  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro incredibly helpful for visualizing ideas and facilitating teamwork. Its limitless board feature is fantastic, as it provides an endless canvas, making it perfect for aligning team members' imaginations with visualized charts or flows. The AI tools in Miro stand out as they allow me to create templates of my thoughts by simply using words, making the design process more efficient and intuitive. Additionally, the available video and templates were instrumental during my initial setup, providing clear guidance and useful starting points for my projects. Overall, these features collectively enhance my experience with the platform, substantially aiding in collaboration and presentation material creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of an edit history in Miro frustrating. It would be great to have a feature that shows when changes were made, who made them, and specifically what was altered. This would greatly aid in tracking progress and modifications over time.

Unlimited Canvas Sparks Creative Brainstorming

  • November 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The Unlimited feeling canvas and that things can flow in any direction. Great for brainstorming things. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sketch tools could be a bit better so you can directly draw on MIRO or have a separate sketching board of sorts so one can sketch in a meeting. Miro board could also have an easier AI image generation using drawn images. Would love if the Boards tab in Miro could be more visual instead of only having lists and thumbs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having to meet in person for collaboration. Teams based in different corners of the world benefit from having all information in one place. It also solves a problem of needing to quickly visualise some data in stickies .

Great Prototyping, but Integration Hiccups

  • November 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro's prototyping feature, which I found to be surprisingly effective in operation. Miro has also served well in helping me organize my thoughts in a single place and sharing them with others effortlessly. Additionally, I found the initial setup for my personal use to be very easy. These features have made certain aspects of my work more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to copy things from one board or design to another within Miro. There is no easy integration I am aware of for designs that are in FigJam, resulting in a lot of manual downloading and copy-pasting. Additionally, I want to use content from other Miro boards, but I cannot do so easily due to these limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to consolidate and share my ideas easily, and its prototyping feature works exceptionally well.

Helps Keep My Team In Sync Even Though We’re All Remote

  • November 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Miro for project kickoffs, brainstorming sessions and to map user flows with my product and design teams. What I really love most though is how relatively painless it seems to go from a messy idea collection to something we could actually show. Which makes it perfect for remote workshops as everyone can jump in, drop sticky notes and comment live without getting lost or requiring too much setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mentioned this to the support early on in the development process and she agreed that it would have been nice to find an easier way of organizing sections (instead I’d spend a lot of time cleaning up my board instead of focusing on brainstorming). And for coworkers not too accustomed to working with visual tools as there is a bit of a learning curve in how to start doing anything on the interface so I feel like I have to run through basics with others every now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps organize all of that into a way that everyone can understand. It’s slashed the endless back and forth of messaging and kept our remote team in lockstep without needing long sync calls. It’s just made the working together thing feel easier and less like work, basically.

  • November 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its simplicity and straightforwardness, which makes the software incredibly easy to use for creating process charts. The availability of all the necessary tools and shapes in one place enhances my efficiency, allowing me to complete my designs seamlessly and share them with my company. Miro's infinite workspace is also a major asset, providing me unrestricted space to work creatively and productively. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, and I appreciated that I didn't need to consult any online tutorials or guides to get started. My team found it much simpler and more efficient than Canva and Figma, which led to our switch to Miro. Overall, its user-friendly nature and comprehensive features make Miro an invaluable tool for my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is room for improvement in terms of integration capabilities. Specifically, the lack of connection with third-party apps like Adobe Creative Cloud is a limitation. This integration could significantly enhance the platform's utility by allowing more seamless workflow between Miro and other critical design tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Miro easy to use with all tools and shapes needed, boosting my design efficiency. Its infinite workspace enhances productivity, allowing for seamless chart creation and sharing within my company.

Intuitive Design, Comprehensive Features Yet Needs Workflow Nesting

  • November 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro's user interface; it's far superior to other diagramming apps I've used, making it a pleasure to navigate and work with. The fact that many of our clients are already familiar with Miro is a huge plus, as it facilitates smoother collaboration. I appreciate the extensive customization options and the plethora of nodes available, which surpass those offered by competing apps. The record functionality in Miro is a standout feature for me; it allows me to delve deeper by adding additional text context, custom variables, and more to shapes, enabling a richer representation of processes that goes beyond just visually organizing workflow nodes. This flexibility in providing granular descriptions within Miro directly contributes to our efficiency in documenting complex business processes. Additionally, the ability to import diagrams from Lucidchart seamlessly and the overall easy setup process were crucial in our decision to switch to Miro. The transition was straightforward, even when things didn't translate perfectly, as redoing them manually within Miro was intuitive and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Miro could improve by providing more premade packs of shapes or logos specifically designed for documenting automated workflows. It would be helpful to have these drawing elements available, possibly sourcing from applications listed on platforms like integromat.com and make.com. Additionally, I would appreciate a more seamless workflow nesting capability in Miro. Currently, it's possible to link to another workflow via a hyperlink inside a note, but it lacks the fluidity and effectiveness of the nesting functionality provided by some other applications like ICE panel. This improvement would help manage complex workflows without overwhelming users, allowing different users, like administrative assistants and developers, to access the level of detail appropriate to their needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to document complex business processes visually, providing a more granular description with text and custom variables, reducing reliance on text-only methods.

  • November 08, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I love how practical and easy to use Miro is. It's super intuitive, clear, and makes accessing and modifying any project or task easy. The platform allows for simple sharing of boards and projects and easy access to them. I find it excellent to be able to add tasks, assign them to people, color-code them, and effectively visualize progress or bottlenecks. Additionally, the initial installation and setup process of Miro was incredibly fast, taking less than 20 minutes and without the need to rely on the IT team. The cost-benefit ratio is also a significant advantage, which allows me to have control over projects on other platforms but centralize them in Miro. The ease of migration from other applications like Jira is another notable advantage, making the overall experience very satisfying. I recommend Miro without a doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves organization and task visualization problems, allowing for easy assignment of resources and responsibilities. Its intuitive interface facilitates project and task management, improving team efficiency by making progress and bottlenecks visible.

The Ultimate Tool for Interactive Teaching

  • November 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro for its versatile use as a digital whiteboard, which has been integral in my role as a teacher for over three years. The ability to share boards with students makes lessons more accessible and facilitates both study and review, creating an engaging interactive board experience. I am particularly impressed with its feature allowing the creation and integration of diagrams with both pens and highlighters, whether using a tablet or a digital board. The clarity of the diagrams is outstanding, and the ability to integrate them with images and web links is invaluable, enabling me to create complete, rich lessons. The ease with which I can build diagrams on grammar topics, connect them with textual examples, include illustrative images, and add web links for further exploration is exceptional. Furthermore, I appreciate the smooth functionality of Miro compared to other products like Figma and Canva. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and obtaining the education profile required almost no effort. Lastly, the overall experience leaves me so satisfied that I would rate Miro a strong 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a good addition might be the possibility of building boards with more pages (as a sort of stack), to be able to keep the boards of the same topic or of the same class together, and share only one link to give access to all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to make lessons more accessible by sharing boards, integrating diagrams with images and links, and creating interactive lessons that facilitate study and review.
