Proven, Stable Whiteboard for Effortless Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
A proven, stable online whiteboard. Enables easy collaboration both internally and externally, with responsive editing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's best to avoid attempting to draw complex shapes. That's something you should leave to tools like Figma or Illustrator. Miro is for easily visualizing discussions and sharing them—it's not for creating actual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Miro, we struggled to arrange wavy lines and awkwardly sized text on meeting room whiteboards and large flip charts. Miro is the service that ushered in an era where we could arrange shapes on screen as easily as in PowerPoint and use them as the basis for online discussions.
Intuitive panel and exceptional templates, the best experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to navigate the panel along with the zoom is exceptional, along with the large number of templates and examples to use in a very simple and intuitive way. Nothing better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with AI should be much simpler and experiential like other platforms, such as Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me work collaboratively in an exemplary manner, with many users at once, and the ability to find a diagram that matches the theme we are using.
Unlimited Collaboration and Real-Time Creativity with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Miro there is no end to the ideas you can have on one page. Being able to collaborate with remote colleagues in real time is a game changer - I particularly love the follow me function.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have lots of sticky notes in one place and need to move them. It can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration with remote colleagues that improves efficiency and productivity.
Collaborative and Simple Visualization, But with Areas for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro allows me to move different pieces and add post-its, lines, and images with great ease. When I lack inspiration, I can search for templates that serve as a mold, which is a great help. In participatory workshops, I find it very useful to use open-ended questions and wait for the attendees to place their reflections, draw, or move different parts of the board, which facilitates an interactive and collaborative environment. Additionally, I appreciate that something that was not so user-friendly for me with other tools like Figma is simple and straightforward in Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved that sometimes when I move a frame, the text doesn't move. Also, when working with older users, it's difficult to understand the difference between a board link for people with a password or without it. Finally, I think Miro doesn't have many language options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate research exercises, easily adding post-its, lines, and images. The templates offer inspiration. In participatory workshops, it allows for interactive reflections with dynamic boards.
Essential Tool for Product Managers—Effortless Workflow Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro because it's a handy tool as a Product manager. I can quickly draft workflows, visualise ideas and create user story maps. It's the closest thing to pen and paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used it many times, but occasionally my colleagues forget to share their board with the correct permissions. This oversight often leads to delays, as it takes longer than expected to resolve the issue and gain the ability to edit their content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of scattered ideas and unclear workflows. It lets me quickly draft processes, visualize concepts, and map user stories in one shared space, saving time and reducing misunderstandings in cross-team collaboration.
Ultimate Flexibility for Custom Diagrams and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is so open to create diagrams or to organize information the way you wish, there are no fixed templates which constraint the way to show what you want to show.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t really anything I dislike, but I think it would be beneficial to introduce different modes that add or remove required tools based on various user profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows multiple users to work in the same whiteboard at the same time remotely, this really helps to collaborate in projects definitions.
Effortless Collaboration and Smart AI Features

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more colors options for tags. We currently only have a limit amount of default colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prioritizing, visualizing data and allow people to collaborate towards a common objective
Practical and User-Friendly with an Attractive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how practical it is, along with its attractive and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that the free version restricts the number of boards I can create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep all my teams' backlogs organized in a single location, and I have access to dedicated charts that help with team management.
Easy Navigation, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
2. Balanced & Detailed
I tried Miro to streamline our customer database. Overall, it’s a powerful tool for data-heavy businesses willing to invest a little time in setup.
