Seamless Collaboration with Miro's Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for its mind mapping and brainstorming capabilities, which help me organize my thoughts and document storage. The setup process is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to get started. It significantly improves collaboration and brainstorming, both in team settings and on my own. Its seamless integration with my workflow allows me to use it alongside other software, enhancing productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the difficulty with the 'combine cards' feature, which are less user-friendly compared to Post-Its. Additionally, I find the talk track functionality limiting because when I copy a board, the talk track does not get copied along with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to visualize ideas and collaborate with others seamlessly, similar to Google Docs. It simplifies brainstorming and brings structure to my thoughts, both individually and collaboratively, making projects more manageable.
A game-changer for visual collaboration and project management
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy for anyone on the team to jump in and contribute. The vast template library saves us tons of time on project setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's hard to find a major flaw. Sometimes there are so many great features that it takes a moment to find the exact one you need, but that's a good problem to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated the friction of remote brainstorming and planning. We're now able to run workshops and strategy sessions that feel as dynamic and productive as being in person, which has significantly sped up our project timelines.
My tool for almost anything
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility and the large amount of available templates. I also really like the constant improvements and additions to functionality. I use it daily, both as a planning tool, design tool, and ideation tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a bit hard to know what template and components to use to achieve the thing I want to do. Sometime I wish the components were more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can group together several things in one view, a Kanban board, a Mind Map and a document. In this way I can do the whole planning from idea to implemented functionality in one tool and I also have the possibility to follow and update the progress.
I love Miro! I use it for process mapping and brainstorming. I could spend all day in Miro.

Miro is a very good shared space for team work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro every day as a collaborative board to gather ideas and references for myself and my team. From the very beginning of our process, we organize all our materials there. It’s very intuitive to use and helps streamline our workflow. Since we all work remotely, having a shared online space is essential for staying aligned in a creative role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we often work with boards that contain many images and drawings, the performance can become quite slow at times, especially when there is a large amount of content on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Excellent Collaboration Platform for interactive Working, Organizing & Brainstorming
What do you like best about the product?
The super easy way to visualize ideas or projects. The usage of the system is in wide parts intuitive and it is easy to build a good structure, even for comlex topics.
I like as well the function that you can link objects within the board or outside of Miro. Also that you can setup a start-frame for the board visitors is a nice function. If you work with more people on one board it is good that there is the option to protect parts of the board or the whole board that nobody can change it by accident.
The different user roles help as well that it is accesable for every team member but that the company dont waste a lot of money for licenses. Only the people who work actively on the boards need paid licenses and the rest can be invited easily with a link and use a free account.
I use as well the different Teams in Miro, so it is at every time clear structured which boards belong to which team. Also for business meetings I like to use the boards e.g. for brain storming or developing ideas. It is super easy to create content on a board in a meeting and organize it afterwards in a better way. For this I start often with the sticky notes and convert my content later on - this is a nice function because it protects you from doing work double.
Overall I use Miro daily especially for my complex projects because you can build up the whole project lifecycle without getting overwhelmed. I would recommend it for everyone who needs basically a good piece of paper that has the benefits of an intelligent software to support your daily tasks, organization and so on.
I just had one time to contact the customer support (didn´t remember the topic) but it was totally easy to get in touch with them and also to find the answer I was looking for.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more shapes in the Miro Set-Up that can be edited and filled with text. As well it would be cool, if there is an option to delete the background of objects / photos (like in word e.g.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for my project organization. Even before the project kick off it is used to genearte first ideas about the content of the project and important details that need to be remembered. During the lifecycle it is like the heart of the project because all relevant information is there or the original source is linked. It is essential for my collaboration with other project members because I can easily split responsibilities there and everyone has a clear view about the whole project. For meetings I like to use it as a space to work together because from my expereince the outcome is much better if theres a common place where you can visualize your thoughts and ideas directly.
Apart from this I use Miro to draw my processes that are often a start or end point of projects because theres a change in the process. You can compare the differences and simulate changes in a professional, but not too complicated way. This is in my opnion an advantage compared to specific Business Process Modelling softwares. Miro is a multifunctional software and I dont have to switch too many times to other programms - this is super time saving and efficient, what I like a lot.

Very intuitive, aesthetic and yet powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use, I used to struggle to land my ideas and Miro has helped me keep all my thoughts so I don't forget anything and then arrange them and plan my tasks accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually I like to keep my notes tightened and arranged and when I use the quick tools to add new notes they tend to be placed more distanced. Also the size of the notes it's a challenge to maintain arranged to the rest, but I have to understand that Miro is not meant to look perfect because it's a tool to help you with the process of something, it's more likely to brainstorm and help you come up with the best result possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gather data, ideas, planning projects. It helps me by having everything in my board and arrange the processes accordingly to my priorities and needs.
