Flexible and Intuitive for Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro, especially for organizing workflows and preparing presentations. Miro is extremely easy to set up because the templates are very intuitive and the user experience is quite simple and smooth. I like how it allows collaborative filling of boards, making it easier to make changes and adaptations during discussions with stakeholders. Miro's components are easy to configure and very presentation-oriented. I also appreciate Miro's flexibility and its unique capability that other applications, like Canva, cannot match in terms of usability in creating whiteboards and visual support for presentations. Overall, the simplicity and collaborative functionality are the highlights for me when using Miro.

Empowers Creative Teamwork and Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to use Miro to track the progress of teamwork. It allows us to visualize each stage of a project, collaborate in real time, and see how ideas evolve collectively. What I like most is the freedom it gives us to organize our thoughts creatively — we can brainstorm, plan, and structure our ideas online in a flexible and intuitive way, without feeling limited by traditional tools. It truly helps the whole team stay aligned and engaged throughout the process.

In general, I find the scrolling and navigation a bit confusing. It’s nothing you can’t get used to, but it could perhaps be a bit smoother.

Great for Collaborative Design, Needs Improved Text Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes setting it up incredibly easy since it's a website, and all you need to do is open it, without any complicated setup process. The infinite amount of space it provides is impressive, acting like a digital pin-up board where the collaboration can seamlessly happen even when team members aren’t in the same location physically. Posting images, commenting, and marking things up within Miro is straightforward and effective, which are the features I use the most. Additionally, the integration with Slack is very handy, allowing me to receive real-time notifications when colleagues comment on shared boards, which keeps me seamlessly updated. Furthermore, the fact that it fills a unique void that no other software currently addresses is invaluable. This unique functionality is why I see everyone's adoption of Miro as a significant indicator of its success and usefulness in our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the text tools in Miro to be a bit clunky. When drawing arrows and other such elements, they tend to snap to things in a way that is not always user-friendly. This feature is seemingly more oriented towards creating flowcharts, but sometimes I'm simply trying to point to something in the picture and not create complex diagrams. It's not very intuitive in that respect and could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for collaborative design documentation, benefiting from its infinite digital canvas that facilitates idea sharing and collaboration in remote settings.
Versatile and Flexible, Minor Lag with Large Files
What do you like best about the product?
Ambiguity and freedom - we use it for everything. Not just visual flows - even pasting spreadsheets to visualize how things corresond to one another
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing besides sometimes it could get a little bit laggy with large files - and the fact that you can't edit something while someone else is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lets us collaborate on everything as a team in realtime regardless of where anyone is. Feedback is seamless and easy to move things from one place to another

Effortless Workflow Creation, But AI Could Be Smarter
What do you like best about the product?
i love the ease of use when creating workflows. it's easy to share boards and export
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish AI could be more intuitive, i want it to pull existing flows that others have built as a framework when im starting something new
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
visibility into flows
Infinite Whiteboard Flexibility, But Flexibility lacking elsew;here
What do you like best about the product?
What I really appreciate is the freeform nature of this tool—the infinite whiteboard provides me with ample space to organize my work, which is a key reason I choose to use it. Since I can arrange everything exactly how I like, I always know where things are, and I can easily adapt the layout to suit my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I primarily use the document feature, and while it is fairly basic and fulfills general needs, I would appreciate having more options for customizing the document's formatting. This would help me make my content easier to read and allow me to include more complex diagrams and structures. I like having the white page as a way to separate each thought, but I wish I could create multiple columns or add and freely move images around, among other enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to collaborate with my coworkers virtually in a single, centralized space that we can revisit whenever needed. This is especially helpful for me, as without it, we would have to rely on less interactive or flexible tools, or even resort to pen and paper, which can be easily lost, damaged, or difficult to update.
