Miro makes teamwork way easier and more fun

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and fun Miro is to use. It makes working with others—especially remotely—so much smoother. I use it a lot in training sessions and service design projects, and it’s awesome for brainstorming, mapping out ideas, and keeping everyone on the same page. It’s super visual and flexible, which helps me stay creative and organized at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the boards get really big or there are lots of people working at once, it can slow down a bit. It’s not a huge issue, but something I’ve noticed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in my work: getting people to collaborate smoothly, especially when we’re not in the same room. Whether I’m running a training session or working on a service design project, Miro makes it easy to share ideas, stay organized, and keep everyone engaged. It saves me time, helps me stay creative, and makes teamwork feel way more natural and fun.

Cannot work without it

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro daily more than any other tool and genuinely cannot imagine working without it. What I like best is how seamlessly it enables real-time collaboration across teams or with clients, allowing me to run workshops or share concepts on calls without having to use bloated software like Powerpoint. Having a shared space is invaluable when working remotely, as it makes brainstorming, gathering ideas and building on each other’s input easy. It’s a great tool for prototyping concepts, mapping out processes and visualising plans all in one accessible space. Miro helps keep everyone aligned and engaged, no matter where they’re working from.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a moment for people new to Miro to get a grasp of it, but in general it doesn't take long. Large boards with a ton of content can become pretty slow to navigate around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of collaborating effectively with distributed teams and clients. It provides a shared space where we can brainstorm, capture ideas and map out processes without being in the same room. This saves time, reduces miscommunication and makes workshops, planning sessions and prototyping much more engaging and productive.

Transforming Remote Team Collaboration

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides an intuitive, visually-rich workspace that makes even complex brainstorming and project management simple. Collaboration is seamless: everyone can add notes, diagrams, or even code blocks in real time, regardless of where they’re located. Integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace mean all our resources stay connected, and features like voting tools, timers, and built-in video chat make workshops and agile ceremonies smooth and interactive. The infinite canvas lets us see both the big picture and the tactical details at a glance, which helps keep everyone on the same page and ideas flowing. We also use it for complex architecture diagrams and designs, which we refer in our daily development work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, large boards can become a little slow to load, especially when many collaborators are online or when using resource-intensive templates. Navigating extremely complex boards sometimes feels overwhelming, and it can take a few extra clicks to find the right section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
• Visualizes architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration maps so that everyone on the dev team and with stakeholders grasps both the big picture and granular details instantly.
• Sprint planning templates integrate with tools like Jira, enabling easy creation, adjustment, and tracking of user stories, priorities, and milestones, keeping Salesforce development cycles agile and transparent.
• Retrospective boards and templates drive open reflection, improvement, and accountability after each sprint, helping teams celebrate wins and fix bottlenecks in Salesforce processes and deployments.
• Brainstorming features, mind-mapping, and infinite canvas make architectural problem-solving faster, more creative, and truly collaborative, whether planning new objects or mapping out API integrations.

Huge step-up for collaborative workflow

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Miro board has greatly enhanced our design and art pipeline at Brewed Games. Previously, we managed everything through Google Sheets and Docs, which was rather cumbersome. Since switching to this board, our process has become much more efficient. Having a macro-level overview of the entire project's progress, combined with access to granular details and live progress updates, has been a tremendous benefit for us. It has really improved our ability to share ideas and collaborate effectively throughout our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. If I have to nit pick, a simple right click and add comment feature would have been great rather than having to create a chat box on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great visual collaborative tool, and as far as I know, nothing quite like it existed before. Previously, we used tools like Wrike, Jira, or relied on traditional Kanban processes for project management, but this offers a different experience. It really does improve the process significantly.

A Very Good Whiteboard App Overall

  • September 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of templates so that I don't have to start from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not intuitive sometimes, especially when connecting the diagrams or editing the text on the connecting lines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my primary use cases is creating flowcharts for SOPs. While we have our SOPs documented in Notion, I find that flowcharts—particularly swim lane diagrams—make it much easier for readers to grasp the process at a glance.

Great software that fast tracks my teams collaboration.

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Before Miro, our notes, ideas, and brainstorming were scattered across multiple tools and locations, making it hard to stay organised. Now, everything lives in one place, and collaborating with the team is effortless. The AI powered diagramming has also been a game changer, helping us turn concepts into visuals quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can sometimes feel a little slow to load. Based in Sydney, I’d love to see a local server to improve performance for users in this region.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest one is mind mapping, diagrams and whiteboard. Free flowing ideas are unstructured, and when brainstorming, Miro feels like it provides some structure.

A Dream for Event Project Management

  • September 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro's Kanban Framework has been brilliant for my team to collaborate and stay on top of action items for the events we put on. I also love being able to separate projects and color coordinate items.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone is is tech savvy and works in Silicon Valley, Miro is user friendly. For someone not as tech savvy, it may be hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a busy environment, with overlapping events, Miro has streamlined our planning and execution.
