What do you like best about the product?
Having come from a non-technical background and part of a tech company, it is a easy tool to get the hang of and seeing those with experience amazes me - with new AI features its only getting better (and easier)
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing to start, but once you work out the basics it is easy to learn more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping business process and possible ideas on how to improve them

Miro for Collaboration among the AEC group

  • March 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate between professions and companies and ability to create creative designed boards. It is fairly intuitive. I do like that you can look through the most recent changes and that not all contributors need to have the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could export the boards to a pdf or show the boards in a presentation mode while still being able to edit them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping all parties to see the project and be able to provide feedback that everyone can see on their own time. This cuts down the need for finding meeting times where everyone is available.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro Board from last 1.5yrs, and I have to say, it's an exceptional online collaborative whiteboard platform. What really stands out to me is its versatility and how user-friendly the interface is. It's designed to facilitate teamwork and creativity, which makes it an invaluable tool for remote teams, and an architects like myself.

A great tool for collaborative ideation and documentation

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers many templates and editing options, while still being very easy to pick up. I found it suitable for daily use both alone and in teams. Furthermore, it integrates well in the context of a larger project thanks to the ability to link to specific sections, as well its reliable export feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using Miro is mostly effective, what creates some friction are the numerous bugs and other unwanted behaviour, including messy snapping and a few visual quirks. These issues force me to use certain workarounds, but are overall manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found Miro great for visual documentation – communicating ideas and specifications with the rest of the team.

MIRO for working in a team

  • March 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The app is intuitively designed. Processes can be very well represented. I also find that working in a team has become easier as a result. The app's templates are really good and fun to use. I use Miro intensively in the team about 1-2 times a week. The shared boards are also well received by my colleagues and are well integrated into the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't been able to find anything that gives me a stomachache. Maybe the user interface is sometimes not 100% intuitive, but I think you get used to it quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The processes that cannot really be described in words can be very well represented graphically in Miro! Creating a mind map for the kickoff of a project is just great. You have all thoughts structured and organized.

Miro is a smooth experience and things work intuitively which is something I always look when working with software. Additionally, the things you expect Miro to have are already there - you don't really have to look for workarounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a tad faster, at least the login process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro acts as our daily board and for that purpose it's excellent.

Great tool in the right application

  • March 04, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Miro works great as a concepting and workshop tool for our design team to bring concepts to life. We frequently leverage the ability to export these concepts to PDF to quickly and easily share them with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is extremely flexible, but this also means it's fairly open-ended. It's a hard tool to sit down and use without first having existing use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us get ideas and concepts down on paper in a shared space.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to set up workshops and get feedback from stakeholders in a meaningful way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing the data that is collected is tedious. It takes a long time to get info synthesized from a workshop. Hoping AI could solve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stakeholders come to our team with a vague vision. It's helpful to use miro as a playground to explore their ideas and really figure out what they want.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro for its intuitive interface that makes collaboration seamless and enjoyable. The variety of templates and tools available allows for creative brainstorming and effective planning sessions. Additionally, the ability to integrate with other platforms enhances productivity and keeps everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Miro is its steep learning curve for new users, which can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the challenges of remote collaboration by providing a centralized online whiteboard where teams can brainstorm, plan, and share ideas in real time, regardless of location.
