Great Collaboration Features, But Navigation Needs Improvement

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am glad you can have such a large quantity of information and data on seperate boards. I am glad multiple users can work at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not an easy way to navigate when the board gets large.
I wish there was also a way to highlight, use revision clouds etc, to see what items are new from other users. Maybe a color coordination system per user?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for schematic design for interior projects

Real-Time Collaboration and Versatile Tools Empower Our Team

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find it really helpful that team members can collaborate in real-time and there are tons of tools that can be used and embedded within the platform, allowing us to share our thoughts and convey ideas while being able to work async and without having to hop on an instant call.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect that I don't enjoy is that it can be slightly difficult to zoom in and zoom out and move around the board, making it hard to find essential information that is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Miro really allows us to brainstorm and work well together as we are all able to share our ideas within our team and review them in real-time instead of having to wait.

Virtual Whiteboarding Made Effortless and Collaborative

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm normally someone who likes to use pen/sticky notes to for program planning and design -- Miro is a great virtual alternative that gives that same type of flexibility and accessibility of pen/sticky notes, but with the added ease of collaboration, and being able to do this activity with where notes and papers on walls is not feasible or when team members need to work remotely
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't experienced any downsides yet. It seems to fit the need so far. I would say that it seems to be an even more user-friendly experience when used with a touch screen/stylus, but is still very usable with a regular laptop/desktop/keyboard/mouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping us with new process mapping, and new and updated program design and layout, so that as we are building new programs, we can more easily see how they fit into the bigger picture and connect with existing programs. It helps us simultaneously see the larger organizational picture of our programs while also focusing on evaluating and improving each individual program (from the day to day operations or the forms needed)

Intuitive, Versatile, and Powerful tool

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly easy to use, which enhances my workflow efficiency, especially when documenting processes and drafting functionalities for our software development projects. The platform has evolved significantly, incorporating intuitive features that align perfectly with my most frequent tasks, making it both comfortable and user-friendly. I appreciate the innovation that Miro continuously demonstrates, even in areas I haven't explored yet, which makes me excited to delve into its advanced capabilities. I am genuinely having fun exploring these functionalities, highlighting Miro's intuitive design for my specific needs. Additionally, I find Miro versatile with a wide range of options and functions, making it a reliable tool for brainstorming, creating presentations, and organizing information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could really benefit from advanced AI functionalities. Sometimes, I have to manually translate concepts discussed with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude into diagrams, which can be cumbersome. I wish I could interact with an agent or assistant within Miro that helps seamlessly convert ideas into diagrams and allows fine-tuning as I work on other projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to document processes, ensuring they're securely organized and easily shared within my company. It acts as a valuable addition to our knowledge repository (single source of truth), streamlining my workflow for drafting new functionalities and preparing stakeholder presentations.

I usually prefer to use it during the workshops where my team is mostly remote, and we can contribute together to the Ideas, and can see there cursor actually moving in real time. Additionally, It also offers a learning centre where you can actually learn from your Use Cases Point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike honestly, but sometimes Miro feels overwhelming with so many features, and I personally feel like I don't use it to its full potetional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro Made the collobration/Brainstorming sessions so fun especially when most of your team is remote, It makes the Teamwork easy. Previosuly - Visio/ Power Point presentations used which were so boring, and didn't really had the same impact as Miro dose. Miro allows us to pasted screenshots, Diagrams, Notes, Links and it litreally has infinte board we can everything in one board. Miro helps to simplyfy the complex business process and show connections in a better way.

Effortless Collaboration with Pre-Built Templates and Easy Navigation

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pre-build templates, the easy navigation, easy sharing with the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more "prototype" features, like Whimsical. Not to build a robust prototype, but to wireframe designs, product solutions etc. I ended up always using whimsical for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Help my team visualize the product roadmap, instead of showcasing it in Jira.
- Help me break down processes and build mild-maps and flow to help get to a feasible solution
- Integration with Jira made my life so much easier to build roadmaps,

Essential for Design Team Collaboration

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly valuable for collaborating with my design team on new developments. The platform allows us to organize detailed mood boards and inspirational materials in various configurations, which is reminiscent of the 'pin ups' we used in design school. I particularly like the expansive board available in Miro; it is vast and accommodates a large number of items, yet I can zoom in closely to focus on individual elements. This feature makes it feel like working on a real-life whiteboard or corkboard, allowing us to arrange items naturally without the constraints of a traditional slide format. The initial setup of Miro was intuitive and seamless for my team, and we immediately started utilizing it, which indicates its user-friendly nature. Overall, Miro proves to be an exceptionally useful tool for designing and mood boarding collaboration, making our creative processes more efficient and enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the text inputs feel a bit clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Miro to collaborate with my design team, organizing mood boards effectively, and enabling natural, detailed discussions like a real-life whiteboard. Its vast board and zoom feature enhance focus on individual elements.
