What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Miro is how simple it makes brainstorming, organizing, and creating moodboards. There are so many features that help my team and me collaborate efficiently and stay productive together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like ho the free version is limited to 3 boards per account but i understand why it is like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a game developer, I find that Miro allows us to create documentation, brainstorm ideas, build art moodboards, organize tables, and design diagrams to map out how the game will function. Thanks to Miro, we can accomplish all of this within a single app while collaborating together in real time. This means we have everything we need in one place, which saves us a significant amount of time.

I find the sticky notes feature incredibly useful for collecting team feedback, and overall, Miro's capabilities stand out as there aren't any alternatives matching its functionality.

Experiences using Miro

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the times using Miro is smooth, intuitive and a quick way to put down ideas and documentation. Conducting remote user interviews / usability testings have succeeded as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time the vast amount of content starts to slow down the board and content should be divided into multiple boards which is a bit of a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having notes and documentation in a single place where all the needed stakeholders have access is the most crucial part.

Miro for process design

  • October 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
If I had to sum it up in one word, it would be ease. As a startupper, I am responsible for designing processes that will lay the groundwork for my startup's operations. The simplicity and user-friendliness of Miro truly make my work much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the design becomes too wide, I find it somewhat time-consuming to use the sliding bars on the side and at the bottom. It would be helpful to have a more efficient way to navigate the design without relying on these bars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been instrumental in helping me map out the different processes within my startup across various operational areas. By providing a comprehensive overview, it allows me to gain a high-level perspective of each process, which in turn helps me analyze and understand them more quickly through improved visualization.

Intuitive Planning Tool

  • October 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to visualise information in different formats, tailored to the specific project, audience, or use case. The tool is user-friendly and makes it straightforward to customise how information is presented. As someone who doesn't consider myself especially creative, I've found that this tool has enabled me to present information in more imaginative ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I use it everyday and couldn't go without it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Miro is solving is the freedom to plan without limitations. This has been incredibly beneficial for me, as it has allowed me to map out multiple customer journeys, develop my business model canvas, and organise my table of services—all within a single board. I haven't found any other platform where I could accomplish all of this except for Miro. Essentially, I've been able to plan my entire business creation process using Miro.

I also used Miro in a previous role, as part of a large Higher Education institute in London and Miro was extremely helpful for collaboration across teams, for product development of a new piece of software. We used it to collaborate with each other as stakeholders, but it was also helpful and clear for a testing script when testing the product with users.

A powerful and intuitive collaboration tool for brainstorming and project mapping

  • October 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro truly simplifies collaboration, particularly for remote or hybrid teams. I appreciate how straightforward it is to build mind maps, flowcharts, and user journey diagrams alongside teammates in real time. The interface is very intuitive—its drag-and-drop features work seamlessly, and the available templates significantly reduce setup time. Integrations with tools such as Jira, Slack, and Notion are also extremely useful, allowing me to easily connect Miro boards to my daily workflow. The infinite canvas is ideal for visually organizing complex ideas without any sense of limitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is an excellent tool, I have noticed that it can become sluggish when working with large boards and multiple collaborators. The loading times tend to increase, particularly if you are using a lower-end device or have a slower internet connection. Additionally, the pricing may be somewhat high for small teams or startups that only require basic features. I would also appreciate more advanced version control or change history options to better track edits during collaborative sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has greatly enhanced the way my team works together, particularly during brainstorming and planning sessions. By bringing idea mapping, design planning, and team feedback into a single shared workspace, it removes the need to juggle multiple tools. We rely on it for wireframing new UI concepts, building project roadmaps, and visually structuring complex workflows.

What stands out most is how Miro keeps everyone on the same page—designers, developers, and project managers alike. The real-time collaboration features help minimize miscommunication, accelerate decision-making, and make remote teamwork feel as seamless as working side by side. Thanks to its flexibility and clear visual interface, Miro has become an indispensable part of our development and planning routines.

Amazing Softwarre Miro

  • October 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Miro makes collaboration feel seamless, even for remote teams. The visual, infinite canvas is intuitive and flexible — it’s great for brainstorming, mapping processes, and organizing ideas in real time. I also appreciate the wide range of templates and integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Drive, which make it easy to fit into different workflows. Overall, it’s a great platform for turning abstract ideas into clear, visual plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro can feel a bit heavy on performance — large boards with many objects can slow down or lag. The learning curve for new users can also be a little steep, especially when dealing with advanced features or complex boards. Additionally, certain functions (like permissions and version control) could be more intuitive to manage on large team projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps solve the challenge of collaborating and aligning ideas visually, especially when working with distributed or remote teams. Before using Miro, it was difficult to brainstorm, plan projects, or map out workflows in a way that everyone could easily follow and contribute to in real time.

With Miro, everything happens in one shared space — we can ideate, organize, and refine concepts together without switching between tools. It’s helped improve communication, reduce misunderstandings, and speed up decision-making. The visual layout also makes it easier to see the “big picture,” which benefits creativity, project planning, and overall team productivity.
