Effortless Collaboration, Needs Better Onboarding

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for facilitating collaboration across diverse teams throughout our organization. The platform offers real-time access and participation, which enhances our collaborative efforts, while also allowing team members to contribute at their own convenience. The visual whiteboard is remarkably clear and easy to use, streamlining our processes significantly. I love how easy it is to share and retain content for future use, ensuring continuity and easy reference for our ongoing projects. Additionally, Miro excels in providing easy visualizations and process mapping, which greatly aids in laying out complex workflows in an understandable format. The high quality vector export feature is particularly beneficial, as it allows us to export our work without any loss of quality, maintaining the professional integrity of our presentations. Lastly, I found the initial setup of Miro to be very easy, which minimized the time spent on logistics and maximized our focus on productive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it necessary to teach the basics of how to use Miro and its functionalities to each new group, which is cumbersome. The lack of training materials or a short video for onboarding is a significant downside. It would be beneficial if there were resources or AI-generated videos tailored to specific functionalities for each group of participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for real-time access, flexible collaboration, and easy-to-use visual whiteboards. It solves sharing and content retention issues, simplifies visualizations, and offers high-quality vector exports.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how Miro stands out for its high degree of customization, making it particularly beneficial for my study sessions. The platform is designed in such a way that it allows my teacher to write answers and make them visible in real-time, aiding in immediate comprehension and review. This real-time feature extends to all the notes shared so far, enhancing our collaborative study efforts. Additionally, Miro's ease of access simplifies the process of connecting and working collaboratively, ensuring that I can engage with it effortlessly whenever needed. Another aspect that I find especially favorable is how well-organized the interface is, which helps in maintaining a streamlined workflow. The initial setup of Miro was very straightforward, saving time and allowing for a seamless transition from our previous tool, Google Slides. Overall, these aspects collectively contribute to a highly-efficient study environment, and this ease of use is why I would highly recommend Miro to friends or colleagues, rating it a solid 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes encounter glitches in Miro where the pages appear blank. This can disrupt my workflow and requires me to refresh or troubleshoot to continue working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro super customizable and beneficial for studying, with real-time updates from my teacher and well-organized notes, making it easy to access and enhance my learning experience.

  • December 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly useful for sharing reviews and revision feedback for my projects. The standout feature for me is the ability to work together online in real-time. This functionality allows communication and collaboration without any restrictions, significantly easing the progress of discussions and brainstorming sessions. I especially appreciate the platform's capability for canvasing, where others can join without difficulty, and the drawings and notes remain accessible for review later. Moreover, the initial setup of Miro is very straightforward, and managing team members is also effortless, which enhances my overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the loading times for Miro drawings to be problematic, particularly because they are high resolution. It would be helpful to have an option for lower resolution images, which would ensure faster loading speeds even with limited bandwidth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to share and receive feedback for my projects online, reducing waiting times and having a clear log of revisions. Its real-time collaboration tools make brainstorming and canvassing effortless with others.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the potential to create visually appealing and organized streams of information and can help with brainstorming.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro to organize my projects and campaigns, as its mind mapping functionality is excellent. I also greatly value the pre-installed modules and templates, like the Business Canvas module, because they save me time and effort by not having to create these tools from scratch. Miro's ease of use is unmatched; the initial setup was super easy. I have so much confidence in Miro that I rated it 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendations and I have already recommended it even to my wife. The integration capability with Google Drive is another aspect I appreciate, as it enhances efficiency in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps they could be integrated and one could install the artificial intelligence models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize my projects and campaigns, allowing me to interact with clients as a coach. Miro facilitates the use of pre-designed templates, such as the business canvas, avoiding the need to create them from scratch.
