Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface feels smooth and welcoming, making it simple to jump in and start building ideas. It’s an incredibly powerful collaboration tool — perfect for working with my team in real time, but also just as effective for individual design work and personal brainstorming.
Miro’s beautiful visuals make it a pleasure to use, and it has become an integral part of how we create engaging presentations. The Mermaid integration is a huge plus — it makes creating and editing diagrams effortless. I like features such the built-in timers for tasks and private mode extremely useful for workshops and focused teamwork.
It's very easy to make presentation fun and visually attractive with all diagraming tools, ability to embed code snippets, adding gifs or stickers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing to dislike. I sometimes experience issues zooming in/out from the board using the trackpad, it's also quite easy to accidentally make unintended edits to the board and move elements around when trying to highlight or copy elements. Also, with so many features available, it can take time for new users to discover all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It became one go-to tool for multiple purposes such as mapping out concepts, storyboards, or workflows, brainstorming and building presentations.
Useful for collab
What do you like best about the product?
Like that images can be grouped onto canvases, a more powerful type of grouping than what I'm used to. Different formats eg diagrams. Have used it for architecture diagram review by non-software team members.
I like that the whole company can use a single tool and "browse" what other departments are up to.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would have liked some more customisation options on e.g. parallelogram shapes, but that's a nitpick. can be hard to make the text fit within them without them being giant otherwise.

Online diagram collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
Planing - to see diagrams - it is not just text
What do you dislike about the product?
I would need to connect it with calendar
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
planing
Good for collaboration, not good for mockups
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is good for collaborations, I can share it with colleagues quite easily, we can look at the same time to the same picture. We can illustrate things / create schemas / diagrams / tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's kinda jack of all trades, master of none. For most of tasks - except when I need collaboration - I would prefer do them in other tool, being it Figma / Google Docs / even Lovable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to support my stories visually.
A simple but powerful tool for collaboration and creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Miro is, even for those who are unfamiliar with this type of tool. It’s ideal for brainstorming, visual planning, and organizing ideas within a team. The templates are a real time-saver, and the real-time collaboration feature functions seamlessly—you can actually watch your teammates’ ideas appear on the board as they work. Miro has certainly made our meetings more visual and engaging for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can become somewhat sluggish, especially when handling very large boards or when many users are connected simultaneously. Additionally, some advanced features are restricted to paid plans, which can be somewhat limiting if you are using the free version. Nevertheless, it remains one of the best collaboration tools I have used overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me organize ideas and collaborate visually with my team, especially when we are working remotely. It solves the problem of messy brainstorming sessions and scattered notes by keeping everything in one shared space. It’s also great for planning workflows and documenting projects in a clear, visual way. Using Miro has made it much easier for everyone to stay on the same page and be more productive during meetings
A great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
- We do all our Scrum events in Miro
- We often draw flow charts, ADR in Miro, to have a clear sync picture
- I love the AI summarization feature. It's super helpful after a retrospective/sprint planning MTG

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I would like the feature of image flow chart conversion to Miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of collaboration, using Miro to host a conversation during off-site MTG to let participants write down all their questions/ideas on stickers is super helpful to correct the feedback and hear every person's thoughts

We use it frequently for brainstorming and project planning, and customer support has been responsive whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large boards can get slow, and managing permissions across multiple teams can feel clunky at times. Some advanced features also take a bit of learning before they fit smoothly into workflows.

Amazing platform for ideas and collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having an unconstrained infinite whiteboard to be able to make flow charts, map out ideas, and do project management with my clients and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had some database/notion-like features that make it easier to manage lots of documents/data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a place for me to just get all my ideas out in one place and reduces friction.
Best way to organize a collection
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can work on multiple things on one board and collaborate seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
typing lists and not being able to make a paragraph/type size easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Loosing notes and files. Its nice to have a file there in the cloud or wherever you store it lol.
Miro for startup team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an essential everyday tool for our team. We're a busy distributed startup team that have to move very fast yet stay aligned while being split over two continents and 3 different countries. Miro acts as our collective thinking space. It's flexibility as a collaboration space makes it ideal for being used as a collective thinking space, including asynchronously. The Miro team have been responsive to us although we didn't really need any material support using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
One small issue we had was with the zoom level on one of the boards becoming too small. We simply fixed that by creating another board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective collaboration is the main thing for us, especially as we are a distributed team. We use other tools like Jira/Confluence/M365, but Miro is our go to "collective thinking space"
