I find Miro incredibly easy to use, which significantly enhances my efficiency when conducting virtual workshops and process mapping in my role as a business analyst and service design lead. The platform's user-friendly interface allows me to create wireframes with the AI tool that closely resemble the systems we use, saving me the hassle of dealing with multiple shapes and tools in other software like Word or PowerPoint. The vast array of elements and icons available in Miro makes the process much quicker and smoother. I also love how easy it is to switch between frames and navigate around the whiteboards, amplifying the creative process during sessions. The initial setup was super easy, as it only required creating an account. Since many of us use Miro regularly, new users find it easy to get accustomed to the platform. These aspects collectively make Miro an invaluable tool in my workflow.

I have been using Miro for a year for work to create concepts, track project progress, and annotate meetings. I love the way Miro allows me to organize projects on a freeform canvas and work in a non-linear manner. Its simple features make it incredibly easy to structure work, using frames, simple text, post-it notes, and arrows to annotate the flow.
