Impressive Scalability, But Sign-In and Options Need Improvement

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The space is unlimited and you can collaborate with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very difficult to log in, there are very few options of things to do, like the post-its and that kind of stuff — it’s very limited. With 20 people it lags a lot and becomes really slow, making real-time collaboration impossible. It’s hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro I can collaborate on a project as if it were an infinite whiteboard.

What do you like best about the product?
I do a lot of project work with Miro, setting up moodboards and processes, and I love the freedom it offers. The work feels like an act of smooth creation with it. Miro's seamlessness in experience is something I appreciate a lot; I never have any problems with file extensions or sharing, and everything is just super easy. The ability to not be limited by the format and to collaborate with others is another thing I value.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, everything gets fixed super fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro removes format limitations and enhances collaboration. It provides freedom and makes project work feel like smooth creation. It's seamless, with no issues in file sharing or extensions, making everything super easy.

Intuitive Collaboration and Seamless Integration—A Must-Have for Remote Teams

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it easy for anyone to get started quickly. It provides a highly visual workspace that’s great for brainstorming, mapping ideas, and explaining concepts clearly. The real-time collaboration experience is smooth, allowing multiple team members to work together simultaneously with very little lag.
It’s especially useful for remote or distributed teams, thanks to features like comments, sticky notes, timers, voting, and smooth syncing. Sharing boards and managing permissions is simple, making collaboration with different stakeholders easy.
Miro also comes with a rich library of templates for nearly every scenario, brainstorming, agile rituals, retrospectives, customer journeys, and more. The infinite canvas is extremely flexible and allows for detailed workflows without feeling constrained. It integrates well with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and Figma, which helps keep everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can feel overwhelming at times because the infinite canvas makes it easy for boards to become cluttered or hard to navigate. Performance can slow down on very large boards, especially when many collaborators are active at once. Some users find the permission settings confusing, and managing access across large teams can take extra effort. While the tool is powerful, certain advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting for smaller teams. The mobile experience is not as smooth as the desktop version, making it difficult to work on boards from a phone or tablet. Additionally, exporting options are somewhat restrictive, and sharing high-quality exports can require a paid plan. Integrations work well, but setup can be tricky depending on the team’s workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of aligning teams, especially remote or cross-functional ones, by giving everyone a shared visual space to collaborate in real time. It replaces scattered notes, long email threads, and static documents with a single, interactive board where ideas, workflows, and plans can be built together. This has made brainstorming sessions more productive, helped us map out complex processes more clearly, and significantly improved communication across teams. It also speeds up decision-making because everyone can contribute simultaneously instead of waiting for sequential feedback. Overall, Miro helps streamline planning, keeps discussions organized, and makes collaboration more engaging and efficient.

Must-Have Tool for Daily Workflow and Team Collaboration

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really love being able to draw diagrams in different colors and putting text on top of diagrams in Miro. Creating the boards is also really helpful. Miro became a winner due to its better user experience, better colors, and more features compared to Lucid Charts. The initial setup of Miro for my team was extremely easy. It's like a must-have for day-to-day work, and I'd recommend it to my colleagues, as there's nothing else I could think that could replace Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I want to copy the Miro board into my Google presentation, it doesn't work. I wish I could copy the flow and put it directly into Google Slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps create alignment and shared understanding for product management, solving problems of documenting ideas and ensuring clear visibility. I love drawing diagrams in different colors and adding text, which aids collaboration across design, marketing, and product teams.

Clear Overviews and Easy Setup, But Design Features Could Improve

  • December 10, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful once set up, instant overviews and clear connections - easy to understand for people no matter experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the uses of functionality, I like design, and would like more extensive design functions. Maybe icons, an integrated web to grab logos and a better way to link logos to sites. Things like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping me explain things to more inexperienced people, as well as find and see connections (strengths and weaknesses) in the whole funnel.
