Miro is the ultimate application for effective collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very versatile and allows you to manage multiple formats and types of documents on boards. It has a low entry threshold and user onboarding is simple. The integration of AI features is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management of collaborators on boards based on the different types of licenses is not very clear. The number of features is now truly enormous, and this can make things difficult for inexperienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with colleagues, partners, or clients is very easy and streamlines processes. The integrated AI is fantastic—it allows you to use elements on the board as prompts. There are many tools and, in practice, everything you need to manage projects: timelines and kanban, multi-format documents, slides, diagrams, etc.

A Must-Have Tool for Team Collaboration and Visual Thinking
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has completely transformed how our team collaborates, plans, and brainstorms. It’s more than just an online whiteboard—it’s a full collaboration hub where ideas can flow freely and be organized into structured plans. Whether we’re mapping out a strategy, running a design sprint, or capturing notes in a workshop, Miro gives us the flexibility and structure we need.
The real-time collaboration is seamless. Watching teammates contribute, comment, and move elements around on the board at the same time makes remote work feel truly connected. The template library is outstanding—no matter what we’re working on, there’s almost always a ready-made framework to speed things up. And with integrations into tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace, Miro fits smoothly into our existing workflows.
The platform scales well too. We’ve used it for small brainstorming sessions and large company-wide planning exercises, and it performs reliably in both settings. Even with complex boards, the ability to zoom in and out, link objects, and organize content keeps things manageable. While there’s a bit of a learning curve with some of the advanced features, it’s worth the investment—once you’re comfortable, Miro becomes second nature.
Overall, Miro has become a critical tool for us. It’s intuitive, flexible, and powerful—perfect for any team that values creativity, structure, and alignment. I recommend it without hesitation.
Pros:
• Best-in-class real-time collaboration
• Huge variety of templates for every need
• Strong integrations with productivity tools
• Scales well from small teams to enterprise use
• Makes remote work sessions feel engaging and interactive

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us overcome the challenges of collaborating as a distributed team. Before using it, brainstorming and planning sessions were either static (slides, documents) or messy (spreadsheets and long email threads). With Miro, we have a single, interactive space where everyone can contribute ideas in real time, no matter where they are.
It solves the problem of engagement in remote meetings—people aren’t just watching a screen, they’re actively participating. It also helps us keep projects moving faster by visualizing workflows, aligning priorities, and tracking dependencies in one place. The benefit has been clearer communication, faster decision-making, and stronger alignment across teams.

A must-have tool for teachers and students.
What do you like best about the product?
This whiteboard platform is an excellent tool for both teachers and students. Its interface is intuitive, it allows real-time collaboration, and it makes explaining concepts more visual and engaging. It’s especially useful for online classes, turning explanations into an interactive and clear process. Without a doubt, it enhances both teaching and learning experiences
What do you dislike about the product?
As a online teacher, I've tried many whiteboards before and I can say there's nothing I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of collaborating effectively in both remote and hybrid environments. It provides a shared visual space where ideas, workflows, and projects can be mapped out clearly, eliminating the confusion that often comes with scattered documents and endless email threads. For me, the biggest benefit is how it keeps everyone aligned in real time, no matter where they are. It makes brainstorming, planning, and teaching more interactive and engaging, which ultimately saves time and increases productivity.
Great tool that shaped my career as a Product Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been essential for my daily work as a Product Manager. I use it for research, designing new features, creating mockups, capturing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues. The flexibility of the boards makes it easy to structure thoughts, run workshops, and keep everything in one place. It’s the tool I rely on the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards with a lot of content become heavy and slow to load, especially when collaborating with large teams. I would also like to see more advanced integrations with other product management tools to reduce context switching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me centralize research, feature planning, and idea sharing in one place. It eliminates the chaos of scattered documents and makes collaboration with colleagues much faster and more visual. This saves time, improves alignment across the team, and helps me move from raw ideas to clear concepts that developers and designers can work with.
