Great Experience from Start to Finish

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing of using miro was you can ideate all your ideas at one board. it is like when a team used to ideate on the whiteboard. now you can implement this with the help of miro and even you can collaborate with your team members which is in sync and live. I use miro 3-4 days a week. You can Integrate many things in the board. The latest feature "Create with AI" is epic, just give the prompt or data and it will give you the results. I didn't even found any issues where I'll be needing any Customer support. When someone joins our team, I simply suggest them to use miro because of it's ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find any dislikes about miro as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the Strategizing part of my job. I use miro for building strategies for creating the mindmaps and journey of whatever we are building in the company.

Sometimes it lags quite a bit and crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Collaboration and Innovation at Its Core

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its great collaboration capabilities, especially in a remote setting. This often reduces travel-related costs and ensures everyone is engaged in the session. The AI features are particularly helpful for summarising and creating diagrams. On top of this all, Miro's frequent updates bring new features and keep it class-leading when it comes to collaboration and remote facilitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific, I have had comments of how to package the experience into an offline output, but usually quite a niche request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables remote work, reducing travel costs and facilitating collaboration through features like sticky notes and brainstorming. It helps keep everyone engaged via its facilitation tools (timers, cursors, etc.) and working together, overcoming the limitations of traditional tools like PowerPoint and Microsoft's whiteboard.

Project Management Gold

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Miro is the ability to create a whitespace that holds any/all of the most important documents and resources that I will need. I can drop pdf's, documents, email clips, presentations, etc. which eliminates the need for me to constantly go back and forth between platforms.

I've gotten my entire team on Miro so we can collaborate and we even do our weekly meetings together on the board. Newcomers are definitely apprehensive about learning a new software, but Miro is super simple and people seem to catch on immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some glitches can pop up, especially when creating org charts and things going wild. At the same time, creating org charts is one of my favorite functions and it's easier than almost any other software I've used for this. My team is nervous sometimes to make mistakes and delete things, which can be hard for us when trying to expand our usage. I've also seen things be modified, deleted, or changed and it's not always easy to go backwards to get to the place you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophisticated org charts are a key function. Also mind mapping our very large, complex projects makes it much easier for our management team to visualize. We are using the Miro board to conduct weekly meetings and hold our critical path trackers which makes it easier for the entire team to manage their workload from one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to summarize and share the results of my design research.
Because I can enter results without worrying about formatting, I can instantly document my research.
Also, because it's easy to share, I find it very useful for receiving feedback and insights from my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say something, it would be nice if the basic plan included more shapes, lines, and vector icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicate quickly and accurately with team members

Visual Collaboration Made Easy, Though Large Boards Can Lag

  • September 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro’s infinite canvas is excellent for brainstorming, strategy planning, and mapping complex workflows. You can pull in templates, diagrams, mind maps, everything to get ideas out fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a learning curve: navigating all of Miro’s features & menus takes time, especially for users unfamiliar with visual collaboration tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of distributed idea capture: rather than bouncing ideas over email or many disconnected tools, Miro gives everyone a shared space to visualise, iterate, and align on ideas.
Also reduces friction in feedback loops: rather than explaining via text, you can sketch, annotate, move things around visual clarity speeds up understanding and decision-making.

Incredible powerful tool, quick, surprisingly lightweight

Really strong integrations - google slides, live links,

A+ templates... no more searching Google for marketing / consulting templates
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to export or translate into other tools e.g. Powerpoint

Can be overwhelming if not an expert - takes a while to get team up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing my team onto a single source of truth - that marries up market scanning and insights with wireframming and customer journey
