way to find a board, selecting the proper context is not that intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for visualizing flows, ideas, and brainstorming, which makes it an integral part of my creative and planning processes. The ability to make decisions and collaborate with colleagues through real-time coordination is invaluable, enhancing productivity and teamwork. I particularly like the AI sidekick feature in Miro, as it greatly assists in creating mind maps, diagrams, and flowcharts using text prompts, which is akin to a 'plug and play' solution, thereby saving me significant time. This feature streamlines the process of setting up Miro boards, making it an efficient tool for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like if we could make flows using mermaid code and visualize it.

Streamlines Workflows with Excellent Collaboration Tools

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro overall. It feels like an infinite cube where I can create a visual representation of my ideas, especially when zooming out to see the flowcharts that were initially just concepts in my brain. The ability to see a flowchart materialize from a mere thought is incredibly fulfilling. Real-time collaboration with my team is another standout feature, enabling us all to see and contribute to the work from our perspectives, making project collaboration efficient and dynamic. Miro simplifies complex tasks, allowing my team and I to organize and visualize intricate ideas effortlessly, whether we are creating mind maps, roadmaps, or algorithm visualizations. Its tools have made brainstorming and organizing complex workflows so much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are several areas where Miro could improve. There are performance issues that need attention, which can affect the efficiency of my workflow. The licensing and billing processes lack transparency, making it difficult to understand and manage costs effectively. Additionally, the structure and navigation of tools could be enhanced for better user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to solve brainstorming challenges, organize complex ideas, and visualize workflows, which helps my team create mind maps and road maps, facilitating real-time collaboration.

Central Workspace with Tracking Challenges

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to see all the work my team is doing in one place. This feature of Miro allows us to view everything collectively, which facilitates better collaboration and coordination among team members. Having a centralized location to track both historical and present-day versions of projects provides clarity and efficiency, thereby enhancing our ability to assess progress and make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to keep track of new things being added in Miro. I wish there was a feature or place where I could see a feed of media that's been added over time. Additionally, Miro uses tactics to drive paid conversion, specifically when adding someone to a board, they are defaulted to an editor, which is paid, instead of a viewer, which is often needed. This should be clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to centralize historical and current project data, allowing my team and me to view our work in one place, improving our coordination and project management.

I like how easy it is to collaborate in real time. The infinite canvas is great for brainstorming, mapping ideas, and organizing projects visually with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit heavy on large boards, and the free version has some limits when working with multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps my team collaborate and share ideas visually, even when working remotely. It makes meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning more engaging and organized.

Empowers Remote Collaboration, Needs Drawing Improvements

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro extremely useful for overcoming the challenges of remote team ideation. Its easy-to-use features for running online workshops, such as the timers and post-it notes, facilitate collaboration and democratic participation by enabling everyone to share their ideas and insights openly. I love how the post-it notes can be organized, which helps in prioritizing ideas effectively for actionable outcomes. The voting mechanism is another fantastic feature, empowering efficient decision-making during workshops. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to add gifs, which serve as great icebreakers, enhancing the interaction and engagement among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawing tools leave a lot to be desired. It's challenging to draw straight lines without them accidentally connecting to objects. For complex diagrams, I often prefer using Figma or FigJam. Additionally, I'd like to use Miro with AI tools like ChatGPT, but it doesn't support that functionality well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for running online workshops, enabling effective remote team ideation. It allows easy sharing and prioritization of ideas, facilitating team participation even with remote challenges. Features like post-it notes, voting, timers, and GIFs enhance interaction and idea development.

Ideal for Virtual Classes, Can Be Improved in Invitations

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fluidity that Miro offers; it provides a very good feeling when using the platform as a whiteboard. Unlike other tools like Zoom, Miro really stands out in this aspect. Its service is well dedicated and offers exceptional quality. In the time I've used Miro, the experience has been really smooth, resulting in an appropriate and comfortable interaction with the visual elements. This is particularly useful when I show images and materials to my students, allowing me to better explain the topics and make teaching more effective. Additionally, Miro has allowed me to integrate gifs, images, and stickers, which significantly enhances the presentation of my classes and makes learning more interactive and engaging for the students. The ease of use and introduction to Miro were really impressive, providing tools like text, arrows, and real-time influence that look and work incredibly well. Overall, the experience has been amazing and novel for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that hasn't worked very well is the fact of making invitations. Just when I'm doing my classes, it only allows me to use one person who can only be me, the provider, so to speak, the owner of the board, and I can't invite my students so that they can also do their exercises or interact with the board from their own account or computer. Miro asks me to create an account and also to upgrade my plan, which greatly hinders the fact that my students cannot enjoy the board that I have there. Another problem is transferring my files to the Zoom board; it has been complicated because there wasn't enough space or the file was too large. I haven't been able to make the transfer even trying to reduce the size or weight of the file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro as a board for my online classes, helping to display content clearly with images. It facilitates interaction with my students, allowing them to use it freely, and improves the sale of my classes in English.

AI-Driven Prototyping, Needs Better Integrations

  • November 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro easy to use and particularly valuable for prototyping with AI, which saves me a lot of time compared to learning and using other tools like Figma. The AI in Miro understands my requests well, and I estimate that it accomplishes about 60% of the work, allowing me to adapt the prototype manually. I also really appreciate the slides feature for presentations, which feels very fluid. Additionally, I love accessing templates from others, making the initial setup very easy and accessible for someone like me, who isn't a technical person. This helps in visualizing my project and creating the basis for the customer journey for the app I want to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed with Miro's AI capabilities outside of prototyping. The AI did not meet my expectations in other applications. Additionally, the integration with JIRA and Confluence needs improvement. It would be beneficial to conduct project management directly within Miro and create dashboards based on JIRA data. JIRA is not user-friendly for business stakeholders, so simplifying certain views like the Roadmap with filters would be advantageous. Lastly, I am unaware of new features in Miro, and I think a roadmap overview with brief explanations of upcoming updates would enhance my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro invaluable for visualizing projects and creating app customer journeys without technical skills. Its AI prototyping saves me significant time. The presentation slides are fluid and enhance my workflow.
