  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is super user freidnly with all the featyures you vould possibly need to viosualize your systems and stabndard operating procedures. For a free offering, the value Miro provides is off the charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The singular downside of Miro is that there is no "command F" type option which allows me to search the whole board for a singular word or word group
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to plainly visualize and write out our sop's, and is phenomenal for making the system both as simple as we can and incredibly complex where we need it to be. Its harder to make systems simple than make them complex, and miro is a tool that helps make them simpler.

A Digital Canvas for Seamless Collaboration

  • February 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a very powerful and simple to use tool for online collaboration, both within the team and with clients. It's like having an almost infinite whiteboard where everyone can draw, pin documents, add notes, etc. It's very frequently used in early stages of design, also to brainstorm and keep ideas on the canvas. One of its strengths is its ease of use, which make it suitable to be shared with clients in case they want to view projects or add their own input.

Real-time collaboration allows an experience similar to being together around the same table although remotely. The drag-and-drop functionality is really intuitive. Also, being able to access the boards from iPad makes it even easier to sketch ideas. The functionalities can be expanded as there are sticky notes, diagrams, mind maps etc.

Overall it's been a great tool for an era of hybrid and remote work, being versatile and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major drawbacks to using Miro. Perhaps one is the limitations of the free version, limited to three boards maximum.

Another issue is that it can become slower with large complex boards or multiple users. Also, boards need to be managed to avoid becoming untidy when too many people are working on different areas and can lead to confusion. It can be easy to lose track of the board or maintain the structure with multiple contributors (but although this is not an issue with Miro per se!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro effectively solves several key challenges in modern work collaboration, particularly in a hybrid/remote environment. It addresses the need for a shared visual workspace where teams can collaborate in real-time, replacing the traditional physical whiteboard experience. This is especially valuable during the early stages of design and ideation, where visual thinking and collaborative brainstorming are crucial.
The platform solves the problem of fragmentation of the Team across different locations and time zones by providing a central space where all project-related materials can be organized and accessed.
It enables seamless remote collaboration, making it feel like the team is working together in the same room, while providing flexibility in how we present and share work with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is that we can collaborate with a lot of people at the same time. And what I also like is that Miro has various frameworks, tools that simplify the creative ptojet. I run a brand desing studio and we use Miro to collaborate with your team because it is many app in one. Also it it simple to use.

We can gether everyone to collaborate with us. Our team works from home, so we can see what everyone is doing at the same time
