Very useful for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro is so easy to use and has so many options, like post-its and templates. For ideation sessions, having these kinds of elements makes the work much more agile and, at the same time, makes the final result much clearer. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborative work, creating calendars, brainstorming, and ideation sessions in an agile and intuitive way. The post-its and calendar templates streamline the work and improve the understanding of the final result.
Intuitive, AI-Driven Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for everything related to projects, from planning and tracking tasks to storing artifacts and creating architecture maps. I love the variety of design options it offers and the AI experience in creating diagrams and summaries, which help speed things up for me. I can describe what I need in natural language and have a first draft ready for edits right away. Also, Miro is super easy to set up, it felt like a cakewalk. We switched to Miro from OneNote because Miro is easier to use, especially from a collaboration perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Azure DevOps options, like the ability to use queries and utilize final data in various ways, is not as smooth as it might be for Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan, track tasks, and generate summaries, keeping a common view for stakeholders. It speeds up my workflow by allowing me to describe needs in natural language and quickly get a first draft.
Effortless Collaborative Brainstorming and Iterative Coding Diagramming for Product Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its ease of use when diagramming ideas and sharing them with the team. I mostly use it for brainstorming, early-stage ideation and for ppt's, easy to integrate for these reasons I use it frequently. I do not use customer support because is easy to use and i never had problems with miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Miro is that it can be difficult to edit implemented diagrams into a more polished, presentation-ready format for slides. In addition, collaborators without a Miro license face limitations in how much they can interact with or edit the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to brainstorm and structure ideas collaboratively in early and advanced stages of projects (all the lifecycle really, because we do refactors and iterate over ideas frequently). It helps me align stakeholders visually, map user journeys, and translate complex concepts into diagrams that are easy to discuss and iterate on with the team.

Its intuitive interface and vast template library eliminate the learning curve, allowing users to quickly visualize complex ideas. The ability to view and edit boards anywhere across all devices ensures smooth, real-time synchronization, making Miro the most flexible and efficient single workspace for visual communication and strategic planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main problem I encounter is performance lag when handling large, content-rich boards. This issue is especially apparent on mobile devices such as iPads and smartphones, where actions like scrolling, zooming, and editing become quite sluggish. As a result, this performance limitation undermines Miro's "edit anywhere" promise, particularly when working on sizable, complex projects.

By providing a single, centralized visual canvas that can be accessed and edited in real-time from anywhere, Miro effectively bridges the gap between physical and digital work. For me, the benefits include enhanced visual clarity, as all information and ideas are structured in one place, and greater work flexibility, allowing me to contribute to brainstorming and planning efficiently without being constrained by location or time zone.

I use Miro to structure projects for a learning platform with a colleague, and it helps me visually draw up a process like you would on a whiteboard. I love that it's very flexible, allowing me to expand in all directions and move items easily. It supports collaboration as a global team across time zones since we can work on a shared Miro board. It's intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for new team members to get started. I also enjoy the smart features like the block. The initial setup was extremely easy, and I'd rate it a 10 in terms of recommending it to a friend or colleague.
