Great for Collaboration and Idea Organization, but Figma Integration Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy working collaboratively and using it as a repository to collect and organize my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations leave room for improvement. I encountered a few problems specifically with the Figma integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been instrumental for me and my team as we begin developing the MVP for our payfac product. It’s making the initial stages of our project much smoother.
Great Program for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration and diagramming for team members both in and out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be laggy, especially after the West Coast gets started for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using a pin-up space both in house and with remote consultants and team members

GOOGLE DOCS INTEGRATION, and what i like specifically is it's smoothness and ease of use

I would probably say nothing from my experience but i wish there was a way to switch boards without getting back

Flexible and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Miro’s flexible layout — it makes it easy to arrange notes, ideas, and plans all in one place. Great for organising projects and keeping everything visible at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no negative comments to make at this time

Its allowing me to centralise and of collate notes and information in a single workspace whilst segregating different work tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro's excellent community collaboration capabilities that enable us to share ideas easily through screenshots, mockups, and diagrams. The array of graphical component options allows us to present these ideas visually. I also find the templates invaluable for high-level planning and sprint management. The templates' extensibility means there is always something applicable for my team or company. The comments feature is fantastic, as it promotes smooth teamwork, enabling us to develop ideas into solutions collaboratively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the permission system in Miro somewhat challenging. Initially, it was difficult to ensure that certain Miro boards remained locked down and visible only to a private audience. If I needed to allow access to a specific individual, it wasn't straightforward to add them, making the process cumbersome. It would be beneficial if the system was a bit more intuitive and easier to manage.

Miro enhances team collaboration, allowing us to quickly share and visualize ideas with mockups and diagrams. It provides useful templates for high-level planning and helps align our team on next steps. The comments feature facilitates seamless idea development to solutions.
Effortless Collaboration with Miro, Needs AI Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its ease of use, which significantly facilitates collaboration and documentation. The canvas feature is highly useful for creating summaries and analyses. Miro also makes it super simple to create notes, and it excels at solving documentation and providing a clear overview. Additionally, I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate on this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Miro to be messy and cluttered, mainly because there were tons of old boards that made it difficult to navigate and find specific things. Additionally, I think the AI features in Miro could be improved, which is something I would like to see enhanced for a better experience.

I find Miro solves documentation and overview issues, aids in mind mapping and research, and facilitates easy collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is its user-friendly interface, which makes collaboration incredibly easy and fast. I use it daily for my thesis, work projects, and personal planning, and I find it very quick to set up each time. The seamless collaboration experience is something I truly enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I wish Miro would improve is the addition of more shortcuts and hotkeys, as this would make navigation much smoother. The limitation of only three boards for free accounts feels quite restrictive, and the session time is also rather short. I also find it inconvenient to have to log in again from time to time. Overall, I think Miro is an amazing product, but I would appreciate a few small tweaks to make the experience more seamless, such as better support for iPad. Additionally, the integration with Google Docs could be enhanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the main advantage is that I need a large digital whiteboard that is easy to access, and this is exactly what Miro provides. It works without limitations or unnecessary extra steps.
Best tool for Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and offers a wide variety of templates for running dynamic activities. Its interface is visually appealing and intuitive. I use Miro weekly, and when I taught someone else how to use it, the experience was smooth and positive. I've never needed to contact customer support. I’ve also used Miro integrated with Jira, and the experience for the development team was better than working directly in Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am experiencing issues when trying to open Miro on Microsoft Edge. The boards are not loading, and today I was only able to access them through the app. Additionally, I think Miro should add more music options to the cronometer feature. For large, dynamic activities, having only six music tracks is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a platform that allows me to collaborate with various stakeholders and bring all product requirements together in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has empowered my remote team to collaborate effectively and turn our ideas into reality. Whether we are working together in real time or asynchronously, the level of collaboration Miro provides is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints; it fulfills all our needs and even exceeds our expectations.

I appreciate the visuals, the templates, and how easily I can display a workflow in a visual format. This tool allows us to present and illustrate our processes clearly, without the need for lengthy, wordy documents.
