Miro: One stop solution for all your design & diagram needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of accessing different templates and tools is just incredible. Most of the icons and logos are readily available, and you don't need to search the web for images. It is very intuitive and I can draw the complex architectural diagram in less time. This tool helps in collaboration as I can get my work reviewed quickly along with reviewing and providing review comments for other's work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectors can be annoying sometimes as they don't connect to components at desired place quickly. I was hoping to see some more ways to organize my diagrams on single board. May be something like section or page ?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me in collaboaration and I am able to draw architecture diagram for software design.
It is very useful to give shape to ideas in my head
What do you like best about the product?
Both boards and objects can be scaled freely without size limitations, as in my own head, and fragments of ideas can be freely stitched together. In addition, it can be linked with various external services and use many functions easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not good at expressing objects in detail, so it needs to be created with another tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to share ideas visually with colleagues, and members can write ideas freely, so that information can be accurately communicated and updated at all times, even during and outside meetings.
Revolutionary tool for remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom and simplicity and the many way to co-work with remote colleges. It's easy to use even for beginners and from the day we started implementing it in our work toolbox we use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seriously not much, maybe I'd like better organizing, but the way it is now works fine too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create everything from fun boards to play together remote to creating complex marketing and brand strategies.
Great for aligning ideas and goals
What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration and useful features for team meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Confusing login with company account (sometimes I get stuck in registration with another email and can't go back) and bad support of Microsoft Edge
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great for retrospectives, aligning ideas and brainstorm sessions. It supports all our methods so it is great to have everything in one tool.
Miro allows for great collaboration in person or online
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Miro and the ability to collaborate virtually with my team. I have used it for years for my own brainstorming and it recently became useful for cross-team collaboration. I used it in several stakeholder engagement workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want people to be able to collaborate without making an account. If they are just hopping into a workshop, I want them to be able to add their names to their cursor so I can see who writes what. People don't always want the account if they are only using it once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of collaborating across a hybrid team with complex issues and future job roadmapping.
Miro is a great tool for collaborating with my colleagues and customers
What do you like best about the product?
- large library of templates
- possibility to work simultaniously with other colleagues on a board
- great tool to prepare and roll out workshops with customers

- great tool to prepare and roll out workshops with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that would be great is a more intuitive way to share a board with a non-member of the team, eg. for workshop preparations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We are working on many new processes. Miro is a great help here, as we have templates we can use, and review processes together with the team before finalising them
- Customer workshops are a new area we are working on. Miro is our go-to-tool to prepare the workshops and then work on topics during the workshops together with customers.

Great piece of software across departments
What do you like best about the product?
Live collaboration
Ability to have images scaled up or down across the infinite canvas
Performance never an issue despite large files being uploaded onto the canvas
Simple set-up and good amount of templates

What do you dislike about the product?
Need internet connection for it to work properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing nimbleness when planning our strategy given that we have many moving parts - if we were to change something that we had planned the collaborative canvas is great as easy to change around
One of the best tools for virtual collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it's a very intuitive tool, easy to use without any training needed.
The Miroverse is such a great advantage, you can find almost any template there, and also share your own templates with the world. This is very convinient when you are a bit short on inspiration, just look for cool retros, business canvas, etc.
I also really like the facilitator tools, the private mode is a MUST for certain types of meetings, where anonymity creates psychological safety.
The image search, emojis, stickers is one of my favourite features as well, it makes your boards and thus meetings more interesting and dynamic.
I use Miro every week for my SAFe Scrum team and ART activities, as well as for other collaborative meetings and trainings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a feature to create sticky notes with a double click, but I've been using the sticky stack to help me create sticky notes easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes team meetings much easier, it supports collaboration, it gives psychological safety for the team. And brainstorming too, it makes it possible to quickly brainstorm and cluster ideas, very useful for innovation meetings.
I tested a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables a good Workflow using PC and iPad with the Pen as well. Its quite easy to use and I can collaborate with my clients live. What I really love is the possibility to link to office documents with more information and the talktrack for explanation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more common icons in the libary. For example for marketing: Google, Meta ... Icons. The drawining tools (eencils) are not made for creative people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for planning funnels and visualize workflows/ structures.
Private Museum exhibition project
What do you like best about the product?
We are currently working on a project which team members, are from very different disciplines: ( historians, architects, Tech guys, graphic designers). And we are not phisically in the same area or in the same country. Miro help us to graphically show our ideas, research findings, sketchs, and organize better the info. It helps to access the info at anytime, anyplace.
Most of our team members use Miro every day, and its our first reference at start any task. And, when someone new integrates to the team, Miro allows us to make the onboarding easy, as its easy to show them all our boards.
What I like a lot too, its how easy was to implement it for all of us. Ans its easy too to make a cross-over between some other tools or apps we use. (PDF, project, Photoshop etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
As an architect myself, I have not found a "free hand skecth" tool. which could been very usefull as sometimes I try to shoy paths, draw a quick idea, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
have everything in one place, that grahically shows the path we are following.
