What do you like best about the product?
I like that all participants can write on the board at the same time. I also appreciate that I can use a different color over my students' work to show corrections. Additionally, I like the two erase features, with one erasing small bits and the other erasing large areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would LOVE it if Miro had pre-made number lines and graph coordinates I could grab and work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to work together on a whiteboard without being in the same room.

Intuitive Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and intuitive to use. I have many 'guests' join for workshopping sessions with no prior experience and very rarely any usability snags
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting boards can be a bit tricky, especially when they are larger in size
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remote and so Miro has become my collaborative whiteboard to use with colleagues

Essential Tool for Collaboration, But Needs Performance Improvement

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro facilitates collaboration between different team members and helps us visualize complex systems. Its ability to bring together different departments to work on our product road map and enterprise growth roadmap is great. Everyone can come together, agree on the framework, contribute, and visualize the outcome on the board. I also find it easy to present or share the details with others. The live view is super helpful for collaborations, and we recently started using the Miro AI and presentation feature, which I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the desktop app is buggy and it takes a lot of time to load. The Miro AI needs a lot of improvement, especially in understanding the flow and ability to chat, which gives wonky experiences. If Miro wants to be the center of my collaboration, it would be good to have the option for call and text chat, though these are just good to have features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to visualize complex platforms and processes, making collaboration across different departments smooth, thanks to its live view and presentation features. It helps us craft diagrams and roadmaps effectively.

I find Miro very easy to use and great for collaboration. It helps me organize my ideas and different topics and assists me with developing a transdisciplinary approach towards my projects. I also really enjoy the vast, never-ending board and space that Miro offers. I was introduced to Miro in 2020, and I've been loving it since.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more colors for my sticky notes. I want a color wheel and like that I can get more flexibility to choose colors of my choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize my ideas and topics and supports a transdisciplinary approach for my projects. It's easy to use, great for collaboration, and offers vast board space.

Good Experience Overall, With Room for Improvement

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how visually pleasant a well made Miro board can be. I have been sent several by members of my team who use it to mock up ideas for a projects architecture. These come out quite clear and easy to read, and it is an effective tool for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found that, as someone who's never used Miro before, there's a bit of a learning curve for me. I wouldn't say it is anything excessive, but Miro is a bit different from some other tools I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often create project diagrams for new services, and Miro serves us well here

Flexible Digital Collaboration, Needs Easier Sharing Options

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Miro is unstructured, letting me move things around as I want. It's great for having free form ideas in a digital environment where I can reflect on them later without being limited by the structured nature of tools like Google Sheets or Word documents. The setup is also very easy and minimal, allowing us to quickly start new boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you have to pay for bringing guest collaborators. It would be better if there was a cheaper way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for online collaboration, tackling problem-solving, mapping user flows, and workshops. It allows unstructured thinking in a virtual space, bridging gaps when face-to-face interaction isn't possible. The unstructured nature helps brainstorm freely without the constraints of traditional tools.

I can easily start a board and think about design for a new feature, and I can also get all my team on a board to contribute in real-time immediately. Miro's ease of initial setup is also a plus; it was very easy indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great to use AI to mock up some designs for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
