It used to be challenging to run an effective workshop when some team members were remote while others were on site. Now, however, it has become extremely easy.

An excellent tool for managing product development visually
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has become an essential workspace for managing end-to-end product design processes. I love being able to map every stage of development-from early research and ideation to design iterations and implementation- all within one visual canvas.
It’s especially powerful for communicating with clients: I can share the board and let them see both the current progress and the reasoning behind earlier design decisions in real time.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro is fantastic for managing the design process itself, it’s not very intuitive when you want to present your work as a clean, linear presentation. Turning a complex, layered board into a clear storytelling format takes extra effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me manage the entire product development process in one place — from research to design reviews. It keeps clients and team members aligned, saves time, and makes communication clear and visual.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Miro is how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. From the very beginning, the interface feels accessible and doesn’t require a steep learning curve. It also offers a wide variety of templates and diagrams that make it easy to organize ideas, plan projects, and visualize workflows. Another great feature is that everything is cloud-based, so you can access your boards from any device without worrying about syncing. I also appreciate how simple it is to set up collaboration with others, which makes teamwork fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found any major downsides in my experience with Miro. The platform has met all my expectations and suits my needs very well. Perhaps with more advanced use or in more complex projects, I might come across areas for improvement, but for now, my experience has been entirely positive.

One Whiteboard to rule them all!
What do you like best about the product?
What I truly appreciate about Miro is its outstanding user experience—it’s remarkably intuitive, visually streamlined, and simple to navigate, even for those just starting out. Each feature seems carefully crafted, and I value how Miro offers a tool or add-on for nearly every imaginable need. The extensive range of templates and integrations makes it a highly adaptable platform, suitable for both professional and personal projects. For example, while I regularly use it for work collaboration and brainstorming, I also recently turned to Miro for a personal home renovation. I was able to upload my house blueprint directly into Miro, which made it effortless to plan furniture arrangements, design new electrical outlet placements, and visualize the setup for smart home devices. Having the ability to combine visuals, notes, and links on a single board made the whole process smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor frustrations I’ve encountered. The first is an occasional drag-and-drop bug: when I try to drag an image onto the board, instead of uploading, Miro sometimes opens the image in a new Chrome tab. While it’s a small issue, it does break the flow, especially when I’m in a creative or planning mindset. Another area that could use improvement is navigation on very large boards. As boards become more complex, moving around can feel a bit cumbersome. Zooming in and out helps, but the experience isn’t always as smooth as I’d like. I think it would be fantastic if Miro offered a way to save specific positions or coordinates on the board—essentially bookmarks—so users could quickly jump between different sections without having to scroll or zoom manually. Although sharing frames via links is possible, having a built-in shortcut system for personal navigation would make a significant difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves one of the biggest challenges in both work and personal projects — bringing clarity and structure to complex, collaborative ideas. It provides a digital space where I can visualize workflows, brainstorm with others, and organize information in a way that’s both creative and easy to navigate. At work, Miro helps my team align quickly without long back-and-forths. We use it to map out project timelines, design customer journeys, and capture brainstorming sessions in real time. Because everything is visual and interactive, it keeps everyone engaged and makes it easier to spot connections and gaps that might not be obvious in traditional documents or slide decks.
