Great for Real-Time Team Collaboration, but Free Tier Is Limited
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is how it allows me and my team to collaborate in real time. It's really helpful for brainstorming, planning, and organizing ideas together, no matter where everyone is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside for me is the limitations of the free tier, although I completely understand why they exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro adapts well to our company’s needs and is very versatile. It helps different teams—tech, product, marketing—collaborate effectively. It’s also intuitive to use, which makes organizing ideas and planning projects much easier and faster.
Great Visuals and Collaboration, but Needs More Agile Content
What do you like best about the product?
I like the visual qualities that connect teams and goals. I also love the shared platform "Miroverse" so that I can use others' work and customize it for my needs. In addition, I really appreciate how this setup supports structured sprint planning in a way that keeps everyone aligned. Our team successfully decomposes work and avoids overcommitting, while still giving space for iterative refinement.
The use of Miro boards for sprint planning and mid-sprint reviews is especially effective. They provide transparency across the team and make collaboration more interactive—sticky notes, swimlanes, and color labels bring clarity to complex discussions. It's also easy to trace decisions and their owners visually, whether we’re running backlog refinement, defining acceptance criteria, or planning demos.

What do you dislike about the product?
I need more Agile oriented content pre-loaded. I suggest building a stronger connection between the Miro plan and the execution layer in Jira—sometimes tasks get lost in translation unless we define a standard flow for converting board ideas into sprint-ready stories. A simple template per slice, standardized DoR/DoD tags, and a variety of templates or frames could make this process even more scalable as the team grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solves the problem of our distributed team. We can view and edit documents together, building our team spirit and creating agreements.
User-Friendly Visionary Board with Helpful Templates for Team Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to create a visionary board for my work projects. The platform offers user-friendly tools and a variety of pre-built templates, which really help me bring my ideas to life. This makes it an excellent way to share and implement my concepts with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. It has truly been a great support tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What stands out most is how easy it is to create presentations and outline effective plans for campaigns and projects. This tool really supports productive team discussions and adds a fun visual element to ideas, making collaboration more engaging. It is very beneficial in creating reports and data driven analysis.
Powerful Platform for Planning and Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Miro provides a large visual workspace where I can organize ideas, brainstorm, and plan projects with my team in real time. The templates are quite useful, and I find it simple to drag, drop, and rearrange items as needed. The platform feels flexible and creative, allowing everyone to collaborate easily, even when we're working from different locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit sluggish, particularly when a board contains many elements or when several people are working on it simultaneously. Additionally, some tools and options are tucked away in menus, which means it takes a while to figure out where everything is located. Overall, it's a great platform, but it would benefit from being a bit faster and more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to organize ideas, plan projects, and collaborate with others within a single shared space. Rather than sending numerous files or lengthy messages, my team and I can work together on the same board in real time. This makes brainstorming, mapping user flows, and tracking tasks much simpler and more visually engaging. As a result, it saves time, minimizes confusion, and ensures everyone stays aligned throughout the project.
User-Friendly Whiteboard, Needs Better Presentation Features

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visually organize my thoughts, enhancing my creativity and project planning, but collaboration can be challenging for others.

Intuitive Interface Enhances Communication Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro enhances my ability to communicate complex ideas with ease and clarity. The platform's intuitive design simplifies the process of visualizing and explaining projects, making them more comprehensible to my audience. I also appreciate its seamless integration with tools like Jira, which enhances my workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the image insertion process cumbersome in Miro. Specifically, I cannot easily copy and paste images directly into the platform. Instead, I have to upload them first, which adds extra steps and clicks to my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it easier to communicate complex processes through visualizations, enhancing audience understanding and reducing errors in communication.
Miro: Flexible, Collaborative, and Powerful—But Pricey for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is its unmatched flexibility and collaborative real-time environment. Miro has completely replaced many of our other tools for brainstorming, design sprints, and strategic planning. The sheer variety of templates, from Kanban boards to customer journey maps, makes it powerful for virtually any team function. It truly feels like an infinite digital whiteboard where ideas flow naturally and effortlessly, whether working with a team of 3 or 30.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is the pricing structure for small teams and individual users. While it's worth the cost for enterprise use, it can be quite expensive for small groups who only need a few extra boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro primarily solves the challenges of distributed collaboration and abstract planning. Before Miro, our brainstorming sessions were sequential, static, and often resulted in scattered documents or photos of physical whiteboards. The key benefit is that Miro provides a single, unified, real-time environment where complex ideas can be built, visualized, and documented simultaneously.
