Straightforward, easy to use

  • October 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro at least weekly and it's very nice to be able to collaborate in real-time with my co-founder with minimal friction. The user interface is super straightforward and we personally haven't experienced many bugs on the platform. Feels super stable. Getting set up was super easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much. We haven't explored Miro to it's maximum capabilities yet, but we aim to use Tables & other integrations soon to see if we can enable cross-platform functionality (ex: syncing to a Google sheet or Trello board).

Unsure if it's possible yet, but if it isn't possible, this could be an area of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to whiteboard/brainstorm, identify feature/product priorities, map customer journeys and establish timelines.

A Powerful and Intuitive Tool for Collaborative Brainstorming

  • October 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes collaboration effortless — the infinite canvas, real-time co-editing, and wide range of templates make it ideal for brainstorming, mind mapping, and project planning. I especially like how intuitive the interface is, even for first-time users. Integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace streamline workflows and keep everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large boards can become laggy when many users are collaborating simultaneously. The permission settings can also feel a bit complex to manage in big teams. Additionally, some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which might limit smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps bring remote and cross-functional teams together in one shared workspace. It solves the problem of scattered ideas and disconnected discussions by providing a visual, interactive platform where everyone can contribute in real time. It’s made our brainstorming sessions, sprint planning, and project mapping far more structured and engaging. The ability to visualize workflows and quickly align on decisions has improved collaboration, reduced meeting time, and increased overall productivity.

Big miro fan for 3 years now

What do you like best about the product?
The endless possibilities within one single board. This makes it a great tool to gather a lot of different information or ideas for clients (when working for an agency), also I really like the option of adding screenshots or linking files. Furthermore I love to use it as a brainstorm board with big teams where we work parallel in it (another great add on is that every board can be shared with external partners via link) generally I think the platform is very intuitive.
I use the tool daily and have next to my business boards also a private account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime I find it difficult to use one of the existing templates and adjust them easily based on my individual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using one tool for several reasons per client from an agency perspective (track of performance, projects, brainstorming etc.)

From whiteboard to wonderland: our journey with Miro

  • October 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We first discovered Miro during the early pandemic days. Back then, it was a godsend of a digital whiteboard: perfect for capturing scattered ideas in a time when we were all finding our new digital way.

Now, five years on, Miro has grown into so much more. It’s become our daily project compass, memory palace, and co-creation space all in one. We use Miro not just for idea harvesting, but to shape entire brand journeys, start to finish. We facilitate online workshops within Miro, upload photos from live sessions afterward, and even *present* in Miro during live workshops. It’s become our canvas, our stage, our filing cabinet, and sometimes even our secret weapon.

We’re especially in love with the "spaces" functionality. Each client gets their own beautifully organised corner of the Miro universe.

To say we’re fans would be an understatement. We’re mildly-obsessed Miro enthusiasts. It’s the digital glue that holds our creative chaos together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX can be a bit confusing at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us solve the classic chaos of creative and collaborative work.
It brings structure to fuzzy beginnings, clarity to complex processes, and continuity across (hybrid) teams and touch points.

Before Miro, ideas often got lost in notebooks, post-its, inboxes, or just our own heads. Now, everything lives in one place: from raw brainstorms to polished brand strategies. It’s a living archive and a co-creation space, which makes our work more transparent, efficient and energising, for us and for our clients.

It also solves the "where-do-we-even-start" problem. Whether we’re kicking off a new project or wrapping one up, Miro gives us an intuitive way to visualise progress and bring people into the process. No design degree required. :)

In short: Miro reduces friction, increases flow, and helps us do more meaningful work. Together.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic tool for productivity in the modern age of zoom and asynchronous work- helping with project management, brainstorming, and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to orient around sizing - text can be small etc - you may need to revamp everything based on how big something should be. It can also be frustrating to run out of text space in a text block - especially when copying large volumes of text into a miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organization for project management

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible in the sense that you can just get everything layed out the way you want, very detailed and zoomed in and also abstract and more an overview of things. And ofcourse the collaboration part of it where there are many small and helpful features that makes collaboration and sharing ideas easier
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like it sometimes is buggy with frames still left on the canvas that has been removed a long time ago, but usually it's just to reload to fix it. I can also be frustrated using tables in Miro, feels like it's harder than it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's fast and easy to sketch out your thoughts and get everyone onboard with roadmaps, etc and also fun and easy to use for workshops and other collaborative meetings

Intuitive, versatile - a productivity booster

  • October 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Still the best and easiest to use whiteboard app. The usability is based on well-known applications in the graphic design field, making it very intuitive to learn. Through extensions/integrations like Kanban, Prototype, or Confluence, the use of Miro is a great help not only in private but also in business environments as a team platform. The many templates, which are constantly expanded by the community, allow you to explore new methods and save time. Miro should become a standard, especially in the corporate environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the floating toolbar is in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays, one usually deals with large amounts of information, which are also distributed among different people. Miro helps to organize, visualize, and share this information within a team to create something new from it.
