What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform and how it can really help you explain your ideas and organise your thoughts! It's super easy to integrate into our workflow as an agency and helps us looks super creative in front of clients. We use it every month without fail!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little daunting at time with all of the space and you're not sure where to start!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising the team's thoughts and allowing us as a business to collate clients ideas too. Miro gets everybody involved and it's a fantastic tool for us.
Versatile and dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I think there’s something I can’t do in Miro, I end up discovering that the feature actually exists—I just hadn’t noticed it before. One small detail I really appreciate is that when I share a link, it automatically zooms in on the section of the board I’ve been working on. This makes it easy to share links with coworkers and direct their attention to specific areas of the board, which I find to be a fantastic feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main feature I wish Miro had is the ability to zoom out beyond the current 1% limit—having an infinite zoom in and out would be fantastic. However, I can work around this limitation by beginning my content creation at a higher zoom level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the webpage previews and the helpful copy suggestions, as well as the way the platform highlights the flow of new software and marketplaces. These features make it easier to stay updated and improve my workflow.
Easy to collab and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
the ease of function and how intuitive it is to use
What do you dislike about the product?
the last of a mass asset download function, some shortcuts on my keyboard not being the same as my computer, occasionally the integration of assets onto the boards, sometimes log in is really glitchy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows for a space that cross functional partners can see my work and also add in their specific information which helps us all stay aligned and communicate updates more easily.
Great for visualizing ideas and mapping user journeys
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it incredibly easy to visualize complex ideas and connect them meaningfully. I often use it to create user flows and mind maps during brainstorming sessions, and the flexibility of the infinite canvas is a huge advantage. The collaborative features are seamless—multiple people can edit and comment in real time, which helps keep discussions structured and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation can also feel a bit tricky on smaller screens or when zooming in and out of large boards, Also, its a bit hard to customise the boards with lack of fonts and rich text editing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to take rough user journeys in the low-fidelity stage to my customers for idea validation before engaging the design team for high-fidelity mockups. Miro helps me quickly visualize and iterate on these early concepts, making it easier to communicate ideas, gather feedback, and align on direction before investing time in detailed design work.
Great tool for collaborating esprecially for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
wide range of use cases. easy to implement because of in browser use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes not easy to switch between tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having a comprehensive overview of complex topics.
Amazing experience using Miro
What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Designer, I often need to run team dynamics or use some type of framework that helps with grouping and visualizing pains, insights, recommendations, and so on. Miro is easy to use, offers many features, has a powerful AI, and provides plenty of starter templates to work with. I have no complaints about the tool — it’s an important ally in my daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don’t have any negative considerations about using Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a facilitator of collaborative dynamics and also provides an easy-to-understand visualization for what are often complex problems.
Mapping made easy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to paste several images and items onto a single board, which allows me to easily spot commonalities and similarities. This helps me identify trends or pinpoint areas that might be causing issues or could benefit from improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
My boards refresh sometimes when I'm in in the middle of typing, that is a little disruptive - but keeps me on my toes....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has taken the place of multiple software services we used to use - lucidchart, balsamiq, and figma
Versatile tool
What do you like best about the product?
There are many templates to choose from that best suit your own needs. It is very versatile, whether you need project management, visualizations, etc. A good introduction is needed before working with it, but once you understand the basics, it is easy to handle. Currently, I use Miro at least once a week, but I assume I will use it more often in the future, as my entire team is now working with it and I am also shifting more of my own processes to Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are only partially adaptable, at least the ones I have used so far. You can, of course, adjust them to your own needs, but not completely freely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management - tracking progress and the timeline in Miro provides an overview for me & my team
Swiss Army Knife for Business Process Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the most about Miro is the ease with which one can get started with the tool, and it is easy to spot additional features in the board view without too much hassle.
Also, it is easy to integrate Miro within the existing workflow, which makes it a go-to tool for large organizations.
