Visual Collaboration Made Easy, with Some Navigation Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its ability to add photos and structure my own webs, which significantly enhances my organization and brainstorming process. It offers a visual representation of my project planning, making everything clear and concise. This feature is particularly useful as it allows my entire team to get on the same page, fostering effective collaboration and ensuring that everyone is aligned. The visual and interactive nature of Miro really helps in simplifying complex project scenarios and brings clarity to our tasks and objectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the zoom in and out feature or scaling of the boards in Miro confusing. I'm not sure what the appropriate size is, and I worry if it will display consistently across different monitors. Sometimes when I log in, the boards are either way too big or small. I also don't like that I can't tell when the board has been updated without me logging in, however I have not tried to trouble shoot that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for organization and brainstorming, providing a visual representation of project planning and helping my team stay aligned.
Ease of Use, But AI Needs to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Miro to build flowcharts for my clients, facilitating a clear understanding of the business rule implementation flow and the user's step-by-step process. I love how Miro makes my flowchart creation process agile, especially when integrated with ChatGPT, significantly optimizing my productivity. The ease of use of Miro stands out; I appreciate how the standard flowchart formats are easy to use, resize, and duplicate, allowing me to create beautiful interfaces to show clients with just a few clicks. The initial setup process of Miro was seamless, which made the migration from Figma easier, which I still use for interfaces, but I consider Miro superior for flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro's AI leaves much to be desired, as it doesn't fully understand the flow I want to build and often oversimplifies the complex flows I need to create. This forces me to use ChatGPT with the Miro plugin to start the initial versions of my projects. The AI doesn't capture the necessary complexity and reduces extensive flows to just a few cards, when in fact many more are needed, like 30-40 cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to build clear and agile flowcharts for clients, integrating it with ChatGPT. The ease of use speeds up my process, allowing me to create beautiful interfaces without many clicks.
Effortless Diagramming with Great Templates and Libraries
What do you like best about the product?
Very smooth and easier to diagram. I also enjoy the public libraries and templates that I can pull in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say here. I think i wish the grouping and locking was a bit more intuitive. I feel like the layering could be a bit easier to work with.
Oh i lied actually my least favorite thing was I got into an SSO loop where I couldn't auth correctly and had to clear the cookies. It was a headache.

Intuitive UI, Boosts Productivity, Needs Minor Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro for its intuitive user interface and the readily available tools that make creating flowcharts on the go incredibly easy. This ease of use significantly saves my time and enhances my productivity at work. Additionally, the setup was a breeze, much like a walk in the park, due to its very intuitive navigation and helpful startup guide. It's easy to navigate and access the various tools needed for initial setup. Altogether, these features contribute to a seamless and efficient experience with Miro. It is also easy to integrate with Teams and Jira. The Customer support is also quick with FAQs and guides. I use it almost in every sprint for directing my vision into tangible ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I use the AI assistant or Miro AI, it doesn't provide the exact results that I asked for. This may be partly due to my prompt engineering skills or other factors. Additionally, it takes a bit of time to generate outputs, which is an area that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to simplify my work life by providing tools for prototyping, wireframes, and flowcharts, enhancing idea sharing with stakeholders, saving time, and boosting productivity.
Unmatched Flexibility and Creativity for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the canvas and the freedom it gives me to be as creative as I like, allowing me to organize my thoughts in whatever way or method suits me best. It's extremely helpful for collaboration, and the level of flexibility it provides is truly unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find the features to be somewhat restrictive. For instance, the arrows remain quite small regardless of any adjustments I try to make. Customizing the shapes can also feel limited, and I’m not very impressed with the quality of the icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use it for creating roadmaps and mapping out user journeys.
Great for Team Alignment, But Struggles with Large Collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Miro for keeping my whole team aligned with its shared canvas, which is incredibly beneficial for our school projects. The real-time editing and interaction features make our workshops and study sessions much more productive, allowing for seamless collaboration among team members. I love the 'infinite' canvas because it enables me to manage the entire project in one board without limitations, offering immense flexibility and space to organize our ideas and tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there's too much people in the same board, the app sometimes crashes, or the board could look saturated. The initial setup of Miro was not quite as easy as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to keep my team aligned on one shared canvas, facilitate real-time collaboration, and manage school projects efficiently on an infinite canvas.
Great for collaborative workshops and strategic planning
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to run workshops in Miro. It’s intuitive and user-friendly, which makes it ideal for collaborating with groups of people in real time. I also find it great for presenting broader planning activities like Big Room Planning, where visual clarity and team engagement are key.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is excellent for collaboration, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming when boards get too large or cluttered. Navigating and organizing complex boards could be improved with better tools for structure and hierarchy. Also, performance can lag slightly when working with many elements or participants at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me run collaborative workshops efficiently, especially with remote or hybrid teams. It’s a great tool for visualising complex planning like Big Room Planning, aligning cross-functional teams, and mapping out product strategies. It reduces the need for multiple tools by combining whiteboarding, planning, and diagramming in one place, which streamlines communication and decision-making.

What do you dislike about the product?
Gated AI functionality and lack of clarity on the AI advancements compared to other tools
