Great for Collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to collaborate with others asynchronously. We use this platform a lot for brainstorming, sharing work, and laying out documents. It is very easy to use and the learning curve is small. It is very easy to bring in new users for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a board can get very bogged down when too many files are on it. I wish there was an easier way to speed up the board without having to a new board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is cutting down on the need to print large-scale documents to see them all together at the same time. It is great for reviewing construction documents.
Good tool - Really like the Org Chart widget
What do you like best about the product?
Since discovering it, I’ve been using the Org Chart widget with CSV import extensively. It has greatly streamlined the process of creating organizational charts for my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the cost is a bit high and would love to see it lowered so I can roll it out more widely across the entire organization with less overhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org chart design and documention brain storm session with global team members
Easy diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive, it allows you to place your ideas into a graphic design, the learning curve of the software is fairly quick and simple to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have find about Miro is that if you are using the free version, you are limited to only being able to have 5 ongoing projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a clear and easy way to put your ideas in an ordered manner and to complete a task.
Miro - All you need for collab
What do you like best about the product?
It's an open canvas - accept anything. And it has some pretty insightful templates. Its AI features make it super easy, too. I use it a lot to draw journeys or classic whiteboarding, both with customers and internally. There are other tools out there, but Miro is very flexible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the licensing. I am not too sure about it's commercial model, but I know there is a cost associated with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to draw stuff, for instance: a product roadmap, tech roadmap, or diagrams, or a customer journey map or simply do some mind mapping with the team. I could you a physical whiteboard, but you have only so much room in there. Also, can't really do good remote collab. Power Point is not a tool for this. Miro help me think and helps me convey ideas better. Also, it has some interesting features like voting, so does help when we are doing design thinking.
Most efficient User Story Map I have ever made.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of the platform and expert ready-to-use templates. I really find very helpful that I can search for a template of something I need, and I can then find suggestions of expertly design Miro approved templates. It saves so much time. In the future I want to experiment with AI in Miro, looked so great on the videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes some time to learn how to use the platform. I see some great templates available, and have no idea how to create them myself from scratch. Sometimes it also might get tricky to navigate around a big board with many components inside. Some sort of content panel for easy navigation would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it helps me get things done in a seamless and easy way. Recently I needed to do a User Story Map for the first time. I read online about it to understand the basics, and then I started wondering what tool to use to create it. I thought to check in Miro's templates, and there it was, a great template ready for me to use and start brainstorming and structuring my ideas. This not only saved me so much time, but also it was beautiful and efficient to collaborate on it with my team. A tool that makes my work faster and more efficient, provide me with a tangible value.
A useful productive tool for planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Visual, highly adaptable and easy to introduce and get people to use. Use in a range of situations, from independent brainstorming, to workshops, to project reflections. Has all the tools needed, and I probably don't use even half of it's capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love it for project planning, though I think this is mostly personal style and preference as it has the templates and tools required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online collaboration, creative space, wide selection of tools

A Versatile Tool for Group Collaboration and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro offers an infinite board layout, which allows me to sketch freely, combining shapes and text to create charts and diagrams effortlessly. The web-based platform's easy accessibility makes it invaluable for group collaboration, enabling everyone to contribute seamlessly, which is especially helpful in visually organizing projects with diagrams and sticky notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Miro could improve by providing more intuitive tools and making interactions with the board simpler. Currently, it seems like Fig Jam, associated with Figma, offers more intuitive and specific tools, which makes it a more welcoming service. Miro's tools appear to be somewhat limited and not as easy to use for different purposes. There's a need for more variety and intuitive flow of tools to make Miro as appealing as other platforms like FigJam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for group collaboration, benefiting from its infinite board for idea generation and visualizing flowcharts with ease, enhancing my project management with accessible tools.
Miro for games development
What do you like best about the product?
It transforms brainstorming into a dynamic canvas where creativity flows and ideas connect naturally
What do you dislike about the product?
The table functionality feels underdeveloped compared to the rest of the platform’s powerful tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of aligning diverse ideas during the early stages of game development. It gives my team a shared visual space to brainstorm mechanics, map out player journeys, and connect narrative and design elements in real time. Instead of scattered notes or disconnected tools, everything lives in one collaborative canvas. This not only saves time but also helps us spot creative connections faster, keep everyone aligned on vision, and move from abstract ideas to actionable plans more effectively
