The whiteboard that keeps our team moving
What do you like best about the product?
It feels effortless. I can spin up a workshop in minutes using templates, sticky notes, timers, and voting. Clients jump in through a simple link and we collaborate in real time without friction. Frames make it easy to present, then export a tidy PDF for follow up. Jira, Asana, and Figma embeds keep context in one place, which saves a lot of tab hopping. Keyboard shortcuts are thoughtful, comments are clear, and onboarding new teammates takes almost no time. We ran a ninety minute brand sprint with a distributed team and kept momentum the entire session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large boards can feel heavy on modest laptops, so I archive sections or split boards to keep things smooth. Guest permissions sometimes confuse first time clients, which leads to a few minutes of guidance. Offline use is limited, so poor connections can slow a session. Pricing by seat can add up for occasional contributors. None of these are deal breakers, but they are worth knowing before a big workshop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes workshops, wireframes, and feedback in one canvas, so clients and teammates stay aligned. Fewer meetings, less version chaos, faster approvals, and cleaner handoffs to dev.
Miro helps us simplify our daily routine.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro in my daily marketing and sales work because it naturally extends my strategic thinking. It allows me to structure complex mind maps and clearly visualize customer journeys, connecting ideas and insights that might otherwise get lost. Its ease of use, combined with collaborative features and AI capabilities, makes it easy to turn abstract concepts into actionable plans. I can also iterate quickly, reorganizing flows and testing scenarios, which speeds up decision-making and improves the accuracy of my engagement and conversion strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI could offer more options for charts and scenario building.

100% Miro based business!
What do you like best about the product?
When our company first started, we set out to design and deliver the best collaboration experience possible, regardless of whether people are in person or sitting remotely. Without Miro this would not have been able to happen.
Miro has moved from a whiteboard tool, to being the default innovation workspace for teams. The Intelligent Canvas is where real collaborative work happens - it's no longer just an infinite whiteboard, due to it's latest features it's now a central hub for creative workshops, project management, technical diagramming, prototyping and so much more.
It's incredibly easy to use for first time users but has an extensive range of features for more advanced users.
One of the reasons we started using it was the rock solid build - I can't remember the last time the technology failed me in a workshop - exactly what you need when working with senior stakeholders on big important projects.
We use it for every single client project as well as internally to operate our business - we honestly couldn't do what we do without Miro.

Super-intuitive, but buggy to say the least...
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy-to-use GUI. The available tools serve our needs well. Particularly for flow diagrams, where the fundamental automation exists.
Helpful to be able to drop in vector assets to annotate.

What do you dislike about the product?
The layering functionality is extremely buggy; occasionally some items jump between layers, or are visible when their parent layer is hidden.
The lack of text formatting control within individual elements can be frustrating.
The price point is extremely prohibitive for a small non-profit organisation like ourselves to roll-out to other senior users, let alone to staff members.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly and easily draw out workflows and processes ahead of implementation.
For vector graphic annotations, it's provided a platform that allows us to share with wider stakeholders (where things like Adobe Illustrator or InDesign can't help us, since they're not web-based or easily accessible org-wide).
Multi-contributor functionality has also proven useful (i.e. several people working on the same board, with active cursor positioning displayed)

With Miro, it is easy to present things clearly and structured in professional life.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the infinite space that Miro offers. You can effectively work on and present many different topics together with colleagues. I also like the structuring of the app, as you can access all your Miros in an organized manner at a glance. We use Miro very frequently in the team, as each team has its own board and it also helps with the structuring of meetings.

I find Miro's onboarding process excellent and its standard features very easy to understand, making it accessible for both myself and participants.
