Best platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I can communicate with my team in so many ways. Every information is easy to find
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more control over my team-
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is really helping me and my team to achieve our goals in a more organized way
Very Helpful for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro has become my team's one-stop-shop for clients to come to and access everything they may need for our design projects. The custom template features mean that we can set up a project board super quickly and tailor it to each client. Miro has proven pretty easy for all clients (no matter how technically savvy they are) to come in, click around, and find what they need. I also appreciate how often new features come out, which makes me feel like our process will always get more productive over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I sometimes wish Miro had more custom design features, like better custom color palette functionality (my color palette in Miro is extremely long from adding custom colors which is a bit annoying to scroll through every time). I realize that design is not so much the function of Miro, but it's always nice when we can make deliverables consistent across products. But there's not too much to dislike about Miro, I think it's more about what upgrades and added features can help people get more out of the product ( and perhaps make it so designers & project managers create less custom solutions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving how my company can effectively manage projects, document notes, document important links to design and research files, and communicate both internally and with clients, all in one place.
I like how Miro is easy to use, accessible, and even has a good free version.
What do you like best about the product?
The controls are very responsive, and it’s an awesome whiteboard. I mostly just use the empty whiteboard template to create a lot of projects for myself and my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a board can get very slow once it has too much content. It would help to have some kind of optimization, like not loading content outside of my view, to improve performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of using Miro, like brainstorming and creating, is very fast.
We can easily create flowcharts and graphics to illustrate processes and pipelines.

The best Whiteboard Canvas for all your facilitations and idea explorations
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, any colleague or client I invite into one of our boards, gets it easily and can start helping, ideating and drawing in the first minutes. I like how good it's to design processes, draw customer maps, take notes and wireframe
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that AI features aren't very helpful on what makes Miro special yet. I does help you translate languages, cluster elements, even get feedback, but it would be great if it could help you facilitate or ideate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer journey mapping. It's extremely helpful when you do workshops and invite clients/stakeholders to design the solution. This saves time and helps our home office team deliver results without having to be in the same physical space.
Good tool
What do you like best about the product?
The agile way to create flowcharts
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI to generate diagrams based on text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro is the best tool for my remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has completely changed the way I work remotely. It is really easy to use and I can share ideas in real time, quickly and organized. I can also make my meetings truly productive because I’m able to visually show everyone exactly what I’m thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I work not only with my team but also with clients in a collaborative way, I sometimes feel limited by the options for sharing with external users who don’t have a license. I would like to give them different levels of access without the risk of exposing sensitive information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since my work is 100% remote, I needed a way to sketch ideas, run discovery processes, and quickly map out solution designs. Before, I used to create endless PowerPoints that were hard to organize, but now I can keep everything on a single board.
Seamless collaboration, Miro is a must-have for visual thinkers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Miro -- I am a visual thinker, so being able to lay out ideas spatially, organize them, and connect ideas with visual cues is extremely helpful in my thinking processes. Miro is also an excellent collaboration team, enabling remote teams to contribute to a virtual "whiteboard" seamlessly at the same time. I enjoyed using Miro so much at work that I also use it for personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to use Miro as a project management option, so a less free kind of board like a calendar that combined the great parts of Miro with spreadsheet-like and tracking capacities would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a remote team, and we don't get to gather together around a whiteboard to share ideas. With Miro, we can do that brainstorming remotely. Miro makes it easy for multiple people to contribute to a board while on a call together.
Miro is also a great way to present ideas and run meetings. It gives everyone a way to contribute and share thoughts in a way that then creates a useful visual way to understand information.

Great for collaborating
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, and really great for putting together big picture presentations. You can scroll out and see hundreds of images at once, but also zoom in and get a very clear view of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things can be improved. Miro doesnt let me crop images once they are on there, for exampe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of sending many pages and hoping a buyer sees them, this helps by allowing us to put notes next to each page, and see feedback item by item. All in one place without going back searchig for emails
Miro helped me connect with our clients on a deeper level
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to connect with clients on a more creative and personal level where the client is able to express their ideas creatively in the Miro board, and we can review and make comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the text boxes come up too small / board is created too large. A feature that resized he boards to appropriate sizes could be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to work with client on many projects at once in the same platform. We use it to plan new product launch creative and review existing assets.
A place to put all my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It's a place to plan/organize/strategize/design/think about anything in real time with others. I even use it as a to do list/task manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to flip photos horizontally/vertically. That there is a limit to "removing background" features. That it is not more recognized so that people are less resistant to implementing/learning it.
