Functional for Collaboration, But Can Be Time-Consuming
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the functionality of Miro, especially the ability to collaborate even when you are not physically together. This aspect is particularly useful for planning and executing joint projects remotely. It is also nice that it is easy to install Miro, which lowers the barrier to getting started. Furthermore, I find it convenient that Miro can seamlessly connect with other tools like Jira and Figma, allowing it to integrate well into existing workflows and making it easy to coordinate tasks with other platforms. These integration capabilities significantly increase the product's usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes inconvenient regarding access to boards when you want to collaborate with a larger group and not everyone already has an account. It can sometimes take a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate on plans, even when we are not physically together.

Lots of customization to create all sorts of workflows and charts. It is nice that multiple people can work on the same project at the same time, and is fairly intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a diagram frame, the box expands and has to be reshrunk to the correct size every time if opened

Intuitive Tool for Effortless Idea Generation
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its intuitive and fast interface. It allows me to start brainstorming and creating ideas without unnecessary setup delays. The variety of professional-looking icons and shapes available in Miro enhances my diagrams and presentations. The ease with which I can drop these graphics into my work saves me time and helps articulate concepts more clearly without resorting to dull shapes. I appreciate how Miro makes collaboration easy by enabling sharing of whiteboards for team iteration and system design, something that boosts productivity. The capability to create professional diagrams rapidly is a standout feature for me. Because of this, I'm happy to recommend it over any other similar products.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes Miro's icons and shapes don't behave or appear as I need them to. A specific issue is the inability to change the colors of some icons, which limits customization and flexibility. I wish it were easier to directly copy diagrams into PowerPoint, as the current process often requires creating PDFs or taking image screenshots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for quick idea generation, creating professional diagrams easily, and sharing them effectively. It’s intuitive, faster than other tools, and provides professional icons and shapes, making my work more visually appealing and efficient.
Effortless Collaboration and Instant Productivity with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Miro is how simple it is to collaborate, especially when people are not in the same room. Conversations can proceed more quickly and remain more focused when everyone's cursors are visible, sticky notes can be added in real time, and ideas can be visually mapped out on a single, large shared canvas. I can start working right away rather than starting from scratch thanks to the templates for things like mind maps, user journeys, and retros.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like about Miro most is how this tool makes collaboration feel easy, especially when people are not in the same room. You can see everybody's cursors, you can add sticky notes in real time, and visually map out your ideas on one big shared canvas. This really makes conversations move faster and stay more focused. The templates for things like retros, mind maps, and user journeys save a lot of time; I jump right into the work, instead of building everything from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a single shared area with Miro where I can:
Instead of juggling lengthy chat threads or slide decks, brainstorm with the team in real time.
Workflows, user journeys, and plans should be visually mapped out so that everyone can quickly understand and align.
Organize workshops and retros from a distance without sacrificing the "in-room whiteboard" experience.

Intuitive, Collaborative Platform for Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple and intuitive Miro is to use. There's really no need for any training; we can just jump in, add some cards or items, and get on with collaborating. It's been so useful to have these boards as reference points both during and after our brainstorming sessions. I really love the ability to link to a specific part of a board which really helps get people to focus on the same thing and avoid any confusion (even when working on a big project). It all just helps make our collaboration process much smoother and make sure we're talking about the same thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find navigating around on Miro can be fiddly at times. Sometimes I try to move but end up selecting something (or the reverse). Additionally, while some of the tools in Miro are simple, they also feel limited. They do not offer the complexity or advanced features that might be useful for more detailed work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to streamline brainstorming and project outlining, facilitating clarity and alignment across time zones with collaborative tools. It helps us visualize ideas easily, conduct retrospectives, and ensure everyone sees the same information, reducing confusion.
Easy to use, highly recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simple user interface and easy sign-up of Miro. Especially the SSO for businesses is straightforward, and the structural canvas offers both simple standard tools like post-its and shapes as well as high customization options. This is excellent for both beginners and experienced users. The initial setup was very easy, which made it easier to start using Miro. I am pleased that I can recommend Miro to a friend or colleague with a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for these reasons, and I just recommended it today.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attaching functions to the toolbar, such as icons and images, did not work, possibly due to a full toolbar or something similar. Additionally, there are sometimes too few templates for important business planning aspects and for some topics far too many templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for customizable design elements and simple tools like post-its and shapes, which are perfect for infographics, planning, and brainstorming. The simple user interface and SSO integration are fantastic for both beginners and experienced users.

I particularly appreciate how easy it is for new users to pick up, despite initial concerns that it might appear daunting. Miro's ease of use ensures that people can quickly become productive with the tool. Additionally, the super easy initial setup facilitated by SSO login significantly simplifies the onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am less aware of new features in Miro and often discover them by accident. It would be beneficial if Miro could suggest new features or highlight when there's an easier way to do something.
