Integral for Visual Collaboration and Seamless Brainstorming

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's infinite canvas feature, which allows free-form and expansive idea mapping without the constraints of traditional whiteboards. This feature is incredibly useful for creative and brainstorming sessions, as it provides limitless space for ideas and concepts, promoting more in-depth analysis and brainstorming. I also find the drag-and-drop interface very intuitive, enabling me to organize notes, diagrams, flowcharts, and other elements efficiently. This interface makes the process of structuring and modifying ideas smooth and straightforward. Overall, Miro has become an integral tool for visual collaboration and brainstorming within my team, facilitating seamless sharing and checking of designs with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Miro lacks flexibility with font sizes and designs, which limits my ability to customize the look of the boards to my preference. Additionally, resizing elements on the board could be more user-friendly, as it sometimes feels cumbersome and not as intuitive as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for visual collaboration and brainstorming, making it an integral tool for project work. It streamlines design checks and idea sharing, allowing free-form mapping and organization with its intuitive interface.

Efficient Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the feature in Miro that allows for emoji reactions, which provide really quick feedback from my colleagues on the Miro board. This feature enhances our communication, making it efficient and dynamic. Additionally, I like the ability to use Post-it notes, which helps in creating a visual flow of thoughts and ideas. This feature allows me to track what my colleagues are thinking and contributing, thus fostering a collaborative and transparent environment. The visibility of feedback through these notes and reactions aids in understanding and aligning on our projects more effectively. Furthermore, once familiar with Miro, the ability to assemble boards efficiently and quickly became a valuable asset, enabling seamless project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient to not be able to easily identify new posts or changes on the Miro board. Once I have read some content, I still have to sift through all comments to spot the new ones, which can be cumbersome. I would appreciate a feature that highlights or isolates these new additions, making it easier to catch up on updates I haven't seen before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to collaborate with global colleagues, organize projects with diverse views, and streamline conversations for thoughtful discussions.

Streamlined Team Planning, Needs Better Frame Navigation

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate Miro for its ability to simplify planning processes by allowing me to put everything on the board, significantly reducing the need for repeated discussions with my team. I can effortlessly use different frames, which are highly beneficial for organizing thoughts, making checklists, and jotting down pointers. The exceptional feature of connecting points from one frame to another through a thread and tagging each frame, as well as assignments using the toolbox option, stands out to me. It not only streamlines operations like creating flowcharts but also enhances team collaboration, as tagged members can easily view and respond to the tags. Once the setup was complete, interacting with the system became highly intuitive and user-friendly, making the entire experience smooth and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the scrolling of the Miro board between frames is problematic. The board is laid out in a way that makes it difficult to navigate, especially when there are multiple frames. This can lead to people getting lost while trying to find their specific frames. An improvement could be made by allowing users to simply click on a frame so that it pops up immediately, rather than having to search for it through scrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for team planning, reducing repetitive communications, and facilitating seamless coordination with visual tools like flowcharts.

Intuitive and Practical Visualization, But Linking Can Improve

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for its practicality and the ease of visualizing ideas, especially when I use it to create customer service flowcharts. Spreadsheets are also a tool that I highly value within Miro. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Miro very easy and intuitive. I am very satisfied with these features of Miro and I rate it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 when it comes to recommending it to friends or colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the linking between items in Miro, because the linking line is not very flexible and, when added automatically, it overlaps other items. This can cause problems in the workflow, as it makes it difficult to clearly view the connected elements. An improvement I would suggest is that the linking line could bypass other items, allowing for a cleaner and more organized view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate the visualization of ideas and organizational charts, bringing practicality and integration with Google Sheets.

Facilitate Flows with Effectiveness and Simplicity

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of Miro, which makes creating flowcharts more efficient to optimize my work. The spreadsheet import functionality is also extremely valuable to me, especially when organizing the customer service flow. The initial setup process of Miro was simple and easy, which facilitated the adoption of the tool. Additionally, the integration with Google Sheets is an important positive point for my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The linking between two or more items, if not done directly by Miro, looks visually unappealing. I also miss a bit more mobility or, alternatively, that Miro itself makes a 'detour' of the link line between the other items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create organizational charts and organize the customer service flow, which optimizes my work. The ease of use and the import of spreadsheets are significant benefits.

Strategic and Dynamic, but With Complexities

  • November 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro as a dynamic platform for visual thinking that goes beyond a simple digital whiteboard. It allows me to structure, analyze, and collaborate on complex and multi-stage processes associated with intellectual property and technology transfer. I like its ability to materialize the abstract and connect what is disconnected, transforming complex concepts and intangible flows into tangible and dynamic visual artifacts. The unique combination of structure and freedom provided by Miro is crucial, especially with the use of pre-defined frameworks that offer methodological rigor while still allowing for completely free adaptations and annotations. This facilitates the strategic analysis of large volumes of data, such as patent portfolios, and transforms them into intuitive visual maps that reveal relationships, gaps, and opportunities. Furthermore, Miro's visualization capabilities transform complex data into shared mental models, making patterns and risks immediately understandable for the entire team. The initial setup of Miro is also extremely simple, easy, and intuitive, which adds to its value as an essential tool for my work. In short, I love how Miro centralizes information in a single visual environment, eliminates delays in asynchronous processes, and accelerates strategic decision-making, making work significantly more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encounter cognitive overload in complex boards, which makes navigation and focus difficult. The project management functionalities are rudimentary, not replacing a dedicated project management tool. There is a learning curve for occasional collaborators, as the interface can be intimidating for external collaborators. Additionally, performance can suffer when dealing with many elements, showing slowness in very dense boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to centralize scattered information, facilitate the strategic analysis of complex data, and improve collaboration by eliminating delays in processes. The tool transforms complex concepts into tangible visuals, providing methodological rigor and adaptability, making analyses and planning more productive.

I use it it very frequently. And we easily integrated all stakeholders so they can be aware of all steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such issue, so I can't say anything. I like in general MIRO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is collaborative palace for every point of product development which helps everyone to be on the same page.
