Great for Organizing and Sharing, but Missing Some Features
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how it functions as a comprehensive board where I can store all the information I need. Additionally, sharing this information with others is straightforward and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that sticky notes cannot be resized easily. They should be more customizable. Additionally, I would prefer if all the process tiles within a swimlane were linked to the swimlane itself, so that when I move the swimlane, everything inside it moves together. At times, repositioning certain shapes on the board can also be inconvenient. Also,JPG export format reduces quality when attached to word docs. Something like PNG would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature that allows for collaborative boards is great because it enables everyone to share their input.
Seamless Team Collaboration and Effortless Design Alternatives
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how simple it is to work together with my team members. The ability to leave comments and sketch out different design alternatives makes collaboration smooth and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to add. In my opinion, the application is already perfect just as it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With most of our staff working remotely, it can often be challenging to ensure everyone is aligned when communicating designs and implementing changes. Miro simplifies this process, making collaboration easy and seamless.
Great for Remote Teams, but Challenging on Small Screens
What do you like best about the product?
This is a flexible and highly creative workspace that can be utilized by teams spread across different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest system to navigate on a small screen which is what some people are using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, this has become the 'new whiteboard', enabling collaborative thinking that really encourages creativity. Unlike other tech solutions, which can often feel limiting, this one supports a more open and imaginative approach.
User-Friendly and Organized, but Needs Better Font and Sticky Note Options
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, clean, and organized. Transitioned to Miro from Figma because Figma does not allow the creator or user to track changes (of who made what changes) when there are multiple editors working on a single board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Font size issues - Figma handles this better. Also the Sticky notes size and font size are not nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to map out processes, roadmaps, and concepts on a large canvas, rather than being restricted to a single slide deck or similar formats. What matters most to me are the freedom, ease of use, and strong visualization capabilities.
Great for Visualizing User Stories, but PDF Export Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Miro a very useful tool for managing the visualization and tracking the development progress of user stories in a software implementation project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to generate pdf prints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very practical for sharing information with project teams and for migrating information to and from other systems
Miro's Infinite Canvas Is Great, but Performance Can Lag on Lower-End Devices
What do you like best about the product?
Miro provides an infinite canvas where teams can visually organize ideas, workflows, and projects. It's great for mind maps, flowcharts, wireframes
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can become sluggish, especially on lower-end devices or browsers or even slow internet. May be a lighter version of Miro can overcome this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified visual workspace that supports brainstorming, planning, and execution in one place, collaboration of all teams together
Effortless Collaboration and Versatility with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its user-friendly interface and the limitless possibilities it offers. When it was first introduced to our team a few years ago, I didn’t receive any tutorial, yet I found it easy to navigate from my very first use. We rely on it for a variety of purposes, and it has become our go-to platform for creating designs, taking notes during meetings, and making presentations. Its integration with other platforms we use is seamless. We have also never encountered any issues when onboarding new employees to Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't much to criticize since it provides a wide range of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has assisted me in organizing my ideas and mapping out various items that require visualization. Additionally, we use it for wireframing and UX design, among other purposes.
Excellent for Workshop Participation, but Heavy on Memory Usage
What do you like best about the product?
It's great for engaging participants in virtual workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser version takes a lot of computer memory. Desktop app takes even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me keep webinar participants engaged. It helps me visually organize brand elements for clients.
Great for Collaborative Projects, but Needs Better Instructions on Template Usage
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have an endlessly large whiteboard where you can size things however big or small you want. Being able to quickly use templates such as mind maps or kanban, also streamlines work. I use miro often with projects in my engineering class and it works well to communicate ideas to a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how sticky notes cannot be resized and how mind map colors change everything in branches if only the main one is changed. Also, having more documentation on how to use templates would be a much-needed update to miro. Essentially, I want the homepage to be completely redesigned to give new users better understanding of how to use the vast library of templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve the problem of efficiently communicating with my engineering groupmates and showcasing our ideas onto presentations we deliver to our teacher and the class.
Great Collaboration Tools, but Misses Some Lucidspark Features
What do you like best about the product?
All of the features that make my ability to collaborate easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I used Lucidspark in my last role and some features that they had were actually better suited for my needs, such as hiding boards, grouping stuff. I feel like it's a little bit clunky on Miro comparatively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to sharpen the problem or discovery framing for the projects I lead,
