What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro because it gives me complete creative freedom on a large canvas. I regularly use Miro with my customers during design sessions, and I also rely on it for all my account planning. I find it extremely helpful and inspiring in my various sales roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find anything to dislike about Miro; in my opinion, everything about it is truly excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I rely on Miro for almost every aspect of my work as an account executive. It supports me during customer meetings, helps with territory and account planning, and even assists in creating wireframe mockups. Whatever the task, I find myself turning to Miro.
A Game-Changer for Workshops, Brainstorms, and Team Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and flexible Miro is. It allows teams to collaborate in real time, no matter where they are, and the visual canvas makes workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process mapping incredibly smooth. The templates save a huge amount of time and the interface feels clean, modern, and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, boards with many elements can become slow, especially when multiple users are active at once. Some advanced features feel locked behind higher-tier plans, which may limit smaller teams. Also, navigation can be overwhelming for new users until they get used to the canvas and shortcuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps our team overcome the challenges of remote and hybrid collaboration. Before using it, workshops, planning sessions, and brainstorming were fragmented across different tools and hard to follow. With Miro, everything happens in one shared space where everyone can contribute in real time. This centralization improves alignment, speeds up decision-making, and makes it easier to visualize complex processes or ideas. As a result, meetings are more productive, project planning is clearer, and our team works more efficiently with significantly less back-and-forth.

Versatile Methods and Post-It Options Make Workflow a Breeze

The postit optios and that many mathedos can be combined

The BPMN digramm options are in my opinion better in other tools.

I diagramm, overviews, Project Mapping and brainstorming. As well as working with other teams.
All-in-One Platform for Effortless Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can have different formats and visuals all in one place. It allows me to view my projects as a whole and not have to open 5 different tabs for 5 different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be really helpful if the shapes expand according to the text length. Right now it auto-wraps the text and we have to manually adjust the size of each shape to make the text fully visible. Will be good to have an option to disable the auto-wrap.

Collaborating and designing the architecture has been a rewarding experience for me. I appreciate how the process encourages teamwork and thoughtful planning.

It’s very easy to collaborate with the team in real time.

The pricing is a bit high for small teams. Specially a lot of icons are not included in the starter plan.

Boosted Team Collaboration, Needs Better Export Options
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate using Miro for its open workspace, which allows me to explore different directions and structure my thinking in various ways. This flexibility helps in brainstorming and creating presentations within my PR and communications team. The collaborative nature of Miro with its capacity for integrating different sources, information, and links makes it more dynamic than traditional presentation tools like Google Slides. I find the open workspace incredibly valuable because it lets me move freely and structure my thoughts in multiple ways, making it easy to adapt to our team needs. I also like that Miro is positively restricted, as the limited number of boxes or sticky notes helps me focus on the content rather than getting bogged down by design details. The ability to visually tag with sticky notes, link different content types seamlessly, and adjust scale provides a unique and effective platform for teamwork and organizing ideas. This ease and adaptability make Miro a robust tool that I believe is only going to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the new AI tools in Miro not as effective as I initially hoped. They promise a lot, but pasting a spreadsheet or a block of text and having them create slides can be hit or miss. I often spend more time undoing and tweaking the design rather than it being an efficient process. This has led me to stop using these features in favor of manually creating content or using external tools like ChatGPT. Additionally, exporting slides to PowerPoint is not straightforward, which is a challenge for my team as we primarily use PowerPoint. Also, there were some onboarding challenges for me personally, as learning to navigate and use the tool effectively took some time.

I use Miro to enhance team collaboration and creativity by whiteboarding, unifying diverse content, and using visual tools like sticky notes for brainstorming and presentations.
Essential for Collaborative Study Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro to be a very useful version of the traditional PPT, especially because it is cloud-based and user-friendly for those who are less tech-savvy, making it easier for me to use in group projects. I appreciate that all parties can join remotely at the same time and work together, which is something we found challenging with Google Slides. It's visually easy on our eyes, which helps during long sessions. The features like slide shows and post-it notes are extremely valuable for my studies and group collaborations. During classes, when professors split us into discussion groups, we can put our results on post-it notes, which makes the class more organized and easier to manage. The initial setup of Miro was relatively easy for me, and I rate my likelihood to recommend it to a friend or colleague as an 8 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really know how to use the slideshow feature in Miro effectively as it tends to start from a random slide. This might be because the content I have on my Miro board is too extensive. Additionally, the lack of immediate, integrated guidance makes it harder to navigate and use these features proficiently. Offering pop-up video tutorials could significantly assist in overcoming this challenge and improving my user experience.

I use Miro for study purposes, simplifying collaboration in group projects as it allows all parties to join remotely. It's easier and more intuitive than Google Slides and helps organize class activities through features like post-it notes.
