Miro has changed my productiviy by providing me one place for all my daily work tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be extremely helpful through its user friendly design, visually appealing notes, ease of integration with Zapier (my AI personal planner), and the easy way I could quickly implemente it into my organization, I use miro every day to plan my work day. I would reccomend this to anyone trying to get organized quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is that everytime I sign back in, the software automatically makes me rename the document. I consider this a small price to pay for such a great tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me to organize all my tasks across different apps where my assignments are given.
Miro for flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Good for flowcharts as you can create nice looking diagrams easily
What do you dislike about the product?
The alignment on shapes is not always the most intuitive, it doesn't snap to where I would expect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping out flow charts for technical architecture, process flows, and also user story mapping
Simple, easy to use yet powerful and encourages creativity
What do you like best about the product?
How it allows you to represent your ideas in a very well presented and creative way while embedding support tools for your work efficiency as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find two way arrows for diagrams, but that could be me ;) but I did try hard - Its that good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating product boards, and workflows, architecture maps and basically most of my visual charting needs
Versatile platform for all our product needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Miro is it's ease of use and collaboration features. I find it particularly useful while designing complex workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well one of the things is the pricing. Free plan features are limited. Being a small team, even the starter $8/mo/member becomes a lot when a few people are working together, more so when our product isn't generating revenue. A less pricier $5/mo/member plan would be ideal in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us a LOT when we are designing complex workflows, especially for AI agents.
Game-changing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Essentially a digital pinboard, this product allows incredible ideation and collaboration with team members. It has totally reshaped how I work. It’s missing a couple of fairly essential commands, like mirror image, and has some drawbacks like not being able to handle PDF’s well. It could be a great place for adding hand sketches directly through an iPad, but that also take a lot of processing power and doesn’t work well if there’s more than a few images on the board. The web linking to an image is an incredible feature, as is the background removal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tool limitations like mirror image command. PDF processing difficulty, board capacity issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows very productive design working sessions with team members who are remote
Great for Team Collaboration, Needs Pricing Adjustments
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's clean interface, which made setup straightforward and allowed me to get started immediately. The collaboration feature is fantastic, enabling team collaboration across the globe, which was impossible with previous software. I also love the intuitive features for drawing flows with various colors and palettes for organizing ideas. Moreover, I appreciate that Miro integrates seamlessly with PowerPoint, simplifying presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a plan where colleagues from low and middle-income countries can access the software at a very competitive rate. It would be beneficial to provide different rates depending on the country to make it more accessible, especially for those in low and middle-income regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro enhances collaboration, allowing team brainstorming and project planning globally. It overcomes the challenge of working alone in previous software, facilitating seamless teamwork and idea sharing.
Excellent interface and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to visualize complex rules to solve problems more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I really like using Miro as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to build complex rules and logic.
Miro has been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has helped our team in many aspects of our project management. We have an extensive use of Miro for Planning, documenting, and ideation. This has also helped us in designing mockups for our work before actual implementation. The ease of use and the extensive templates that are available have helped a lot in our day-to-day work. Our team has been using Miro on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I may have been worried about is that when multiple collaborators work on the same board, there is a possibility that someone may unintentionally change or delete something. There should be a recovery mechanism for previous work or version control for boards. Also, there should be documentation for all possible integrations and their capabilities.
