Very easy to collaborate with others and see everyone's work in real time

Limited sheets available on an account which doesn't allow variety of sheets if we have more than one topic

Intuitive, Collaborative, and Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Miro allows us to collaborate. It's very intuitive and easy to use. The initial setup was very easy and very intuitive, with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good to have a better mobile experience and also an offline functionality.

I use Miro to manage projects, organize ideas, and review feature implementation. It's very intuitive and easy to use, and I like the way it allows us to collaborate.
Excellent Collaboration Tool with Ever-Improving Features
What do you like best about the product?
Really great tool for collaborating and the features are being continuously improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be fiddly when starting to use but once you get used to the controls then it becomes second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps to ensure that the product team, developers and end users can reach a shared vision collaboratively for software development features, before they progress to being developed. Previously, users would not be able to visualise the end solution properly until they got access to the system in UAT, and developers would not fully understand the expectations, meaning lots of expensive rework. Using Miro has cut down on the volume of changes needed during UAT and post-go live and given us better buy-in.
Versatile and Simple: All Your Data in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and you can either build very minimal content, or an absolute monster of a master sheet. Putting everything in one place is great for visibility
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I havent really found anything i dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to map all of our customer journeys into an overall service blueprint.
I am also mapping all of our chatbot flows, and then using Miro to theorize how to optimize them

Versatile Tool for Brainstorming, Needs Better Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for its features like timers, voting, and adding documents. It's great for live brainstorming sessions where I don't have to do manual calculations. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to save stuff in an organized way in Miro; the info is all over the place. I prefer old-fashioned folders or a simple structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me brainstorm live without needing manual calculations, even though it's not easy to share with management and LT.
Exceptionally Smooth Interface and Seamless Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has the most user-friendly and stable interface, which is smoother compared to other programs. The interaction of the shapes in my diagrams does not cause difficulties and overlap, the shapes do not interfere with each other. This may not seem significant, but in other applications it constantly bothered me. Secondly, it is a very convenient teamwork. The team can use the product from any device, operating system, and application, as it suits them.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. In the application on mac os, sometimes the list of boards disappears, I have to restart the application. 2. Sometimes you have to zoom in to make the arrows align more evenly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When launching new projects, Miro helps visually describe the interaction of processes and systems, after which the project becomes clear to all participants.
Miro is a useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Enormous space to creations. Flexibility of forms, colors, connections, arrows, images. Place to organize your chaos. Ease of Use, Number of Features, exports to different formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure, I am not aware of the limits. But I heard something about limit of spaces for account or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
write use cases, user stories, process how
A Versatile Tool for Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro's visually appealing interface, which uses icons, symbols, and pictures that make it easy for everyone, even those from different backgrounds or less technical backgrounds, to understand a problem in a simple way. It is easy to move around and use, making it a great interface to share ideas. It helps me bring together all my stakeholders on one page where everyone can contribute equally, which is really helpful for defining product vision and strategy and getting clarity and alignment. The initial setup was quite easy too, just taking one session for everyone to become familiar with the platform, and now everyone uses it like a pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think that we can have more templates on Miro, like more generic ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro simplifies collaboration by bringing all stakeholders together on one page, allowing everyone to contribute equally. It's easy to use for defining product vision and strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment. The interface with icons and symbols is intuitive, even for non-technical backgrounds.
Perfect for Collaborative Hybrid Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Hugely collaborative and works really well in hybrid workshops. Easy to share across the organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that easy to create Powerpoint decks from Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge variety of problems (e.g. product design) where a collaborative approach is required, and a place to store collective work is available
Intuitive and easy to use! Miro is also ideal for team implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
The point I like the most is that it can be used intuitively. When I submit materials to clients, I create elements in Miro, and it's also easy to integrate with other tools, so our team is actively considering adopting Miro. Some members have never used Miro, but since it's very easy to start using, I'm confident that its adoption will be easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be a minor point, but the differences between frames and diagrams are hard to understand. I believe there are introductory tutorial videos, but if you could introduce some use cases, I think I would be able to master using Miro better. As I am Japanese and not proficient in English, I cannot evaluate the quality of customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at an advertising agency, and I use Miro to illustrate how our company can positively impact clients. With diagrams and journey maps created in Miro, clients find it easier to agree on the areas where we can contribute.
