I've been an active user since it was Realtime Board
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy to use. I create workflows, comp up creative, etc. -- it's been a game changer for me
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a pain to share links with someone who just needs to view something vs. adding more team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering lots of visual data in one place to begin sorting and looking for trends.
Amazing tool but not easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing tool with huge amount of features and ways to be used. I feel like I know and see just a top of the iceberg.
The best thing is that one can learn even just few small features and start using it immediately. So the initial learning curve is easy.
I love the flexibility of visual tools and constant improvements.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's overall complexity is a bit scary. By learning one new thing, I discover there are 10 more that I still don't fully understand.
I am not fan of personal and shared board management, and get usually lost.

Content management in one visual collaboration platform.
Easy to Use and Perfect for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity of the user interface. It makes it easy to jump straight in without feeling overwhelmed. I’m a big fan of using it for moodboards and mind maps, and the platform is particularly strong for that kind of visual work. I also enjoy how collaborative it feels, it’s great being able to share ideas and build things together in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find the limited choice of colours restrictive, especially when I want to create more variety or highlight certain elements. It would also be helpful to have an easy way to format bullet point lists, as this feels like a basic tool that’s missing. Another small frustration is not being able to quickly set or update the default view for users when they first open a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro gives me a simple way to lay out large amounts of imagery in one place. It makes it easy for several people to review and discuss visual content together, without the need for endless email threads or scattered files. This has been especially useful for sharing moodboards and design ideas in a clear, accessible way.
Find another platform
What do you like best about the product?
Dont use this platform. Find another alternative
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love if Miro integrated with our project management system Asana, but we've done work around to make it work. We would also like more personalized help when asking to see the full features of what Miro can do for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to directly link our products to where it can be bought from. It's also a quick visual way for our contractors to see the concept of what we're trying to design.
Working collaboratively anywhere anytime to understand users better
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work collaboratively on a searchable whiteboard easily with colleagues and with new users with very little training. You can use it to develop dashboards, project management, user data storage, analysis and synthesis. I use it constantly for all sorts of workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small feature flaws with certain tools that make them not as seamless to use, but these are based on my specific preferences as an avid user. I also think AI functionalities (for clustering for example) have some ways to go. I wish it did have more of a robust and technical feature for data collection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is aiding in product/project management and conducting user research.

Miro perfect tool to - demonstarate and visualize things
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how easy it makes collaboration, especially when working with a team that’s spread out in different places. The infinite canvas feels very flexible—you can brainstorm, organize ideas, and map out projects all in one space without feeling limited. I also appreciate how intuitive the interface is, so even new teammates can jump in and contribute quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any downside of this application. Since i have very limited usage of this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us run more effective retros by providing ready-to-use templates that save time and keep the sessions structured. We also use it to create user diagrams that let us visualize our approach before starting development. On top of that, it’s a great space to track product KPIs and to illustrate how different products integrate with each other, which makes collaboration and communication much clearer.

It helps me get more input on ideas and projects that we want to test
One of the best whiteboarding tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the zooming, it allows you to organize your content in a way it makes sense. Also the new more interactive facilitation tools help a lot while conducting a workshop.
What do you dislike about the product?
My workflow kinda breaks when I start wireframing and it's difficult to create a prototype that I can actually test. I'd like to have some kind of integration with Figma.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate with the cross-functional teams. It helps me visualize things quickly, so I can get alignment within the team.
