One of the best collaboration tools I've used
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool for use, I've done several workshops using it for that are not familiar with it, and almost all of then didn't have any trouble using it.
My team and I use Miro every week to organize a working cronogram, every quarter to plan the next steps and always on reviews and refinements with the engineering team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The framing option could be similar to figma's and with an "autolayout" feature too, move things one by one is too boring.
At times the board become slowers, even if there aren't many objects in it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues and I work from home and Miro solves a common issue in the work model, it helps us to connect more, we do a few ice breakers and plan things togheter using Miro. It's a good thing because we don't have to be fisically present to work on a project.
Innovative software to solve oldschool problems
What do you like best about the product?
The "open world utility" allows me to tailor the online whiteboard to meet scheduling needs for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could always use a few more templates I suppose

Miro is a great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Miro is and how easy to collaborate with others remotely. You can use it for almost any purpose, but we use it to collaborate with customers to help provide guidance on the next steps they should take to achieve their business goals. We can easily brainstorm ideas, build user personas and journey maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mind Map tool is not my favorite tool for Mind Mapping. Not as easy and intuitive as Xmind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time remote collaboration with customers world wide
Great for Collabs!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and collaborate with colleagues. There are so many ways you can visually represent data, experiences, and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I get lost in a Miro board, meaning, I have trouble finding where people are and what I am working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a lot of input from a lot of people in a user friendly way.
A Solid Tool for Collaborative Brainstorming and Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to collaborate with multiple people to create diagrams.
That also allows it to be used for collaborative brainstorming and getting close to IRL whiteboarding, and a bit better as the result is stored, editable and easy to share.
It has most functionalities that its competitors have, and lets us import diagrams from the competing products, additionally having intuitive user experience and ease of implementation.
Has Jira support to embed diagrams using a link and shows latest state.
Use this very frequently for brainstorming and creating diagrams.
Customer support is proactive and asks for feedback quiet frequently

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have scale and measuring tools to ensure that the diagram components are symmetric.
Additionally, I need a way to start the arrow lines after the text below the diagram components. Currently, the line starts at the object and overlaps the text label.

Miro is Essential for Engaging Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is great for teams that work remote but want that ability to collaborate in a real way. We are able to keep track of tasks across long projects, quickly find project downfalls and improvements, and work faster together. There is no other tool I know that has great user-interface while still giving real impact to its users.
Every time I use Miro, I find new tools and features that impact my work positively. I'm able to present the board in an easy way, bring other users to my view so they keep on track, and export my work to be added to other tools.

What do you dislike about the product?
For first time users, the navigation can be difficult. You are using your mouse and editing skills differently. Once you understand how it works, it's like second-nature. It only takes a few uses to become proficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track a project from start to finish and add roadblocks we encountered along the way. At the end of the project, we can group all roadblocks and brainstorm how to improve collaboratively as a team. This greatly impacts our future projects because we are able to create new standard work, project flows, etc.
Perfect Tool for Collaborative Design Teams
What do you like best about the product?
When our design team adopted Miro as our primary planning tool - life got so much easier.
We use miro for everything, from road map planning, to research and project development. It's safe to say that this platform has been designed with visual thinkers in mind, there are so many little things that make using miro boards both intuitive and good-looking!
I love that you can copy and paste images from anywhere, that you can export boards as pdfs, the various integrations you connect miro with, and that boards can basically grow infinitely to accommodate every spin-off thought, or iteration you might have.
Our team literally uses this daily, and I'm a big fan!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major complaints, just a few small ones maybe:
- I love that you can paste into the board from your clip board, but I wish you could select images and copy to your clipboard from miro as the source, too.
- Also, I wish there some additional options for text formatting, :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes tedious planning, and collaboration so much easier (and so much more visually appealing) than other platforms/software out there. Being a designer, this is a huge plus!
Great for easy collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to collaborate between people and teams, but what I really like about it the most is that it is (very) easy to use. We never had to teach anyone how to use it, people just login and start creating right away and this takes a lot of stress off the company when choosing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a few downsides to Miro like in every other software: we always want to see AI improvements such as chart generation by audio or text. It is still not there yet, but this is something I am definitely waiting for. Besides that, for out team Miro has been fulfilling our expectations and needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us show our clients new automation and new projects ideas. It is easier to see how the information will flow and make comments on the steps we planned. For us, having a visual tool to help us show what is in our mind ir crucial and time-saving. That is what allows us to work async as well, other wise we would be jumping into a few meeting to try to explain the proposed solution to our clients.
Great for collaboration with remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the digital white-boarding you can do with your team. This is especially useful for remote teams who need real-time collaboration. It feels like being in person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been mostly positives. It can be tricky to zoom around sometimes but it's easy to grasp after a few days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mainly helping with real-time collaboration and making ideas/work visible to the rest of our org.
Exciting tool to use and collaborate with team
What do you like best about the product?
Good way to move through a project with multiple people being able to see the status. Some great tools to use as well , and exciting to learn new tips on the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a few programs using the Miro board, i learnt a few tricks to navigate easier and be able to extract the data in a cleaner format. I wish the intro training gave a little more insight on how to easily move through the board and some tips and tricks, but working in group helped identify these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to identify a process, easily visualize it and determine issues in it. Multiple collaboration with teams is great tool and easy to come back to when you are pulled away.
