What do you like best about the product?
Miro presents itself as a platform suitable for any type of organization, with a very useful online interface and the ability to use the app to always have everything under control. The use of templates allows for a practical and quick solution for almost all operations to be performed. Excellent is the auto-link system of the various shapes for creating charts and diagrams. A great service is also the ability to implement functions and integrate your own actions. Perfect for project implementation plans and work plan execution. A tool to use frequently, every day. Customer support is valid, according to other reviews, I haven't had the chance to test it yet, but I will.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the free plan slightly limiting, 3 workspaces are a bit few and a very small business like mine at the moment cannot afford a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping my small company in the creation of a video game with a colleague remotely. Thanks to Miro, we can easily keep track of all the ToDo lists and the various information collected with the progress of the development. The multimedia file management system is excellent, making everything lightweight and manageable even from the app.

Nice collaborative tool for designers
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for real-time collaboration between various users. In case of designers it is a good platform for sharing ideas and collecting feedback from the users. It also gives a range of control over boards and improves the designing process as well as workshop facilitation. It really is use for use for anyone, especially when you do it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may be tricky to use a single board for complex and extensive projects. However, you may always divide your works between separate boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me in sharing my work with other team, stakeholders, and clients. It is easy to use, so it gives me full control over the designing process and simplifies workshop facilitation, which is crucial in may daily tasks. It's main power is validating or authorizing my ideas to remove assumptions that the team may have when starting the project.
Miro is my favorite creative and collaborative space
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is that it has become the heart of my daily work and even my personal projects. I love being able to collaborate in real time with others and see the entire process of an idea in one single place. The timer functionality for workshops is amazing and helps me facilitate very dynamic sessions. I also love organizing my boards into folders by project, it gives me clarity and structure. And since Miro added AI features for clustering ideas, I feel like I work faster and more efficiently. It’s a tool that sparks both creativity and focus. I genuinely love it with all my heart!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I no longer enjoy using other office tools because Miro already covers most of my needs. However, one thing I do miss is a “mini Excel” function within Miro—some kind of table with more robust logic to manage data or basic calculations without having to leave the platform. I feel like if it had that, it would be an even more complete tool for project planning. That said, it’s a minor detail compared to everything else it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve several key challenges in my day to day work as a consultant. It allows me to centralize all project planning, ideation, and collaboration in one place, especially when working with remote teams or across different time zones. It has significantly improved how I facilitate workshops, manage visual thinking, and co-create with clients. The ability to document and visualize entire processes, from brainstorming to final delivery, makes my work more transparent, efficient, and engaging. Thanks to Miro, I'm able to save time, maintain alignment with stakeholders, and foster more creativity and participation in every project
