Ideal for ideations or diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I love the diversity of the tools offered as well as the models provided, which are often inspiring and match what we need. It's a very easy-to-use tool that can be useful in many contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The proposed models are sometimes not very relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can represent ideas or processes that I have in mind in a way that my interlocutor can understand.
Unrivalled collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, collaboration capabilities, AI powered features, number of templates, community, versatility
What do you dislike about the product?
Performances can be poor on huge dashboards, limitations of free plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows to quickly represent & map ideas in a collaborative way. It's flexibility allows diagramming, mindmapping, wireframing within one single tool, avoiding switching between different softwares. The export function can also allow continuing the collaboration outside Miro.
Amazing tool to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, super intuitive and has a lot of useful functionalities. It is also great to collaborate in real-time with colleagues. I like that the page is infinite in every direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I change the shape of a box, it doesn't adapt to the size of the text inside so I have to manually make it bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are organizing our workflows and files, and we use Miro to make multiple iterations of organizing while creating workflows on the side.
Excellent platform for exchange the comments and ideas with the clients and the desig team.
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time exchange of information and speed of coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing. Functionality is almost full.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time.
Miro is the best whiteboarding software. Lots of helpful features and it just works.
What do you like best about the product?
It works - no lags and bugs. Lots of features that others don't have, such as adaptive font size on a post-it. Small things like that end up saving a lot of working time. Easy to learn and pleasing to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about it. I didn't fully realise how great it is before I was forced to use other, far inferior whiteboarding products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a visual way of working with screenshots, notes etc. It is collaborative, easy to use, fast and reliable.
Misses the mark
What do you like best about the product?
Some templates were helpful but otherwise it misses the mark for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be overwhelming to some, as the flexibility could seem unstructured at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is allowing teams from all over the country collaborate in a single interactive tool.
Incredibly useful tool for collaborative planning and visual organizing
What do you like best about the product?
The basic interactions are all intuitive. Writing things down, moving stickies, organizing things as a group works exactly as people expect so onboarding new users to the tool is extremely easy. The more advanced features are available to users when they want to leverage them, but for users who don't need them they don't get in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's so easy and desirable to begin planning work in Miro that it tends to be the case that more complicated plans stay on Miro, but when managing large amount of data it becomes difficult to keep board oragnized and legible because it's not intended to be a database and it's hard to understand the best time to move things from the board to a database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to make project roadmaps, manage sprint planning, organize feature planning, and map design goals.
Great and very intuative product with alot of flexibility and diversity
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy-to-use, intuative, can be used to do alot of different things in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited uses unless you pay for full licence
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing efficiencies, helping with visualisations making it easier to show your vision and easier for storytelling.
Great tool, which can fit to nearly any purpose and do it well
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in visual management. It is super easy to use. I use it for most of my team work and brainstorming
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of many issues. I wish the AI could be applied in every piece in Miro, in some parts it still needs to come.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Way to look at the same stuff and to brainstorm a way forward
A Must-Have for Software Development Collaboration

What do you dislike about the product?
- Performance Issues on Large Boards: When working with complex sprint breakdowns, the board can get sluggish.
- Limited Free Plan: While the free version is great for small projects, advanced features require a paid plan.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm as a team member of development team, can collaborate easily when working with small to large of teams, because of the flexibility about creating board without any additioinal software on my computer. Also, since it's web based application, and every integration are autosaving to the cloud, i dont need to worry if i lost connection or my computer is trouble accidentally because it will auto save on our last work immediately.
