Easy But Not Without Its Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
Miro boards are a great way to collaborate with others in the workforce on a shared whiteboard. Visually, its beautiful, and has lots of customisation options. My team uses it often for sticky notes - a shared workspace where as we think of ideas, we can add them to a shared board for review in our weekly meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the infinite size of the canvas we use, it can be very difficult to see everyone's contribution clearly and quickly. Searching can be cumbersome and slow and it is easy to ruin the work of others by moving squares and work around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our teams which are based around the country and regions, to collaborate and share ideas easily
Useful for QI project management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple Miro is. It is much less clunky than doing flow charts on microsoft apps.
I liked how it is easy to resize and postion things without completely having to start again

Miro for Software Engineers: A Powerful Collaboration Tool with Room to Improve on Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Miro strikes a balance between ease of use and powerful features. It’s quick to adopt, rich in functionality, and integrates well with the tools in a modern software engineering stack.
The drag-and-drop functionality, real-time collaboration (a boon for remote workers) and infinite canvas make brainstorming and sprint planning seamless. Features like sticky notes and voting are easy to find and use without much training.
From an implementation standpoint, since it's cloud-based and SSO-enabled, it's very easy to use and onboard new people onto it.
I use this tool almost every other day as it has good integration with tools like JIRA, Confluence, which makes it a go-to tool for sprint planning especially when the team is distributed across different geographies. I like to build flow diagrams in MIRO and tag each step of this flow as a work item in JIRA, the smooth integration allows easy tracking how much of the end to end work is done or pending.
Overall, I love this tool, and for now, I never had to reach customer support for any assistance as I find this tool very easy to learn and the UI is very friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I find a bit problematic right now is when the board grows in size, Miro can start to feel laggy and resource-heavy which affects loading times and real-time collaboration. Well, this is not a blocker, as we can always split the charts and boards, but sometimes it helps to keep everything as part of one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is distributed across different geography and working remotely, Miro is a must to collaborate on brainstorming sessions, architecture design sessions and sprint planning. This make things a lot easier both functionally and visually.
Frustrating User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
great collaborative features in theory and somewhat easy to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently lost access to boards and teams, which was incredibly frustrating when working on time-sensitive projects, and the platform seems overly sensitive—small actions would sometimes cause unexpected results or navigation issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User journey mapping
It is an exceptional software for White boarding
What do you like best about the product?
The ability that multiple members can ideate in real-time, across geographies, in a fun manner and the AI integration helps to summarize all the inputs in a formal manner allowing for strategies to develop and get designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) The navigation is cumbersome
2) Sometime the boards and other elements get selected and moved
3) When there is too much data it functions slower

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI integration has been a big boon and it reduces tile dramatically
Intuitive, Visual and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps to manage the brainstoming sessions realling well espically with multiple teammates using it at the same time. It is also very visual interms of having sticky notes so people putting kanban boardsvideo, images and flowcharts.... so makes easier to taking projects in Aglie environments
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I get lost in the amount of data. sometimes things can end up really cluttered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me manage projects at the same time as thinking of new ideas. Also helps in colloborating with teammate in a project. We are working on a project which involves video and image generation as well as compositing the image layers on top of each other. miro helps us to visually put down our ideas and write nodes next to it.... Also we have to build a UI so we know what the inputs are and how will the implementation look at the same place.
Miro provides me all the values of agility: create, collaborate, iterate easily.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like to present with Miro.
- I have an option to step out the planned presentation, if the audience is interested of the other parts of the canvas
- relative easy to involve the audience (e.g. leave sticky notes)

What do you dislike about the product?
Export: I would welcome a feature if a selected diagram could be exported into an open graph format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and ideation make less effort.
Better than classic Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has improved my daily ways of working. As a technical engineering/lead programme manager, I spent a long time looking for a solution that would allow me, in one place, to create system pipeline visualisations, write code/queries, prepare presentations, plan projects, manage resources, set up networks, and more. Miro has also greatly helped to improve our teamwork, as working and sharing ideas and thoughts in one place is highly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be better integration with MS Office applications – Excel, Word, etc. The JIRA and AHA! connections, along with visualisation capabilities and data-sharing features, should be improved. GitHub integration would also be highly beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall technology systems pipelines and design strategic solutions.
Versatile, User-Friendly with Outstanding Collaboration Features
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy Miro's collaboration features, like multiple people typing simultaneously, voting capabilities, and linking parts for pre-reading. Miro's ease of use stands out as it makes creating visual plans feels natural and intuitive. The availability of templates enhances my ability to create diagrams swiftly, aiding in effective storytelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to organize content within the Miro boards, especially when there is a large amount of information. Searching and structuring content feels hard, and I end up resorting to workarounds like creating separate boards for different tasks. The lack of inbuilt structure to specify the purpose of each board means that content management can become cumbersome. Additionally, while integrating tools like Figma and Confluence, I encounter difficulties in displaying actual items within Miro, which leads to unnecessary navigation and disruption in workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for easy brainstorming, collaboration, and personal task management. It enhances my storytelling and documentation, allowing seamless data uploading and slide creation for presentations. Miro's versatility and collaboration tools improve team interactions and strategic planning.
Use Miro to enhance productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a wide range of templates and rich functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be even better if object controllability were more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enhance productivity and results.
