What do you like best about the product?
I love that miro is super easy to use. It helps me strategize + create many different things and share them with my clients.I also love that it is available on my phone
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the larger boards can cause my computer to slow down. There are so many features it can be overwhelming but this is a good problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Each client I work with is unique. So there is a lot of room to create new, innovative paths for each one of them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the tools and resources that provide fluidity in my projects. I really like Miro because it facilitates real-time collaboration. The intuitive interface and the various template options allow me to create visual boards quickly and efficiently. The ability to add sticky notes, flowcharts, images, and other elements makes it easy to organize ideas and communicate with teams, even remotely. Furthermore, the possibility of having an interactive board that everyone can access and edit at the same time makes group work much more dynamic and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard not to like something in Miro, since it is a very complete software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves various problems, especially those related to collaboration and organization of ideas. In a remote or hybrid work environment, team communication and alignment can be challenging. Miro facilitates this process, allowing everyone to share ideas visually, in real time, without the need for constant meetings.

Perfect Digital Whiteboarding Tool

  • February 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro in all of my marketing roles over the last 3 years. It is great for talking through customer journeys, presentations, and collaborating. It's basically a digital whiteboarding tool, but it keeps all of my ideas neat and organized. This is essential for the type of projects that I work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit on the number of boards on the free account. I use this with several of my marketing clients that I use my own email address with, so this becomes problematic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a digital whiteboard. It helps me with brainstorming, presentations, and mapping customer journeys as a preliminary to writing marketing plans/strategies.

highly visual and flexible collaboration platform

What do you like best about the product?
Miro offers an intuitive, drag-and-drop interface that makes it simple for teams to jump in and start collaborating. While the learning curve is slightly steeper than Lucidspark, it remains approachable for most users. It is relatively easy to set up, especially for smaller teams. The browser-based nature eliminates most IT hurdles, though enterprises may face some complexities in rollout. Templates, canvases, real-time collaboration, and integrations with tools like Jira, Slack, and Microsoft Teams make it feature rich. However, the vast number of features can sometimes be overwhelming for new users. It is highly useful for teams that frequently engage in ideation, process mapping, and remote workshops. However, for day-to-day project management, tools like Asana or Notion may be better suited. It connects well with many third-party apps, but deeper integrations (e.g., full bi-directional sync with tools like Salesforce) could be improved. Support is generally responsive, but response times can lag for non-enterprise users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breadth of features is a double-edged sword. While powerful, it can make onboarding daunting, especially for users who just need a simple whiteboarding tool. Miro’s pricing scales quickly for larger teams, making alternatives like Lucidspark or Mural more attractive for budget-conscious organizations. As boards grow in complexity, performance can lag, particularly in browser-based use. Heavy users may notice slow load times and lag when working on extensive diagrams. Unlike some competitors, Miro requires an internet connection for most features, which can be a drawback for users who need offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves collaboration and brainstorming challenges by providing an infinite canvas for teams to visually organize ideas, streamline workflows, and align faster, boosting clarity and efficiency.

Awesome Collaboration Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows for easy collaboration between team members. This is the best part of Miro. We recently held a work session that involved a variety of team members all whose input was needed to make the work session a success. The Miro platform allowed for everyone to contribute ahead of time and during the work session.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to print specific selections within the Miro board. This might be an option that I just have not figured out how to work yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the ability for everyone to collaborate at the same time. For example, the worksession I previously referenced had a physicial whiteboard that was in the room that was planned to be used however with the use of Miro, we did not need to ever go up to the physical whiteboard for any reason.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most are the different creation options we have available, the possibility of sharing the mind maps created and the ease of creating structures
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that a point of improvement would be in the quantity and quality of some icons, today it is the point that I end up using external tools for this action
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Miro, we were able to create action maps and flowcharts that have helped us achieve success in executing actions with customers.
