Essential Tool for Quick and Efficient Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of quickly creating flows and organizational charts in Miro, as I can name, customize the squares, and I find the tools and interface fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could improve the AI part and create the flowchart directly with AI. Could manage to import it with the position to create the flowchart or have it create the flowchart directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize ideas and define the best path for flowcharts. I like the quick creation and customization of flows and organizational charts, thanks to the fast interface and efficient tools.

It is super convenient especially for big groups to work on projects together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of organization unless someone in the group organizes the work for you.

Working on projects, its easy to brainstorm and collaborate with the team.

Can be difficult to organize as scale on a single board increases over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro is visual and handles complex ideas while being really easy to use. The simple interface and the abundance of tools make it easy to pick up, which is great for planning projects and designing workflows. The initial setup was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new user. I haven't found any yet. I'd like to see more people using it.

I use Miro to mind map, plan projects, and design workflows. It's visual, handles complex ideas, but is really easy to use with lots of tools and a simple interface.

I wokr with people around mexico, and is super easy to communicate my ideas with MIRO
For me, miro turned out excellent due to its synchronization between devices. I use it a lot.

The synchronization between devices is very fast.

The miro documents are not what I would use, I would prefer to use an embed of docs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the good operability of Miro. It is particularly useful for feedback tasks, as you can arrange and check the entire screen and easily write instructions. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to view things from a bird's-eye perspective and its lightweight and user-friendly nature. Furthermore, Miro is easy to share and the initial setup is simple, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's inevitable because it's a free plan, but I want to separate the viewing boards by account...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is useful for creating wireframes and has good usability. You can arrange the entire screen, enclose the appropriate areas, easily write instructions, and check the uniformity of the format across all pages from a bird's-eye view.

Its ease of use, flexibility and collaborative features.

Not a lot really, if I had to pick something it would be higher capacity for video.

Miro provides a space to 'brain dump' a large amount of information and refine it over time. Having all the project mapping or ideation session content visible in one place, and then distilling it into a concrete plan of action, makes it much easier to demonstrate to stakeholders and subject matter experts the reasoning behind the process and how the final result was reached.
Where Miro truly stands out is in sharing boards with the wider team, gathering their input, and further refining the content together. This collaborative approach supports achieving business goals and strategies. It also makes it much easier for people to visualize the plan directly on the board, which can then be exported for inclusion in a slide deck or PDF. This feature is especially valuable when you need to communicate a finalized plan to the business—in my case, to as many as 150,000 employees.
