A power user for a reason
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for approx. 70% of my work. I use it to structure my thinking, but also use it for collaboration with colleagues. It's easy to use, and many features make it even easier to use. You open up a board and are ready to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the post-its, but sometimes it'd be nice to place more text in it before the text becomes unreadable (too much zooming).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly structuring my analysis work and collaborating with colleagues, based on the analysis we run.
Digitalizes Ideas Perfectly, AI Features Shine
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro helps me digitalize my ideas, making remote work more efficient by easily sharing drafts and drawings. The ability to embed PDFs and videos directly into the workspace is incredibly useful. I also find the AI features, particularly for prototyping, to be very powerful and contextually beneficial. Additionally, the recent feature allowing synced frames among words is great for maintaining alignment. These functionalities make Miro a strong competitor against traditional tools like Microsoft Whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that there is a lack of support for new users to transition from beginners to intermediate users more effectively. While the platform itself isn't difficult to use, mastering it and getting the most value from it requires investing time in understanding shortcuts and possibilities. This learning curve could be made easier with more guidance or help from Miro. Another point of frustration is the limited integration capabilities. I would love to have integrations with OneDrive and my Microsoft suite, but currently, this isn't possible due to company restrictions. Lastly, I miss having more learning opportunities, not in the form of webinars, but as small tips or guidance to help learn new features and shortcuts more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to digitalize my ideas, making it easy to share drafts while working remotely. It replaces PowerPoint and functions as a digital board for workflow drafting and organization.
My must-have tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get everyone working together, even remotely. For example, during sprint planning, our whole team adds ideas and prioritizes tasks in real time. The ready-made templates for things like user story mapping or retros make workshops fast and productive. Integrations with Jira and Slack save us a lot of manual updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards can get really slow, especially when we run big brainstorming sessions. Managing permissions and access for guests or external partners is sometimes confusing. Also, the cost can add up quickly if you need premium features for the whole team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us break down silos and collaborate visually, even when the team is fully remote. It solves the problem of scattered feedback, endless email threads, and unclear action items by giving us one shared space to brainstorm, organize ideas, and plan projects. For example, we use Miro to map user journeys, run remote retros, and align on product roadmaps—all in real time.
This has made our workshops more interactive, sped up decision-making, and ensured everyone’s ideas are visible and actionable. Ultimately, Miro helps us keep projects moving smoothly without losing context or momentum.

Most versatile tool for cross-collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it for everything: brainstorm, work collaboratively or by myself, do user research, present, ideate, you name it.
It's very easy to grasp by people who haven't used it, and at the same time it has more complex features for when you need to go deeper or manage more complex projects.
It also integrates well with other tools, making it easier to have it in your tool stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having different boards opened make your computer go really slow. :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing people together to reflect and work on certain topics.

Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, easy to operate. I use it everyday on my current work.
We operate it with several teams, and several people around the world. Easy to implement on a company day use, since its so simple to understand. Tools are enough for brainstorming and daily discussion.
I would recommend it 100%.

Using miro for architecture work
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with my team, especially in a remote setting. Good way to explain concepts without having a whiteboard. Also good for having a history of what has been discussed and collaborated on previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard to keep a board tidy over time, especially if the board is used for many different use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro: A top-tier collaboration tool with minor issues
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Miro is how easily it is to collaborate with multiple people on one board. As a game producer, Miro is great for team-building, brainstorming or further ideation. Members can easily hop on and start working together, and Miro's templates make that very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Miro as a documentation tool works, but it does suffer performance issues if a board gets too big, meaning you either have to use other platforms or split on board into multiple. This can make documentation more difficult.
Additionally, the Miro team seems to be implementing features that are nice to have, but not prioritizing current features and their optimization, like frames and such. Why are frames still so buggy to use? Their layering messes up every time I want to use multiple. Additionally, it is a shame that extra formatting options are not available in shapes, like bullet points. Also: Why can we STILL not have different font sizes in one text box?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing my team together easily by smooth collaboration and having a shared documentation hub that otherwise would require a bunch of seperate documents.
