I’m a design brand manager and Miro has honestly made my life a lot easier. I use it to map out plans and share ideas with the team, and it keeps everything clear and organized. It’s super intuitive, easy to pick up, and has plenty of features without feeling overwhelming. I love Miro's low learning curve, which is especially advantageous for users familiar with Adobe software. The initial setup of Miro was super easy, which made getting started with the software effortless. Overall, I find Miro to be a really useful tool that fulfills my needs without any complaints.

Facilitate Visual Collaboration, Even with Slow Performance on Large Projects

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a central platform to plan, structure, and communicate projects in a visual and collaborative way. In my academic work and team projects, Miro is essential for creating mind maps, flowcharts, user flows, and system architecture models. I love the real-time collaboration features, which allow all team members to contribute simultaneously, making the brainstorming process more agile and reducing communication failures. The platform is a perfect combination of visual flexibility and real-time collaboration, enabling the creation of simple diagrams to complex models without creative limits. Miro keeps everything organized in a single workspace, with variations of multiple people editing simultaneously, as well as integrated comments and voting, which makes the decision-making process faster and more transparent. Another great advantage is the variety of pre-built templates, which help start a project without wasting time on formatting. The integrations with external tools like Jira and Google Workspace are extremely useful for facilitating workflow and avoiding the dispersion of information across various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of Miro could be significantly improved. One of them is the performance on very large boards or with many elements. When the project grows, it becomes common to notice some slowness, especially on less powerful devices, which can interrupt the workflow. Additionally, the internal organization of files and boards could be more intuitive. In teams with many parallel projects, quickly finding the right board is not always as simple as it should be, and folder management is still relatively limited. Another point that could evolve is the precision of the drawing and alignment tools. Although they work well for most tasks, in more technical diagrams I notice that there is a lack of a bit more precision and advanced formatting options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to plan and communicate projects in a visually collaborative way, accelerating brainstorming and reducing communication failures. It centralizes work with integrations and facilitates diagrams with templates. Real-time collaboration and clear visual organization are great advantages.

It's great how I can lay everything out in one place and understand the order in which things happen, which is especially useful for projects that require multiple stages. I also value the grid functionality and how it knows where to place elements correctly. All of this makes the experience of using Miro quite intuitive and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I didn't find anything that I don't like or feel needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to organize projects in one place and visualize the order of tasks, improving the clarity and direction of the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to paste icons/images into board when shapes are missing or pay to use.

pay to use basic shapes, sharing with unpaid users requires them to become paid and creates a barrier to accepting when there is a known future collaboration needed for someone outside my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great for Collaboration, Easy Setup, Needs Template Refinement

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly beneficial for wireframing, brainstorming, and outlining processes, providing a visually appealing way to organize and present ideas. I love how Miro makes collaboration easier for all participants, enhancing our teamwork and productivity. The customizable aspects of Miro are particularly impressive, allowing me to tailor the platform to fit specific project needs. I also appreciate the private mode feature, which adds a layer of confidentiality when required. The variety of templates available is highly useful, providing a solid starting point for diverse projects, even though there is room for improvement regarding their presentation. Furthermore, the initial setup of Miro was very easy, making it accessible for immediate use. Overall, these features together offer a comprehensive tool that effectively supports and enhances my work activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are too many templates in Miro, and they feel very aggressive as they seem to overflow. This abundance can be overwhelming, and I would appreciate more concise options. Additionally, I want more thumbnails and a better preview option. Currently, when I add a template, it can take over the whole screen, which is annoying and requires me to delete it if it’s not suitable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate collaboration, make wireframing easier, and organize processes nicely. It enhances customizability and offers useful templates, improving teamwork efficiency.

Effortless Diagram Creation with Miro

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Miro makes it incredibly easy to change between diagram shapes within a workflow diagram. If I select the wrong type of shape initially, I can effortlessly switch it out to another one, without losing any of the text I have already entered. This flexibility not only prevents me from having to retype information, which would be time-consuming, but it also significantly enhances my efficiency and workflow continuity. Additionally, the fact that Miro is cloud-based simplifies the initial setup process for me and my team. This ease of use is one of the reasons why I am so likely to recommend Miro to others. Overall, Miro provides an intuitive and efficient platform for creating workflow diagrams that effectively reduce complexity, allowing better understanding of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be clearer and easier to export diagrams to formats like PDF, PNG, or SVG. It would be beneficial if the export function were in a more prominent location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create workflow diagrams that simplify processes and cut down on complexity, making it easier to understand data integration across systems.

Intuitive, Versatile, and Highly Recommended

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which helps me quickly find the features and templates I need. The whiteboard-like experience it provides for hybrid meetings is incredibly useful, allowing me to visualize ideas, like organizational charts and strategic workflows, more effectively than traditional slide-based formats. The template library is a standout feature for me; it acts as a great starting point that I can heavily customize to fit my particular needs, saving me time and effort in project planning. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, which made transitioning to Miro a smooth experience. Its accessibility and broader application compared to other tools like FigJam also stand out, all while being offered at a more accessible price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the fonts and text options in Miro to be limited, especially when I want to embed different text styles in a single shape or match brand fonts. This limitation can hinder my ability to create deliverables that align with company or client branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to brainstorm and visualize ideas, offering a whiteboard-like experience for hybrid meetings, making it easier to create org charts and workflows than slides.

Effortless Visuals, With Undo Glitches

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for creating flowcharts and processes because it offers a good visual representation that is beneficial for communicating with stakeholders. The ability to create these processes very easily with Miro makes it incredibly valuable for my work. It enables me to put together the right documentation that stakeholders might require, ensuring that I can convey information effectively and efficiently. This simplicity and ease of use significantly enhance my ability to craft structured and comprehensive documentation that meets the varying requirements of different stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that when using Miro to create a swim lane workflow, using the 'command z' (undo) feature sometimes messes up everything. This inconsistency makes it difficult to revert changes reliably. There are instances where some changes are reversible, but others are not, and this inconsistency in the undo functionality is problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for creating flowcharts and processes, providing a good visual representation for stakeholders and helping me assemble necessary documentation effortlessly.
