Brainstorming and Team work
Essential tool in any consulting/presentation business
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely fast in drafting flows and attached visuals. It is extremely easy to place and connect elements so the tool is an element of the flow, not a point that stops it. I like how simple the tool is and how fast it works on any computer (or phone) I have used for the past several years. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any real downsides of Miro. I would love to have some more tools regarding image editing with AI options so it would be more helpful while building my decks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me build roadmaps, wireframe some easy webpages and also serves as a collaborative whiteboard with some useful group tools. Above all it is a visual collaboration platform
Best and easiest tool to use ever.
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is the easiest tool to use for project management and not only that I was able to create a complete agile environment for a large project this not only enabled the team to work in an agile manner but also help the organization to save money on investment on complex tools that probably would´ve help but will take longer.
Also, customer support has been reached flowless.

Miro is the perfect organizer!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the perfect way to organize by day to day tasks with the rest of the company. It also helps me with to-do lists, due dates, job details and so much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Miro is not being able to sort cards by date. That would be very helpful rather than doing it manually.

Out company receives orders many months in advance. Miro helps to organize those orders with all details.
Great Visualization Tools with Offline Support Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro invaluable for user research and data visualization, allowing me to organize and analyze user interviews effectively. I appreciate its automatic saving feature, preventing data loss even in the event of internet disruptions. The ability to work collaboratively in real-time with colleagues is also a major asset, making team projects seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the initial setup of Miro quite challenging due to the absence of a tutorial, which made it difficult to get started. Additionally, I experience significant frustration with the lack of offline functionality in the app version. When I'm without internet connectivity, especially when traveling or if my home network fails, I'm unable to continue working on any project using the app. This limitation is quite inconvenient. Unlike other applications, such as ChatGPT, which allow some level of operation offline, Miro completely restricts access without an internet connection. I wish the app version of Miro supported at least the last project I worked on offline. Finally, I believe that Miro's AI capabilities could be improved to make the experience more seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for user research and visualizing data, allowing me to manage large amounts of information effectively. Its autosave and cross-platform accessibility enhance my workflow, especially when collaborating on projects.
Highly Recommend It!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has quickly become one of my go-to tools for collaboration. It’s highly customizable, easy to learn, and very intuitive, even for people who haven’t used a digital whiteboard before. I really like how flexible it is—you can use it for brainstorming, workshops, project planning, or just organizing thoughts visually.
The templates are a big plus, and the drag-and-drop functionality makes building boards simple. It integrates well with other tools, which helps streamline workflows instead of adding extra steps. Collaboration in real time works smoothly—seeing teammates contribute live on the board makes meetings and workshops much more engaging.
Overall, Miro strikes a good balance between powerful features and ease of use, so it works well for both structured planning and creative sessions. Highly recommend it for any team looking to improve collaboration and transparency.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few drawbacks. Large boards can become slow and laggy, especially when many teammates are editing at once. Some of the more advanced features take extra time to learn, so new users might not get the full value right away. The pricing can feel step if you need access to premium features, and exporting or printing boards for offline sharing isn’t always seamless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of remote collaboration by giving teams a shared visual space to brainstorm, plan, and align. Since we’re fully distributed, it replaces the physical whiteboard and lets us capture ideas in real time, which keeps everyone engaged and on the same page. It also solves the problem of organizing complex projects—instead of scattered documents and notes, we can map everything in one place with clear workflows.
The biggest benefit is that it makes collaboration faster and more transparent. People can contribute anytime, not just during meetings, and decisions are documented visually so they’re easier to understand and reference later. This has improved team alignment, reduced back-and-forth in email/Slack, and helped us move projects forward with more clarity.

Great way to collaborate with images, text, and other graphics!

What do you dislike about the product?
slow connectivity/doesn't play well with PDFs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to 'own files' our server and not able to comment in real time
Flexible & Collaborative Tool for Product Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has proven to be a go-to platform that our Product Team uses to plan, collaborate, and train Sales & Marketing, Compliance, QA and Partners. The platform is incredibly feature-rich, especially for a real-time visual collaboration and process flow tool. It is user-friendly and has a relatively gentle learning curve, so no matter the stakeholder and fequency of use, team members can be up-to-speed rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to easily generate tasks from sticky notes and other items that can get ingested to Jira, Reclaim, Todoist, etc would be a great integration feature across teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving rapid design and operational flow and UX sequence collaboration needs. It’s a tool that much of the team feels very comfortable using, compared to the more nuanced and specifically UX/UI tool, Figma, which has a steeper learning curve. Miro is well appreciated for easy adoption.
