Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
It helps visual thinkers like myself organize ideas and concepts so I can follow through with a project as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. I like everything about Miro.

Keep diagrams and mind maps editable (instead of a drawing on a notebook) and accessible from any device.

I really appreciate how customizable the visuals are. It's also very useful for collaborating with different teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, moving elements can be a bit challenging, particularly when trying to select several at once. The process of selecting multiple items simultaneously isn't always straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work can present challenges when it comes to collaboration, but having visual representations and the option for several people to work together in real time is extremely helpful.

I appreciate Miro's flexibility and agility, which aids my virtual collaboration with clients. I also find its ease of use a significant advantage, making it straightforward for our PM to handle the initial setup effortlessly.

I use Miro to tackle stagnation in Zoom meetings with clients. It's flexible, agile, and easy to use.
Made Remote Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I think Miro is a very fun platform with lots of different ways to display data and things like that. It's quite user-friendly once you get used to it, and using a mouse or a trackpad is helpful. I like how it makes things very easy to collaborate with my team. I find the sticky notes feature very easy to use for putting thoughts on and writing them on top of anything, and I also think the tagging feature is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it hard when I'm flipping between mouse and trackpad for it to pick up automatically. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to maneuver around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of multiple people collaborating remotely by allowing simultaneous typing and movement. It's visual, making planning easy and serves as a virtual whiteboard alternative, facilitating effective teamwork.
Excellent Collaboration and Visualization Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflow mapping tools and the whiteboarding capabilities. They are great for collaboration and visualizing ideas and processes. They are also relatively easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use it for webinar breakout groups more easily. It's clunky and confusing when larger groups of people are trying to interact with the boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our remote organization an easy-to-use and accessible way to visualize processes and collaborate as a team.

I love using Miro for visualizing email flows and project planning with many moving parts. It's a great virtual whiteboard that makes it easy to lay out and visualize ideas. The flexibility and ease of use allow me to paste screenshots, images, and use text blocks, making connections and arrows move around as needed. I appreciate how easy Miro makes it to share the content with my team, allowing them to interact with the material easily. It's the best tool for visualization and mapping, and its initial setup was very easy.

Any frustration I have is probably more of a reflection of my need to spend time understanding Miro's features and strengths better.

I really like the ease of use and the variety of templates that Miro offers. It requires no training, which is fantastic because I can get a group to collaborate in real time with little to no effort upfront. This really facilitates discussion and ensures participation from everyone involved. I appreciate how Miro supports collaboration on a variety of topics, like product roadmaps and storytelling, with flexibility for real-time online collaboration. The initial setup was very easy for me and my team, and I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had issues with not being able to see all my boards and had trouble finding my boards at times. This may be due to license limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for document version control and sharing content. It's easy to facilitate real-time collaboration with little effort, which secures participation in discussions. The variety of templates and no need for training make it very user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro for planning and visualizing features and epics, as it helps me understand how the requirements will fit together. I appreciate the easy-to-use visualization and collaboration with my team. The new AI assistant is great for quick image creation because I can quickly create images specific to what I am working on without leaving Miro. The initial setup was as easy as can be, and I would rate my likelihood to recommend Miro as a 10 out of 10.

I use Miro for planning and visualizing features, which helps me understand requirements. It offers easy visualization and team collaboration. The new AI assistant allows quick, in-platform image creation. Initial setup was very easy.
Effortless Mind Mapping with Intuitive Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create mind maps with Miro and how it's easier for me to just fill things in. It's really helpful because when I was working on a big project that involved multiple mind maps, Miro helped me create those within an hour. The initial setup was very easy, all I had to do was just enter my email. I would give it a 9 because it's easier to use than Figma.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think can be improved is the zoom feature, it's zoomed out very far so it's hard to screenshot it to present.

Miro helps me create mind maps quickly, like completing multiple ones for a big project in an hour. It's easy to fill things in, making the process smoother.
