Versatility and Creativity Without Limits in Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Through Miro, I can create all kinds of content, whether to sketch or to create a complex file that takes into account various aspects of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am creating a diagram, but in this diagram, I would like it to align more quickly (automatically) and at the same time intelligently suggest new points or a better structure for the diagram. Also, recognizing that I am creating a diagram, it should save it as a diagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve the workflows and diagram how the architecture of my AI agents should be, functionalities, and what should be done at each stage. It greatly facilitates the visualization of this architecture.

User-Friendly Platform Elevates Our Brainstorming with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for brainstorming ideas and appreciate its simplicity and user-friendly nature. I don't have to be tech-savvy to use it, and it's good to go, which I prefer over Figma for use cases like mine. Miro allows me to see everything in one place, using colors to bring ideas to life, making things attractive and engaging. I can easily create and share boards, write on them, and design quick wireframes to share ideas with designers. The setup was also very easy and fast, without any hassle. I find Miro quite valuable for integrating and visualizing our products' technical architecture, as it helps align our product with integration strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one additional feature that can make sense is integration. For users like myself who use Miro to create prototype wireframes, if there was a good way to migrate designs to Figma or any other design tool, like maybe copy and paste, that would make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to see everything in one place, visualize ideas, and align product integration. Its simplicity and use of color boards make ideas attractive and engaging.

Intuitive Collaboration and Ample Space Make Workflow Design a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of space, Nice interface, Very intuitive collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no easy way to access symbols and logos, for example the logos of technical tools to develop a workflow diagram. I would prefer if it had symbols like in eraser.io

Customer retention business problems
Transforms Ideas into Clear, Valuable Mind Maps
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it allows me to take the ideas out of my head and create mind maps with my ideas in a way that the client sees value in and understands as best as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative point, in my opinion, is the limitation of space and projects in the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a media analyst, using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other tools. My challenge was to create a new campaign structure and present it to the client.
Using Miro, I was able to create this basic structure, present it to the client, and because it's visually appealing and easy to understand, the client approved it.
I've already recommended the template to other colleagues at work in case they need it.

Great for Collaboration, Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro really useful for collaboration during training, as it solves issues with working together online. It's great how participants can input their ideas on a shared space as if they were together. I like that it's easy to move around the board without restriction, offering plenty of space to play around with. The functionalities are also great, like the ability to eliminate cursor noise if you don't want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning common mouse functionality with general functions, like zooming a page, might help new users find the application welcoming rather than frustrating at first use. The initial setup was quite difficult, with lots of steps. It could be simpler, like entering your email and receiving a link to connect immediately, rather than collecting so much data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves issues with online collaboration by allowing participants to input their ideas in a shared space, as if they were together.

It's solving the problem of real time collaboration on a remote team. We use Miro for sprint retrospectives and the ability to hide what folks are writing on the board is awesome as it ensures no one is influenced by what others are writing.
