Miro: A Whiteboard That Really Helps with Remote Collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I can brainstorm in real time with Miro – the digital whiteboard is highly interactive, and the templates save me a load of setup time when I’m workshopping, planning a project, or just mapping out ideas. Also big on its integration with Slack, Teams, and Jira – I don’t have to jump between what feels like totally disparate platforms. It’s honestly replaced about three services for me project management boards, shared calendars, even ‘normal’ presentation slides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when there are too many sticky notes or people working on it, it just feels messy and slow, especially on slower connections. It's more work than I'd like to bring on new folks who have never used digital whiteboards before. And wow, if only there was an offline mode or a really, really lite version that you could get to quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my distributed team, Miro has solved the biggest challenge of staying aligned and engaged wherever we are working from. What used to take hours of follow-up emails for workshops now takes everyone being on the same page to execute. I’ve also tried other things for example, MURAL or even Google Jamboard and I find that Miro just feels more robust. I feel like it’s more catered toward day-to-day collaboration and huge ‘client in the room’ type of sessions.
Flexible and Intuitive Whiteboard For Teams and Project
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's strength lies in its versality as a digital whiteboard that adapts to a wide range of use cases. The drag-and-drop interface makes brainstorming, mind mapping and workflow facilitation smooth and engaging. I particularly value the wide library of templates, which helps kickstart projects without having to design workflows from scratch. The ability to collaborate in real-time- seeing updates, sticky notes and diagram appears instantly creates an almost in-person experience even when working remotely. For the implementation perspective it was straightforward to get started with minimal setup required. I use Miri frequently for project planning and idea organization and it integrates neatly with tools like Google workspace and Slack, reducing the need to jump between platform. Whenever i have needed help, Miro customer support and knowledge base have been reliable with quick turnaround times and detailed resources that simplify troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Miro's free version, you can keep up to three active and editable boards at a time. While additional boards can be created, activating a new board deactivates an existing board, which feel restrictive. Having more flexibility in the free tier would make the platform more practical for individual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me overcome the challenge if visualizing and organizing complex ideas in one place. Using it for mind mapping, diagramming and journey mapping allows me to see workflows clearly and plan project more effectively. The collaborative whiteboard and visual collaboration features make brainstorming and structuring ideas intuitive, helping me save time and maintain focus without switching between multiple tools,

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the best thing about Miro are the posiibilities. What I mean with this is that MIro lets you create a DAshboard as you want
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that I would try to improve the writing in Miro, sometimes is really stressfull to try to start writing after youve been using forms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well I think they are trying to improve reducing the time you have to select things when you try to write in them by Miro selecting automatically where you want to write
I regularly use it to refine screen layouts and operation flow ideas for our service.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Miro is that there are no space limitations. I prefer to write down as many ideas as I can think of and then refine them later. With tools like slide software, where the layout frames are predetermined, I often get distracted by where to place things and can’t fully focus on the content. In contrast, Miro allows me to enclose my finalized ideas in frames and export them, which makes the process much less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of using Miro is that when I work with a lot of image data, the performance can become sluggish. I sometimes need to reload the board to cope, but it can be a little frustrating when things don’t move as smoothly as I expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create and share high-quality visuals when presenting ideas to my team members.

I dislike that the background sometimes moves when you try to move and object and that sometime its not easy to move to the left or right without moving the objects by mistake
