Useful platform, but sucks up bandwidth
What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant who designs and facilitates remote work sessions on a regular basis for my clients, I find Miro to be a flexible, user-friendly tool. We can easily invite a range of clients to use Miro, can move between presenting and collaborating, and can allow our clients to access Miro boards for free - all features we need and use regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro sucks up a lot of bandwidth, often making my freeze when on Zoom or Teams. I live in the suburbs of a major metro and rarely (if ever) have this issue with other platforms, but when Miro is open, I freeze regularly. As a facilitator, this is a huge headache for me that makes me look bad in front of my clients. This challenge impacts how frequently I use Miro with clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro primarily helps me facilitate a wide range of work sessions - topics tend to be landscape research and corporate strategy.
Great tool for teamwork and ideas
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use for teamwork, even when people are in different places. The boards are clear and flexible, so you can do brainstorming, planning, or workshops. The templates help save time, and it works well with tools like Google, Slack, and Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many features, and it feels confusing for new users. The free version has many limits, and big boards can be slow. On smaller screens it can also be hard to move around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team work together online without needing to be in the same room. We can share ideas, plan projects, and organize tasks on one board instead of using many different tools. This saves time, keeps everything in one place, and makes our meetings more productive.
Miro helps me do my job efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
It is an extremely helpful tool to use. In my company we have collaborators in different parts of the country and Miro helps create a seamless and efficient experience with that. I can post something and right away my colleague or other business partner sees it and can respond. So much easier than email when dealing with visuals. And it keeps a good log of the timeline of events. There is no fear of an email being missed or accidently deleted. I would recommend it to anyone needing a helpful tool for design and product development. Being able to photos right in Miro is extremely helpful as well. It also makes running a zoom meeting easy because I can share what I posted and also what other people post right on one screen. Miro is also pretty straightforward to learn how to use. There is a bit of a learning curve but once you're up and running it's easy. And I love continuing to discover new capabilities of the program. I use it almost daily in my job. It is one of my most valued tools. I have not have not had any issues that would require the use of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the system automatically defaults to the use of a pointer which can edit the board easily. If someone doesn't change over to the hand right away it shows that they edited the board when they mostly likely didn't add anything useful. I find myself looking constantly to find the edit that does not exist. I feel the default should be the hand and then the use has to select the pointer if they want to edit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate with my colleagues and other business partners remotely. It is extremely beneficial for speedy responses.
Clean and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The tool’s simplicity allows users to operate it easily, even without prior experience with similar platforms. Its available features serve their purpose effectively, and collaboration is straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, due to the amount of information displayed on the dashboards, loading or refreshing can be slightly delayed. Additionally, when moving a group of elements, it can be difficult to align them properly with others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us visualize the workflows of our products, both internally and externally. It also allows us to map out the workflows of the projects we carry out.
Excellent collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miró is a versatile tool that allows for easy and fluid collaboration with the team at the same time. It increasingly has more features that allow for documenting backlog, agreements, workshops, voting, etc., and replacing in-person work, which, being digital, is easier to process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clustering of Post-its still needs development. Sometimes Post-its are clustered that are not related.
The exportation to PDFs could also be improved, as in the case of larger boards, they do not reach sufficient resolution to read the details.
I would love to access the AI more, but we don't have it 100% enabled; it could be unlimited and not limited to a certain number of queries.
I think more onboarding is needed because now that I reviewed it, I saw that there are many more features that I didn't know about and could be useful.

Team organization: from backlog, roadmap, to team strategy and work on initiatives related to guidelines for other teams, training, processing of qualitative and quantitative data, research reports. It helps us discuss ideas and reach agreements, process data in a visual way that facilitates a more complete view of results or considerations. It allows for divergence but also convergence on the next steps of each initiative.
Great for collaboration and customer journey mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The user journey mapping template is a standout. It makes it easy to visualize and align on customer flows without overcomplicating things. On top of that, the real-time collaboration and whiteboarding make remote workshops actually productive instead of painful.
What do you dislike about the product?
On large boards it’s easy to get lost. Having such a big space to brainstorm is powerful, but navigation can become a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of running effective remote workshops and aligning teams across different functions. It gives us a single space to brainstorm, map user journeys, and make strategy visible, which cuts down on misalignment and speeds up decision-making.
Review MIRO board
What do you like best about the product?
Visual appealing. Once you know how to get the best out of the tools, it can become very easy to understand processes visually. I've been using it almost 2x a week as it's part integrated on a business project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have enough information to say at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has been very helpful in Journey Mapping
Great tool for workshops and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been really helpful for running workshops and presentations. There’s lots of support available, from tutorials to advice shared by other users, which makes it easy to learn.
I like how I can get instant feedback and interaction during live sessions, which keeps people engaged. The AI features are also very useful, for example, I can highlight sticky notes and quickly turn them into a table.
Miro has made collaboration much easier and more productive.
I’d definitely recommend it for anyone running workshops or team sessions.

I’d definitely recommend it for anyone running workshops or team sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are sometimes a bit inaccurate, especially with complex visuals or flowcharts. That said, I haven’t found another tool that does it better, so it’s a minor issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me run workshops and presentations in a much more interactive way. It makes it easy to collect ideas, get instant feedback, and organise notes quickly. This saves time after sessions and keeps participants more engaged.
Amazing collaborative experiencw
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and how well I can share data between my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the straightening stuff out within my flowcharts, so would like a better experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like using miro for user journeys, storyboards, and mind maps, all very helpful for product roadmapping and user journey creation.
One tool to make everything clearer
What do you like best about the product?
Using Miro has provided me with infinite space to create illustrations, presentations, and discussion boards, as a PO this tool is becoming more and more handy everyday. Making presentations and discussion boards with activities like sticky note voting, or collaboration and brainstorming has never been easier with Miro. Also ease of integration with other project management tools like Jira is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel that Miro is still missing some templates, and I do need these templates to optimise my work and save loads of time than creating it from scratch. My advice is to include more templates for project/product management techniques to enhance communication of thoughts and updates in a game like manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems were having to create whiteboards over other platforms mid-meeting, having to create presentations from scratch, and not having enough space to do it or add new things mid-meeting. Miro being online and live and with infinite space for boards has solved these problems for me.
