowing me to quickly develop new ideas, define features, and build a clear roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating documentation there isn't easily accessible implementation of linking documentation to each point of the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to collaborate with my team to discuss ideas and work flow of how to accomplish each project. Miro also allows for non technical users to easily grasp the ideas and the current direction of each project.

Effortless Real-Time Collaboration for Remote Teams

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
For me the main advantage is to be able to collaborate at the same time, different persons remotely
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I see with using a miro is when you have a pretty big board trying to find something specific it's a bit challenging at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to solve the issue of having to, for example, run a brainstorming session with people that are not physically in the same room. Having a sort of an online whiteboard where everyone can put post dates at the same time it's really amazing!

Effortless Collaboration and Versatile Planning

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and use. Lots of different ways to use it. Like that I can share it with other people and work collaboratively with clients. I use it for planning and to visualise issues and problems I am trying to solve myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients try and join my team, rather than just a board, which is frustrating as I dont have account that allows this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative working on strategic problems, and mapping ideas with clients. Means I dont have to travel as much, which makes it cheaper for my clients as saves time and costs for me. Makes my work more accessible for small charities

Elevates Collaboration with Visual Precision

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration features in Miro and how easy it is to share quickly. It's very intuitive and visual, making complex tasks easier with visual representations in blocks. I also find it helpful in visualizing parts of the feature ticket and identifying the status or flow we're working on. It's great for knowing the progress of tasks and labeling data points. Miro significantly reduces the time spent in meetings by explaining the flow and storytelling using the data, and I love that I can reuse the templates. The initial setup was straightforward as we could easily add teams and individual boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think versioning could be beneficial, and alignment and exportation can be improved. Allowing users to create labeled checkpoints, assigning owners/reviewers for alignment, and including comments on the exports would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps visualize feature tickets, identify status, track task progress, and label data points. It simplifies complex tasks with visual aids and enhances collaboration, reducing meeting time. It allows quick sharing and reuse of templates.

Versatile Whiteboard with Seamless Collaboration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its interface and ease of use. I appreciate that it's multi-platform and cloud-based, making it easily accessible. The availability of templates is really convenient. I also enjoy the different levels of access for sharing boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro could do with a way of objective measurements to help size things appropriately for sharing in digital or physical print. Offline access would help to work asynchronously at times. I can't work out how to turn off some of the features that I don't want to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for capturing input across devices, communicating visually, and collaborating regardless of geography, with flexibility in displaying information.

Powerful Collaboration with Smooth Integration

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for workflows, process flows, idea mapping, story mapping, retrospectives, collaboration, mock-ups, and roadmaps. It serves as an excellent general collaboration space. The platform is feature-rich and easy to use, and the intuitive keyboard/mouse interface is user-focused. Diagramming is particularly useful to me, and I find the available templates really handy. Miro's progression in 'diagramming mode' has been really useful, and while the AI tools need some refinement, they are good in principle. User management is easy too, making the experience even smoother. Overall, I find it a great long-term solution for remote working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the load times of big boards. I'd like tables to work directly and be compatible with Excel directly. I want to be able to paste a table from Miro into Excel and back again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro handles remote working effectively, replacing post-it notes and unreliable tools. It's a comprehensive platform for workflows, idea mapping, and collaboration.

Intuitive Collaboration, Great for Remote Teams

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for a lot of organizational design and internal purposes, as well as for client-related deliverables. I find that it makes real-time sharing and brainstorming or ideation easier. I like that Miro is basically an online whiteboard, which is great for ease of collaboration and overall usage. It's pretty intuitive to learn, even if you're new to it, and my team, which has multiple offices, can easily work on the same material in real-time and involve team members as needed. The initial setup was pretty easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying to have to constantly zoom in on more complicated projects or items like global org charts. It would be great to have a bullseye feature that can be dropped over an area so that that area is made bigger, like being under a magnifying glass, while the other areas stay small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes real-time sharing and brainstorming easier. We can work on the same material in real time across multiple offices, enhancing collaboration with an intuitive interface.

Incentivized Reviews - Then Not Receive the Incentive

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like and enjoy Miro for what I use it, however they are really similar tool to the others in the market. They are running an incentivized review program and not sending out rewards. I took some time of my day to create a G2 account, 20 minutes of my time to create a review since you have to fill out multiple questions and not get the promised $65 reward. I'm not even a paid member. If I would pay for this type of service probably I'll be using Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
No, for what I use it is okay, nothing out of this world. I'm not even a paid member. If I would pay for this type of service probably I'll be using Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize marketing strategies and creative frameworks. It helps consolidate important information in one place, making it easy for others to understand.

Effortless Team Collaboration and Project Tracking

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to collaborate with my team and seeing their progress throughout projects. It's a great tool for brainstorming. When we have the whole team on a call together, it's easy to open up a Miro board to see the live progress of ideas and concepts. It's great for presenting as well- we're able to show all the ideas and how we came to them, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's relatively easy to use, it takes a while to get used to the controls. I mainly use the Adobe Suite for work, so the zooming/scrolling/editing features took a while to learn. I was worried about messing up someone else's workspace when I initially started, but once I got used to the controls, I was less worried about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's difficult to collaborate effectively when most of your design team works remotely. Miro is a great tool for collaboration and helps bring teams together in an age where remote work is the norm. It's wonderful to see the progression of projects from ideas to refined concepts. It really helps kickstart your own ideas when you're able to see into everyone else's mind.
