Perfect for Design Collaboration and Instant Feedback

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for design and find it great for collaborating. I really appreciate the instant idea sharing and feedback, as you can post up ideas and have the team review them. I like all the tools and connector arrows, the ability to copy and paste images, and how Miro has been designed like an infinite Illustrator board. The initial setup was easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools don't work as well as Illustrator, like mirroring/reflecting an image around a vertical or horizontal axis. Having the ability to mirror an image would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is great for collaborating, allowing instant idea sharing and feedback with my team. It provides tools like arrows, copy & paste, and resembles an infinite Illustrator board.

Everything is very simple, I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have projects that your teammates have shared with you, you can't see the projects on the homepage, it irritates me.

Advanced Resources and Efficiency in Project Development

  • December 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The software offers various possibilities for project development, featuring a wide range of resources that facilitate this process. The extensive array of available tools and the ability to perform simultaneous edits stand out, making the work of planning, logistics, and project development much more efficient and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, due to the conditions of the version I use, there is a limitation on the minimum number of simultaneous projects. Aside from this detail, everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, this tool is meeting my need to manage and create process and activity mappings. With it, I can develop flowcharts and diagrams that facilitate understanding and reflection, as well as allow for planning and logistical organization based on these mappings.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the collaboration options it opens up with online meetings. It works seamlessly. It's intuitive and easy to start for all levels of ability
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving around the Miro board can be tricky of you have lots of material there. Exporting Miro as pdf or CSV is not very useful, I want it as a word document option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company relies on Microsoft Teams, but I find that Miro offers a much better experience for interactive collaboration. Its features are more intuitive, easier to use, and overall more effective. We use Miro in conjunction with Teams, which helps us run more productive meetings and enables everyone to contribute their best.

Revolutionized Our Team Collaboration

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Miro for structuring technical design within our team, and I appreciate how it allows me to use their boards for documentation and flow charts. I find Miro gives an easy team and organization experience, showing others documentation while being easy to use. What I like most is the team aspect, where we can get together, add, and follow along while sharing. I'm particularly fond of the team organization tools and diagramming features. Miro’s ease of use within our organization is a big plus since we can store documentation there for anyone to access. It enhances my work because I can explore other teams' boards in our organization and understand what's happening with their design or flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps a dark mode, everything is pretty good otherwise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team technical design, documentation, and flow charts. It provides an easy team organization experience across the org, allowing access to shared boards for enhanced visibility and understanding of design flows.

I have to say Miro has been really helpful as I work remotely

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I am just glad that when I move a sticky note it will move for all of the other users at the same time (as well as quickly) and not cause the whole app to freeze which was something I didn't expect. I find the timer useful as it encourages people to stop talking during retrospectives and I also appreciate that the templates allow me to not start from ground zero each time I want to create something new and when I'm exhausted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zooming features do act a little flaky at times; occasionally, I'll scroll through a page and find myself floating somewhere in a white void 3 miles removed from the original material. The process of sharing the board is intimidating as well and every single time I think I'm going to accidentally sign up for a hundred additional seats simply by clicking share with a freelance developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize it for remote ideation sessions due to our inability to utilize a physical whiteboard anymore and it helps us avoid sending an overwhelming number of email attachments back and forth to each other. It essentially functions as a life line to keep me sane while attempting to explain a user flow to someone who is not in the same room.
