You can collaborate with your team in real time, no matter where everyone is.
And also, it’s an online whiteboard where you can easily create, organize, and share ideas visually and helps bring clarity and structure to projects, brainstorming, planning, and meetings.
Adding that it supports many templates and tools to jump-start work quickly, saves time

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the board gets crowded and messy if lots of people add stuff without organizing. And also it might need a good internet connection to work smoothly.
The free version has some limits, so you might need to pay for more advanced features, though we have enterprise version, it was about my miro free experience.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps avoid confusion by letting everyone see the same ideas and updates live and also it makes brainstorming and planning easier by using visuals instead of long emails or text docs. This benefits are like you stay organized and on track with your teams. And main is that you save time and avoid back-and-forth emails.

I find Miro incredibly valuable for its collaboration capabilities, allowing multiple team members to work together in real-time. This feature significantly enhances our productivity and coordination during projects like PCR Investigations and sprint planning. I love the wide range of ready-made templates, including flowcharts and sticky notes, which streamline the setup process for presentations and save considerable time. The platform's ease of use is another commendable aspect, making it quick to create presentations, which adds to its efficiency and effectiveness in various professional contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro's offline features quite limited. This restricts my ability to work without internet access, which can be a challenge in certain situations. Additionally, I feel that the boards can be overwhelmingly large at times, which might make navigation and finding specific sections cumbersome.

I use Miro for real-time collaboration among team members. It offers ready-made templates and is easy to use, facilitating quick presentation creation.

I particularly like that the interface is quite easy to use, which greatly facilitates its use, especially for people who are not accustomed to this type of software. Additionally, sharing what I create on Miro is also quite easy, which facilitates collaboration with colleagues and presenting my ideas in a clear and accessible manner. I love the fact that the initial setup of Miro was extremely easy, which quickly got us up and running without complications.

The organization of templates in Miro could be improved. I would like it to be easier to create items like banners in specific sizes, organized in a grid, to maintain the same lateral distance between them.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro extremely useful for organizing my personal projects and ideas, including those stemming from work. It really shines in helping me brainstorm and resolve complex ideas, ensuring that everyone stays in touch and on the same page. My favorite tool within Miro is the diagram feature, which aids me in better understanding complexity and problems. I love that I can collaborate seamlessly with my partners using these diagrams. Additionally, the availability of prefabricated tools within Miro is invaluable, allowing me to bypass recreating frequently used tools every time I work on a project. The easy onboarding and initial setup process have made integrating Miro into my workflow a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Miro a bit challenging. It can be a concern for me, as I feel it is a little steep, which might be hard to justify. Additionally, I think that the tools within the tables could be enhanced. They seem a bit too simple, and I would prefer to have access to more complex tools to better suit my needs.

I love Miro for its easy-to-use and beautiful interface that truly lives up to its artful name, making it enjoyable to engage clients on the deepest level possible, beyond what is achievable in person. The platform enables seamless collaboration with people across multiple countries and time zones, allowing us to work together simultaneously as well as asynchronously when necessary. The initial setup of Miro is perfectly easy, akin to breathing. This ease of use and beautiful design is important to me and enhances the experience for my customers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the AI in Miro limited and clunky. It doesn't feel like a natural part of the platform but rather an add-on. The features, such as clustering ideas, do not provide options for a smaller number of clusters, often presenting too many. This limitation in AI functionality disrupts the workflow and does not meet my expectations for a seamless integration.

Onboarding new users can be a little bit cumbersome.

It's a great way for both in-person and remote team members to collaborate in real time. I've used it at three companies to make retrospectives more fun, collaborative, and have more visual appeal.

The ease of initial setup, facilitated by vendor invitations to boards, adds to a smooth adoption experience. Additionally, Miro integrates well with my primary design tool, the Adobe suite, allowing straightforward file uploads, which streamlines my creative process.
