Perfect for flowcharts and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I love most about Miro is how quickly I can get a flowchart up and running. I used to spend forever aligning shapes in PowerPoint, but with Miro it just snaps into place. The collaboration feature is a game-changer too - last week I was working on a process map with my team, and we could all jump in at the same time, add comments, and move things around. It felt natural, like we were all standing around a whiteboard. The templates are super helpful when I'm starting from scratch, and I really appreciate that I can export everything as a PDF or image for presentations without losing quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that bugs me is the learning curve when you first start. There are so many features that it can feel overwhelming - I remember spending like 20 minutes just trying to figure out how to change the connector line style. Also, sometimes the board can get laggy when there's a lot of content on it, especially if multiple people are editing at once. And the free version is pretty limited, so you really need to get a paid plan to unlock the useful stuff. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice if the pricing was a bit more flexible for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Miro solves for me is the mess of trying to document processes and workflows. Before, I'd sketch things out on paper or use clunky desktop software, and then I'd have to redo everything when changes came up. With Miro, I can create flowcharts that are easy to update, and my team can see them in real-time. It's also made remote collaboration way less painful - we don't need to be in the same room to brainstorm or map out ideas together. This has saved us hours in meetings and back-and-forth emails.
Essential for Group Workshops and Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro for group workshops because it is very educational. I find it very easy and intuitive, which makes it easier to use. Additionally, it has several templates that help me work more efficiently. I really enjoy brainstorming with this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to me that much of the information remains to be tabulated. It would be interesting to have some options to integrate artificial intelligence, like ChatGPT, and facilities to convert data to formats like Word directly from Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to boost creativity in brainstorming sessions and group workshops, thanks to its intuitive templates and educational options.
Helpful Tool for Wide Variety of Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how useful it is for a wide variety of tasks - it is really useful to our production.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides - I would say when you get started with the platform it can be a little hard to understand how best to utilize it for your specific needs. But once you get the hang of it, it really is great.

It helps my team get all their ideas, submissions and artwork into one place/
Useful tool for collaborative work and documentation among interdisciplinary teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it serves as a link for collaborative work between different areas and roles. At the same time, the way it is used is simple and intuitive for any new person who needs to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While for collaborative work and documentation it fulfills its function 100%, I would like it to have more technical possibilities in terms of experience design. So as not to have to be complementing with other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What benefits me the most is the possibility of working among different teams and roles in the same software that we all have access to and that is easy to use. It is the main software that connects everyone and where I carry out all the activities: journey map, collaborative boards, documentation, and planning.
Great for Team Collaboration and Real-Time Idea Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple for teams to collaborate, sharing ideas and sketching together on the same board simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't find anything to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Miro app on a tablet has allowed me to rediscover the long-lost sensation of writing with pen and paper, something I had missed deeply.
Great for Evolving Tools and JIRA Integration, Minor UI Frustrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's constantly evolving and new tools are added so that it can be used in multiple ways. For example, the link with JIRA helps me to manage design content board more easily and flesh out the action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the user interface can be frustrating, but overall it remains quite minimal. I have also noticed that the UI has improved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables us to create design documents where we can easily give feedback and incorporate graphics or other visual elements. Since our design documents are always evolving, Miro makes it simple to share updates with stakeholders.
Miro: Essential for Daily Tasks, but Needs Better Workflow Organization & Optimized launch
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a very helpful tool which is part of my daily day to day tasks and activities i am using it the most other than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its the limited amount of options to seggregate and put a order to your workflows, and also the time it takes to load the miro on web version of it if your board is heavy with contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building suite of applications and in our way to create pools of ecosystems and miro fits here as a primary source of way to ideate and populate our ideas onto.
We use MIRO for everything.

Graphical mapping and collaboration. Sketching out ideas and concepts quickly. Verr easy interface.

Exporting is clunky. Difficult to life from MIRO into documents seamlessly.

Collaborative mind mapping internally and with our customers. Having everything in one place, its invaluable.
Perfect tool for a product-engineering team
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become my preferred tool for running remote workshops with my team, as well as for diagramming technical architecture, project plans, and processes. As an Engineering Manager, I rely on it every day. The platform makes it easy to create a wide variety of visualisations all in one place. My team especially enjoys exploring new templates from the Miroverse, which help bring fresh energy to our regular scrum ceremonies, such as sprint retrospectives.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that certain features are restricted depending on the plan tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool to run engaging remote meetings and ensure my distributed engineering team stays aligned. Its flexible diagramming features, along with a variety of templates and the ability to organise diagrams in a repository, make it easy to reference our work whenever needed.
Miro is one of the most used tool by me being a business analyst
What do you like best about the product?
1. Intuitive usage - I donot need a lot of onboarding to start using the tool and any of the features it has.
2. It covers a lot of tasks that I need to do - whether it is schema, bpmn, business process flow, brainshtorming, user story, structure, dashboard mockup - any ofthis is covered by Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one board in free user plan - would be good to have 2 or 3, so that one could be used by myself and another - shared with my colleagues. (Iam talking about personal usage from personal email)

It simplifies and accelerates my day-to-day work as business analyst in a BI tools implementation company: I create schemes, maps, dashboard prototypes and mock-ups in Miro.
