Generally a pleasant experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the live updates on the screen. I can see what my coworkers are doing and I don't have to refresh in order to see changes. I like the customization options and how user-friendly it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note. I haven't noticed anything notable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro keeps the workflow streamlined and allows everyone in multiple locations to see the progress of a client's job. We all operate in different spheres but can access the status of a job easily this way.
Miro has been absolutely amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to bring all ideas, references, and discussions into one shared space makes teamwork seamless. Its intuitive interface and flexibility allow us to move smoothly from brainstorming to structuring, and then to execution all without losing context.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is excellent for collaboration, sometimes the boards can become heavy with content, which makes navigation slower. The frames also move unintentionally at times, which can be irritating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us centralize research, ideas, and project workflows in one collaborative space, making it easy to track progress across different phases. This improves team alignment, speeds up decision-making, and ensures that everyone stays on the same page, ultimately boosting productivity and efficiency.
The Best Digital Whiteboard for Our Team's Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I think the greatest strength of Miro is its flexibility and how intuitive it is to use. It has continuously been the central online space for our team for a wide range of tasks. We use it for everything from brainstorming sessions and sprint planning to mapping out complex content timelines and tracking our OKRs. The ability for everyone on the team, and even across different departments, to collaborate in real-time on a single board is very effective since we are a fully remote company across a number of cities and continents. I appreciate being able to see everything visually, it makes processes and solving problems a whole lot easier to achieve. A stand out for me is the template library - this has saved us countless hours of preparations before important meetings, projects and collaborative sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features can be slightly overwhelming for new users being onboarded to a project, and it takes some time to get used to everything. With so much being offered, I think it's possible to not use the tool to its full potential. Additionally, on very large boards that contain lots of images, it can sometimes experience a bit of performance lag, particularly when zooming in and out quickly. These are minor issues though that don't get in the way of our daily use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a majorly remote company, we face challenges such as finding a way to visually collaboration across different time zones without being able to physically be with one another. Miro solves this fundamental problem by providing a unified, flexible digital workspace.
The primary benefit is having a single source of truth for our creative and planning processes. Instead of juggling static documents, our Miro boards are living documents for everything from sprint planning and wireframing to mind mapping new ideas. This has dramatically increased our team's alignment and efficiency. It allows us to turn our conversations into plans that everyone can see and contribute to, which has made our decision-making process much faster and more engaging.

The digital white board I cannot do without
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become an indispensable part of my workflow. I use it for everything from brainstorming with teams to transforming our notes into clickable prototypes. One of my favourite features is actually uploading PDF documents, unpacking them so I can see all the pages laid out. This makes referencing source information that's critical to a project super easy. I've used it for product design and learning experience design. It's also the best digital facilitation tool I know. I use it every single day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Miro, it felt overwhelming and I struggled to unlock its potential usefulness. I recommend new users start by going through their incredible bank of free templates, stay up to date with their new feature releases, and see how others are using it. This is a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps internal and external stakeholders work together, especially in remote set ups.
A bridge between our team and our clients
What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro to communicate project details with our clients. Having used it with our multiple clients over the years, I've found it incredibly convenient for clients to share their opinions and feedback on our drawings. It's also incredibly handy for reviewing past comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to suggest some improvements to the way comments are displayed on the dashboard, especially when there are a lot of customer comments. We need to click on each one to see the details. I'd like to see automatic layout so that all customer comments can be easily displayed around our project. Perhaps we could also implement some automatic optimization of connections, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes the communication between us and our clients about the project clearer and faster. Therefore, we always recommend MRIO as a communication method to our customers, and most of them like it.
Excellent! Makes brainstorming, mind-mapping and planning EXTREMELY easy
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and takes almost no time to learn. The tools are functional and work really well. The AI integrations, even at the free level do a great job at driving projects forward. We do a lot of site mapping on Miro and it really gets the job done nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to FigJam, Miro does not offer as many features although the tech does have what you need for the most part and so this is not detrimental. FigJam can be a little harder to use compared to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us move faster, remain highly organized and work collaboratively. We are excited about the features that are added regularly. Also, the ability to share views with clients makes brainstorming and sharing ideas effective. WE are happy with this strong tool.
A great collaborative tool for grouping ideas and brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
I love the tags! It makes it so much easier to group ideas when you have so many stickies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was embedded with other tools better. It might also be that I'm not aware of the extent you can use Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize notes after research interviews. The tags make it so much easier to sort through complex large data. I can find what I'm looking for quickly.
Miro: Reliable, Collaborative, and Indispensable
What do you like best about the product?
Our team absolutely loves Miro. We’re a startup of 50 employees, and we use it for everything—from product discovery to quarterly planning. As a remote-first company, having Miro on the cloud is incredible because it allows our team to collaborate and contribute simultaneously. It’s also very reliable, which I truly appreciate.
Using Miro to present my stories has helped me take many product ideas from inception all the way to market delivery. I highly recommend this tool for any product manager or team that thrives on collaboration.

What do you dislike about the product?
We’d love a way to automate ideas from Miro into Jira. Our biggest challenge right now is mapping work items in Miro to Jira and tracking delivery end to end. Having an easier way to connect the two would make a huge difference.
