Great for Collaboration, but Could Be Smoother

Super easy to use, great for teamwork, and the templates make things really convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow with large boards, and I wish there was a better offline mode
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes remote teamwork easy by keeping everything in one place. It helps with brainstorming, planning, and staying organized, so my team works better together.
Everything at your fingertips!

You can easily organize your meetings, presentations, or classes on one board. It's easy to use different tools on one page and it's convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the screen freezes and restores and sometimes there are some delays. In addition, the "Create Freehand Drawings" tool sometimes gets lost on the screen.

It helps me use different tools and materials on a single board and it's handy.
Great for ideation, collaboration and more
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro almost every day for work for over 3 years and have found it a consistently strong tool for ideation, brainstorming and project planning. The interface is intuitive, it has a vast library of ready to use tools, but it is also flexible enough to let me implement my own ideas. The best part is that Miro keeps evolving. They constantly roll out new features and improvements that enhance the user experience, making it even more efficient. It’s those small, thoughtful touches — like the ability to paste a table as a sticky note — that really add up and make the experience feel more polished. It’s clear they pay attention to the details, and it’s those little features that make using the platform so enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would improve in Miro is the sidebar. I feel like trying to find specific tools quickly can be a bit challenging, and a better overview and a more organized and customizable layout could make it easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us in visualizing and brainstorming our ideas async, and it makes collaborating more effective. It also povides the perfect tools for supporting project management, helping us overview and keep track of numerous and diverse project flows simultaneously.
Amazing for co-working

Viewing moodboards for my work as an artist, it makes it easy
Miro is a visual representation of my brain!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for organizing information related to a project. Screenshots, links, flow diagrams, competitve details, timelines - everything goes into a GIANT Miro board where I can easily find what I need and efficiently share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
At my last job we had a limited group of people that needed to actually collaborate and add to Miro project boards, and a lot of people who just needed read access. What I absolutely hated was how Miro would allow people to join the team, and automatically add them as an additional licensee - thereby increasing the subscription each time. I would constantly have to remove them so we wouldn't get billed. I wasn't able to turn this feature off (although I didn't spend too much time trying). IIRC, my solution was to share the board link and grant viewer only access. However other teammates were not always as careful when they shared boards, causing the invitees to get added to my license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a very visual person and prefer to have complex projects documented visually. While a traditional document is often the final output for a project, Miro makes it very easy to organize everything leading up to that deliverable.
Recommend for team work/collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
As a team constantly working on collaborative projects, Miro has transformed the way we brainstorm, plan, and execute our ideas. The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy for everyone to use, regardless of their tech skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve encountered is that the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users unfamiliar with digital whiteboarding tools. However, once you get the hang of it, it becomes an invaluable resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing my colleagues contribute in real time, whether they're in the same room or across the globe, enhances team work. It integrates well with other tools we use, like Slack and Google Drive, which adds to its versatility.
